I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's a sports hotel and it's not ultra luxury, but it has everything you want. my first choice and favourite hotel in Tokyo. the view of the baseball stadium and sky tree is wonderful The the bath area with hot tub and ice tub is fantastic. Location is nice and calm and with events like the concert Hall beneath and the baseball stadium there's always something interesting going on outside.. Convenience store on the main floor awesome. I was disappointed when leaving I had to pay a fee for the staff to call a taxi.. How hard is it to make a phone call?

This is an excellent hotel, excellently located near two metro stops. The staff were wonderful and helped me figure out how to send my suitcase onto my next hotel and gave me some brilliant recommendations. The room itself was clean, and had excellent facilities. The highlight was having a view of the baseball stadium and watching a game.

Great hotel especially if you are going to watch Tokyo Yakult Swallows! It's literally one crosswalk away from Meiji Jingu Baseball Stadium. There are couple restaurants also in the same building and even a FamilyMart. Also it's like 5 minutes from the Gaiemmae subway station. Room was great and service was even greater. Staff are really friendly and wear Swallows jerseys when there is a game going on. When we checked in, a staff member told us that they got us a little bigger room because it was available, great service. We will definitely comeback to this hotel next time we are going to watch some baseball!

We were traveling with a 4-month-old baby, and the hotel upgraded us to a fantastic room with a garden and skyline views of Tokyo. The room was spacious, with a great bathtub and shower area, super comfortable beds, and an impeccable cleaning service. Additionally, the hotel onsen has not only a warm water pool but also a cool one and a jacuzzi pool with extended timetables. The area is quiet, surrounded by parks, nice restaurants, and cafes, and it is very well-connected to the city's most touristy areas. Bonus: it has a Family Mart in the same building. We’ll repeat for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is so peaceful and a perfect escape after a long day. We loved walking around the parks. There are some excellent breakfast options nearby - I highly recommend Blue Six Coffee for a meal at their outdoor tables, and TREE for delicious vegan options. Ifu Ramen nearby was also perfect for a quick and delicious meal at the end of the day. The hotel itself is clean and very quiet. Our bed and pillows were super comfortable. We found the room had a real lack of storage - the closet was barely usable, and there were a few wall shelves. Would love to see some more practical solutions like underbed storage. And while we loved the neighborhood, the hotel did feel a bit far from the nearest subway station (around 10 mins). The staff were lovely and always greeted us when we came in. They also arranged our luggage transportation to our next hotel in Kyoto - you’ll need to drop off the luggage by noon the day before, so make sure to bring an overnight bag. Overall this was a great spot to unwind and relax, while also being connected to the city’s main tourist spots. We woud definitely consider coming back.

This place was so great for us and I don't want to leave! The room is so comfortable, spacious and quiet. We slept so well that we didn't have any jet leg from our long flight. It was so nice to have the baseball field room. We really enjoyed this part of town, it was nice at the end of the day to be in a quiet area and we still found it very quick to get everywhere by train or walking. We walked to Harajuku and Shibuya. The staff was so friendly and polite. Also, big bonus was all the top quality skin/hair products.

Amazing experience, our room was facing the Meiji Jingu Stadium, watching the baseball game from there felt like being in a VIP lounge. It’s an interesting cultural experience as well, as it’s a very popular sport in Japan, and the vibe/cheers were memorable. Nice location too!

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. Location is excellent if you want to see a game in one of the nearby sports stadiums, especially baseball. The rooms are generous and well equipped.

