We had the best week at the Fern property. 2 families with 2 kids each, the house so well layed out and equipped with everything we needed. So much fun had by all. Our fishing mad boys were in heaven, fishing off the pontoon everyday. Will definitely be back!

Stayed at the Anchor, booked through Ningaloo Reef Holidays during the July school holidays with our family. The house and location is perfect for a relaxed and comfortable stay in Exmouth. The owners obviously love their property and it shows in how well kept everything is and the little touches making it such a lovely house to stay in. We have stayed in a few other houses in Exmouth and this is definitely all the families favourite. The outdoor area is great for relaxing after a day on the reef and with the shops and restaurants within 100metres its perfect for eating out or getting food from the shops. Ningaloo Reef Holidays were great to deal with and we have booked The Anchor again for next year. Thank you so much.

Years of visiting Exmouth and this is up there as possibly the best home we have rented. A leaking tap was fixed on the same day as being reported - brilliant service. Our only suggested improvement is the pool temperature. it is so cold as to be uncomfortable for more than a few minutes, even on really hot days.

Our family of 6 (adults) had a great stay at “the Sanctuary” in Exmouth. The house was located on the canals from the marina, at the southern end of Exmouth. House was well equipped and spacious for our group. We enjoyed access to the private jetty, swimming in the pool and sitting on the outside/covered deck. The house was quite near town beach and only a short walk into cafes, restaurants & Whale bone brewery. Recommend for a family or group who want their own space.

The house was huge, the kids had an absolute ball, it's well stocked with kitchen supplies and has a washer and dryer. Very close to town and restaurants. We loved our stay!
