We arrived around 8 am and stayed five nights with our 15 and 12 year old children . They were able to check us in early and prepared the room as we have breakfast in the hotel cafe. The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. Hot water was missing early the first morning, but was there by late morning and we were never without after. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and more attentive to our needs. We had breakfast here each day and even dinner one night when we were just too exhausted to go out. All meals were delicious and well prepared. Our daughter was even able to get a massage in the hotel. In the end, all meals and the massage were put on one bill at the time of check out and it was incredibly affordable! If traveling with a family, we would highly recommend Hotel Ninos Meloc! Our only regret was not staying in Cusco longer.

What a great stay and experience! Besides the age of the building and creaky floors I don't think we'd have enjoyed staying at any other place more than here. Everything is very quaint and SO peaceful. We love the character of this place. The beds were very uncomfortable and we slept very soundly in this wonderful climate. The hot water takes a minute(probably longer) to reach the sink and shower. The internal restaurant is GREAT and has a variety of options and breakfasts. Our family has enjoyed simply sitting in the courtyard by the fountain. But I have to say what has meant the most to us has been how friendly the staff has been. The young lady that brought tray after tray of food to our room, and prepared coca tea for those of our party that weren't feeling well, such a big thanks to her. We love the Ninos Hotel.

Cute hotel located a short walk from the main square. I stayed in a double with in room bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and warm enough with blankets at night. The on site cafe had amazing food (get the tomato soup), and the staff was helpful. I would recommend this and stay her again.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Their restaurant serves organic home grown food in the most quaint courtyard! The rooms are spotless and adorable. On top of all of this, the owner’s philanthropic efforts for the children of Cusco are simply inspiring. This is hospitality at it’s finest!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Niños Hotel Meloc. It is a traditional courtyard building, which means most of the rooms are very quiet. The rooms were clean and well-furnished. They do not feature a lot of natural light, but you can always use the lovely courtyard. The hotel features a small shop and a small café where you can enjoy an excellent breakfast (not included and not a buffet, but adequately proced) The hotel was founded by a Dutch woman, and Dutch tourists seem to have noticed, as we met many Dutch travelers in the common areas. The hotel is reasonably priced and part of a community project to help local children - need we say more ?

Beautiful boutique hotel within walkable distance to the center of Cusco. The hotel and rooms were full of charm and warmth. The staff was extremely accommodating especially when we stored our luggage to go on days long excursions. The adorable Cafe offered delicious food with hours that were very reasonable. Best thing is that your money helps impoverished children in Peru. This hotel is a must stay when you're visiting Cusco!

The hot water gets turned off at night and doesn’t get turned on until 646 am???!! Not very accommodating to guests with an early flight or hiking plans. No staff to be found in the morning. No response to numerous emails about bag storage. The only thing good about this hotel was it wasn’t dirty. I do not recommend .

The hotel was clearly understaffed. One person managing the check in which includes bringing the guests up and coming down for the next check in. No hot water at night. Told the front desk staff and was assured that he had called the manager to turn the gas on. However the hot water still didn't come on an hour later and nobody could shower after a long day out. Yet none of the staff updated us. Wifi was very unstable in the room. Two hours later I checked back with the staff and was told that there's no hot water from 7pm onwards?!? Surely this could have been communicated at the start if this was indeed the hotel policy. No remorse shown by the staff and zero service recovery.