Yelp
This hotel was recently built and has a great location next to the Meiji Jingu Stadium and the 2020 Olympics stadium. The Olympic stadium was being built when I was there in May 2018. There was tons of construction around the hotel area. The hotel front desk explained to us that the hotel recently moved to accommodate the stadium. The lobby has a spectacular view of the Meiji Jingu Stadium where you can watch the baseball games from the lobby. They do close the blinds during the game though so the lights don't distract the players. The front desk also let us know that you can also request a room with the stadium view so you can watch from your room and they will do their best to accommodate. Our room was immaculately clean and still brand new. It was small but normal for a Japanese hotel room. They provide you with slipper, onsen clothes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, razor, cotton pads, q-tips, and a plastic hair tie plus a bottle of water. There is also a Japanese onsen for both men and women. This is was such a great extra to have at the hotel to relax after a long day of walking. They also have a breakfast option for around $25 USD per person per day. Location: hotel is in a great location for the Meiji Jingu Stadium and the new upcoming Olympic Stadium. It is also located about a 5 minute walk from the Gaienmae station. It's is very easy to walk to both Omotesando And Aoyama from the hotel. Also, there is a Family Mart downstairs which is very vey convenient for last night snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Enjoyed our stay here 3/26-4/4. Not as central as we would have liked but still good. Train that goes direct to Shinjuku is about a 5min walk from hotel. The one for Shibuya is a bit farther. Right across the street is a baseball stadium. Kinda cool bc you can see them playing from the hotel reception area. Around the corner they're building a new stadium for the 2020 Olympics. The good: -Bidet has its own room. Has a sensor so light turns on and toilet seat goes up when you walk in. -Onsen in the hotel -Family Mart downstairs Cons: -Rooms are kinda tight but that's typical for hotels in Asia

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at Nippon Seinenkan Hotel for the first leg of our trip to Japan. For the price we paid I thought the hotel was quite nice. While the room was small, as with most hotel rooms in Tokyo, it was enough for the two of us. More importantly, it was clean and spotless and had all the amenities we needed and all the ones we didn't know we needed (toothbrush & paste, razors, water heater, mini fridge, hair dryer, hair brush, etc). Amenities and coffee and tea were replaced everyday and we were very happy to peruse them. They provide drip bag coffee and it was actually pretty tasty! During check in they had upgraded us to a deluxe double on a high floor. I think it's because we booked 7 nights with them that they gave us an upgrade. The view was very nice from our room! We had a clear view of the Meiji Jingu baseball stadium and the autumn leaves lining the streets were really nice to wake up to. They also have coin operated laundry machines which is great for people like us who are traveling for many days and wish to pack light. You can purchase detergent from the front desk. Location is not the most central but pretty close to most popular attractions in Tokyo. The closest subway station is about a 7-10 minute walk away. I did like that it's more of a quiet area throughout the day. The most convenient thing about this hotel is the Family Mart located in the first floor. While it is small with limited merchandise, it was a very convenient place to grab a quick and cheap bite or some beer/alcohol.

Yelp
The hotel itself is very modern, new and excellent. The staff speak excellent English and can speak other languages too. They are very professional and polite. You can also request some special things like a buckwheat pillow, which is very nice. They also give you a free bottle of water per day which I love. Typical with Japanese Hotels, it's a bit smaller than a typical US hotel but enough to move around. Inside the room, there are lots of little freebies in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower is SUPERB. The toilet seats are top of the line TOTO bidet and automatic on lights. Room includes a SHARP PLASMACLUSTER air cleaner + humidifier which is great to keep odors out and air healthy. The thermostat works pretty well and AC is super quiet. WIFI is fast and around 20-50 mbps. The lights can ALL be controlled from the panel and be dimmed too. TV gets you access to essentials, about 30 channels. Another thing noted is that the toilet and bathroom are separate areas with separate door entry which is nice. There's a laundry room on the 10th floor and you can monitor the time on your TV. It costs 300 yen to wash, 100 yen to dry. And detergent can be purchased from the 1st floor. The onsen is also on the 10th floor, they provide you bathrobes and slippers which is very nice. There's some slight noise during the day but VERY minor and you have to pay attention to it from the sports stadiums around, the school, and some construction. It's a bit of a walk from JR (20 min) and Tokyo Metro (8 minutes). There is a convenient store on the 1st floor, and up the street, there's a supermarket, multiple convenience stores, and restaurants.

Yelp
I don't normally write reviews (see post count), but genuinely this was one of the best customer service I've ever received. While the rooms are small (a theme in Japan), the rooms were super clean, modern, and comfortable. What really made me realized I'd come back here again is when the hotel concierge was willing to help me book another room without a cancellation penalty in the wake of Typhoon Jebi. The hotel was so flexible, they'd let me cancel day of my original check-out date. Not only was Ms. Mirako's (or Minako) English fluency amazing, she also was super understanding (typhoon season, no less). Genuinely love the concierge staff and their flexibility, and definitely loved this hotel. 6 minutes away from the train and convenience store below, a great stay and would come back again.
