Beautiful hotel with cosy and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast which is served at the table. Excellent and elegant restaurant going for a michelin star. Beautiful pool area though unheated as unfortuntely normal in Italy. Very friendly and personal staff. One of the best stays we ever had in Italy.

A Perfect Blend of Hospitality, Cuisine, and Authentic Beauty We had an unforgettable stay at Nina Trulli in Puglia, Italy, thanks to the incredible team who made every moment special. Antonio was amazing from the moment we arrived and was instrumental in making sure our stay was exceptional. His thoughtful suggestions and attentive personal care elevated the entire experience. At reception, the two Marys also welcomed us warmly and were always helpful with bookings and questions. Francesca, the manager, ensured everything ran seamlessly with great professionalism, while Nino kept the property perfectly maintained. The culinary experiences were extraordinary. Madia was truly outstanding—her breakfasts were exceptional, and the cooking class she led was one of the most memorable highlights of our visit. Her talent, warmth, and passion for food shone through every interaction. Katia prepared delicious lunches each day, and her personable and kind nature made every meal feel special. Angelo, together with the kitchen team, created excellent dinners that celebrated authentic local flavors. We were also guided by two wonderful sommeliers. Francesco introduced us to amazing wines throughout our stay with expertise and enthusiasm, while Lorenzo shared his deep knowledge of regional pairings with equal care. Service in the dining room was equally remarkable. Domenico, the head waiter, led with professionalism, while Francesco (also serving at table), Teresa, and the rest of the team provided attentive, warm, and friendly service. Beyond the hospitality, the property itself was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, Nina Trulli in Puglia invoked immediate relaxation. The rooms were beautifully designed with authentic charm that felt both unique and comfortable. Evenings by the pool at sunset were simply unforgettable, creating the perfect setting for an already spectacular experience. This was an extraordinary stay we will never forget, and we are already looking forward to returning to Nina Trulli as soon as possible.

The Nina Trulli resort was all that we’d hoped it would be for a relaxing, calm holiday. |The staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic, the wine delicious and the cookery class fun and informative! All food and drink was locally sourced. |Our only mistake was not hiring a car and needing to rely on taxis but the team at the Trulli resort always made sure we were looked after with this too.

Just returning from a stay at the Nina Trulli resort and I can’t say enough. The property is beautiful and serene. The staff caters to your every need and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. My only negative would be the bed which was a bit hard for me but could not take away from the beauty of this property. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

A beautiful private trulli resort with a fantastic pool and beautiful scenery! Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, it is so peaceful quiet and picturesque. All the staff were so lovely, in particular Maria Antonietta, Katia, Alessia Lorenzo and Domenico. The trulli houses are spacious and very clean. The lunch menu by the pool is fantastic as well as the bar menu poolside. This is a must for anyone who wants to relax! Tried the degustation at their restaurant and unfortunately it wasnt to our taste. Other than that, cannot fault this wonderful place! Thank you for a lovely experience. Grazie mille.

Great location. Beautifully restored trulli. Amazing staff. This small hotel offers a five star quality stay in tranquil surroundings. The breakfast is extraordinary.

This is an absolute gem, it’s secluded away from the craziness but close enough for you to drive anywhere in the Puglia region. The staff couldn’t be nicer, the food is great. I’m not sure what else you could want from a boutique hotel. 10/10

What a magical spot! My wife and I spent a week here at Nina Trulli and we are already planning on when we can go back. One of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed in, everything is well thought out. Francesca and the rest of the team there are first class and provide a personal experience. Every morning, she will speak to everyone at breakfast to see if they can help with any reservations for dinner or recommendations around each nearby town. The hotel provides a mini guidebook to give you an idea of where to go or where to eat. ||||The food- breakfast is included in the reservation and really well done. The chef put together a really good menu, with fresh pastries to start- then choose any additional items you may want a la carte, including some of the best omelettes we ever had. Dinner is also a fantastic experience. You can either eat in the courtyard outside or a cozy indoor location. The menu feels very gourmet and is very interesting. The bread and milk dessert is out of this world. The only thing is you may need to make reservations the night before to have dinner, as there are limited availabilities even if you're staying there. You can always have a snack or a drink though without a reservation.||||There is a beautiful pool with service as well. ||||Staying in a trulli is interesting to say the least. It's a very unique experience. We stayed in the beginning of September, and though there is a/c, it does get slightly humid at times.||||The only negative is that there is spotty wifi, but then again, you're on vacation so you may not need!||||The location is well located, and about 20-30 minutes from most towns. It's a little hidden off a narrow road.
