Staff (specifically girl with braces) was super rude and condescending towards my tour guide. Constantly creating unnecessary issues. Completely rubbed our entire group the wrong way. Unfortunately they’re the only hostel in town. Rooms have one plug for the entire room (of like 12 beds) You must make your own bed and strip your sheets off when leaving. There’s also a $10 deposit on blankets. Why isn’t that automatically included?? Expecting people to sleep with just a top sheet in winter is crazy. Location is nearby all the shops, so no complaints there.

The hostel is nice, good vibes, the common areas are really good. The kitchen is fully equipped but a bit small, it gets super busy at night and closes early. The rooms are good enough, the bad thing is that there is just one plug for a ten people room. Everything was clean and tidy.

NICE staff. I am still learning English and had a hard time at checkin. The girl starts tanisheer was kind and helpful. Took time to translate rules for me and taught me some new words. Typed up places to see and directions and translated on Google and printed it for me. Everything clean, nice and good prize. Thankyou I will be back.

Basic very, shared accommodation. Each bed had its own locker , lockable if you have a padlock. It's a backpackers stop, so cheap and cheerful toilets and kitchen 30 seconds away from room. Coral bay a beautiful place.

The hostel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The showers had salty water. Most of the guests seemed to be Italian — I think they all work in the village and are staying long-term, so all the fridge space was taken. By the way, there’s no chance of becoming one of them. Reception opened after 8:00. Alcohol was not allowed, which made the place quiet (a good thing, in my opinion). Kitchen close at 21:00 and opens at 7:00. Sucks if you are a morning person like me…

Stayed in a 2-bed dorm – basic but clean, with fan, A/C and a small lockable cupboard. Location is super convenient: close to bus stops, shops and the beach. Shared bathroom and kitchen were okay, and photos match reality. Good value overall. On my last day I could store my luggage and still use the kitchen and bathroom after check-out, which was great. Staff were friendly, and I felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller. Would recommend :)

The rooms were basic but comfortable. Unfortunately people were not very good at keeping the kitchen clean and there was a strong smell of incense which might bother some people. The reception was also closed for a long period during the day which was slightly annoying as it would have been great to get some info when we arrived.

Very disappointing 'lost property' policy. We stayed in a family dorm, and accidentally left our 4year old's comforter in his bed. It got binned after we got in contact saying it was ours. BINNED!! Not donated, not paid forward- just binned.

Yelp
I stayed here with family for a few days during a snorkeling trip to coral bay. 'Resort' is a bit generous of a word to describe this place, but we really did have an enjoyable stay. The kitchenette was adequate enough for us to prepare meals for our group of 5 every night, the beds were comfortable and the view from our second floor balcony was absolutely beautiful! The beach was just a few minutes walk from the resort and the main shopping center in town was walking distance as well. The wifi came free with our room, though only one device could be connected at a time and you had to log in each time, which was kind of annoying. And our water shut off right when I was in the middle of taking a shower, also annoying, though they had that fixed in less than an hour. Overall I had a great stay and if I ever make it back out to Coral Bay I'd easily stay here again!

Yelp
Wonderful Wedding Venue on the grass or around the pool in front of the most stunning beach where you can feed the fish or snorkel. Good food and good wine list. Bands are on sometimes which make it a fun place.

Yelp
Interesting ... the "resort" is at the end of the town and with rooms high up most get a sea view. There is a pub, restaurant and bottle shop onsite. With the layout of the rooms, either side of the pub, it can get noisy. Its quite comfy, the rooms have kitchen facilities and a deck to relax on. Old accommodation but is quaint so fits the feel of Coral Bay perfectly.
