Niranta Airport Transit Hotel

I ended up getting a room due to a 32 hour layover. I was feeling very ill at the time and spent the first day in the bed. The second day was much better and I was able to get out and explore the airport. I ended up dining in the lounge twice and both times were enjoyable. The food definitely isn’t five star but it was very good and freshly prepared. I look forward to taking advantage of their spa service next time I stay.

It was very convenient stay especially if you have a connecting flight and you don’t feel like leaving the airport. Very reasonable price, awesome breakfast and great service. Shreyas was my waiter, very sweet and attentive. They have zero airs and made me feel comfortable especially for single traveling woman. Would definitely consider staying if needed in future

Very convenient for late night arrivals and early departures as it is situated within the terminal building.|Rooms are adequate in size for such a short stay. Although the room was clean it felt used. I had to ask for the pillow cases to be changed as they had clearly been used by a previous guest. The hotel does sell rooms for short 4 hour periods for those in transit. |Check in was efficient. There is a small bar within the restaurant. We had dinner which was very good and not outrageous in price considering the location. Staff were all very friendly.|Perfect for a few hours to rest or sleep, but do remember it is a transit hotel and we did find it quite noisy. |Would definitely stay again.

Excellent customer service! Not usually expected in a transit hotel, but their service was exemplary. ||Much appreciation to Mahesh who helped us take our luggage from the hotel directly to the check-in counters, a walk of over 10 minutes!||The rooms are small but not tiny. There's a kettle to make tea/coffee, and the bathroom is nice and clean.||Highly recommend staying here if you need the ease of a transit hotel.||The only thing to be mindful of is the Indian security guards can make up their own rules about what they need to see to get entry. In our case, they wanted to see our unique names on the hotel booking. And then you need to be able to call the hotel to get them to escort yiu inside. If your phone is not in roaming mode, that could be an issue. Thankfully we had a staff member passing by who helped us through the security checkpoint.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and attentive. The facilities, especially the pool and fitness area, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The breakfast selection was good, though there’s room for improvement with the variety. Location-wise, it’s convenient and close to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. A few minor issues here and there, but nothing that really impacted the experience. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a good value stay.

Ratnesh, the frontbdesk assisted my check in with out having a reservation. Very helpful and polite. ||Clean and cozy room. Bed is big and comfortable. Felt safe on my stay and refreshed during my 40 hrs travel. Much needed rest in this hotel has helped a lot. Thank you

I recently stayed at the Niranta airport Transit Hotel at Mumbai Terminal 2. The location is undoubtedly convenient since it’s right inside the airport—a definite plus if you’re in a rush or have a tight connection. However, the room itself didn’t live up to expectations given the price. The walls were very thin, and I found it nearly impossible to sleep with the constant noise from people walking in the corridor, not to mention crying children throughout the night. Another drawback was the front desk’s repeated inquiries about my checkout time, which felt intrusive. I later discovered that the hotel also rents out rooms for short transits even though I paid the full price. On a positive note, the reception did assist me by accompanying me to the correct departure terminal, which was helpful given the airport’s confusing layout. In summary, while the hotel’s location is a strong point, the overall quality of the room and the service left much to be desired. If you’re looking for a restful stay before an early morning flight, you might want to consider other options.
