Niranta Airport Transit Hotel

I stayed overnight with my kid and had a comfortable stay at Niranta. The food wasn’t great, the Bombay Masala Sandwich had Masala Dosa’s filling in it. The washroom could benefit from some maintenance work. But what stood out for me and made me overlook these small inconveniences is the customer service. I’m truly impressed and grateful for the service received, right from the time of entry to exit. I was late to board my flight but the genuine care the staff showed me and the support they extended, helped me stay calm and we were able to board our flight with no issues. Definitely coming back to stay here!

Full marks for cleanliness — the room was spotless and the washroom was tidy. The breakfast spread was decent and tasted good. But that’s pretty much all that stood out. The room itself was very small. Since I only needed a place to sleep for two nights and was out for work all day, it didn’t bother me too much, but it’s worth noting for others. Important: The hotel does NOT have a cloak-room facility and will not store your luggage under any circumstance. I checked out in the morning and had to carry my bags all the way to Churchgate and back to the airport. This was a major inconvenience. There were also a few service issues — the room did not have a hand towel, and the iron arrived only after five follow-ups. There was no moisturiser either, which again took multiple reminders and finally came after about half an hour. My room didn’t have a wardrobe as well. Overall, it’s an average budget stay inside the airport. Don’t expect much beyond the basics.

I felt compelled to leave a review because we had the most amazing service from one particular member of staff, a very kind and helpful lady called Megah Shinde. We had just arrived from a very long and tiring flight and she went above and beyond to make sure we were quickly showed to our room and were comfortable after a frustrating experience at the airport. Her professionalism and customer service were second to none and we will definitely be returning to the hotel if we are ever in Mumbai again. Thank you so much!

Brilliant location, just one floor from the arrival exit of T2 of Chatrapathi Shivaji International Airport. Cozy place to stay for a night if connecting to another flight and a decent layover time.the rooms are compact and equipped with a large TV, bed and a good bathroom. The restaurant and bar is definitely acceptable, 5 star for convenience and location. Kudos

I had a wonderful stay at Niranra Airport Transit Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and perfect for a quick stay near the airport. The food was also really good — fresh, tasty and served on time. I had come to pick up my sister who was returning from abroad, and staying here made the whole experience smooth and relaxing. The staff was polite, helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone needing a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport!

Overpriced, decent customer service but they constantly nickel and dime you. Overcharging on GST. Food was terrible and they were overcharging me on that as well. Butter Chicken only had 2 pieces and had an odd flavor and texture. When I complained, they offered a 5% discount only. Room had some unpleasant smell. I booked the room the same day at 11am and after the front desk taking so long to give me a room at 11pm and the terrible food experience and smelly room, I said "forget it, I don't want to stay here". They then said, "cancellation charges will still be applied", ridiculous.

We have stayed at Niranta several times and have always been impressed by the efficient and professional staff. Rooms are extremely comfortable. It truly is a blessing to have such a wonderful transit hotel right within the airport. During our stay on 10/10/2025 we were warmly greeted by Megha ( a team member at Niranta)who helped us with our luggage to and from the terminal. She is extremely efficient, pleasant and professional. We thank her for being wonderful and for all her help. We will definitely come back and stay at Niranta during our future trips.

For international travelers’ flights in early mornings or middle of night, Niranta offers great convenience as it is located inside the airport terminal. Very convenient to go to your departure gates. They have hourly rates which are not visible on their website or other OTAs. We spent close to $200 for 8 hour rest at Niranta.
