Nirmala Supermarket Ungasan

I was scammed. I bought this product that was 350g and they charged me for the big one with 500g. Simples things that make me sad and I will not come back.

Don’t buy ready food here. Sandwiches or salad, whatever. first I took chicken cotolete sandwich and chicken meat was dark, dry and not fresh. Regret I didn’t take a picture. I asked to change to salad, salads looked ok. Most of it tasted ok but when I almost finished I tasted something really spoiled like fungi taste, kind like dorblu cheese but there was no cheese in my salad. Just spit it out, disgusting food.

I´ve been going for the past 2 years regularly to Nirmala for groceries , spending i would say an average of 4M/month and what happen today never happen to me before in Bali The girl (Angel) from the counter accused my wife of steeling and forced her to open her bag in front of everyone. Like we needed to steel whatever they are selling... they forget that there are people who make more money than all the employees together of that supermarket. Unfortunately in Indonesia there isnt a complain book. The supposed manager only said "im sorry, im sorry" but it the end they just dont care about the company It was the last time i step foot in Nirmala Ungasan, they have lost a regular client

We were scammed here for 500k rupias, as cashier added 6 kg of fruits to our check. Prices here are really high and pretty much the same as in Sidewalk mall, which is premium shop. We only went here for meat, as it's one of the only stores that has meat variety. However meat quality is also poor here, and gets spoiled next day.

bad cashier really need an attitude, they looking down on the person wearing the veil, im never go back to here again. such a discrimination

Staff is good, some understand english as well while the prices are really expensive and the fruits and vegetables are really bad, like cucumber, melon, mushroom, potato. A good thing, chicken and meat was fresh and a good selection of instant noodles.
