Niseko Pizza

One of the BEST pizzas we’ve ever had!!!! The sourdough of the pizza is kind of unique. Very fluffy, chewy and full of flavor. Difficult to describe it — meaning you’ve got to taste it! We highly recommend the classic pizzas such as Diavola and margherita! Besides that, that had the most tender BBQ spare ribs! It was SOOOOO damn delicious! We came back several times, and many of our friends who are regulars in Niseiko love this place too. This is a family business where the owner and his sons are making and serving the food themselves. Really love how they are passing on the family recipes! It was a fantastic experience overall!

Niseko Pizza consistently ranks as the best pizza parlor in town, although most pizza places are considered among the best globally. Therefore, for this review, I’ll focus on the Alpha, the top-tier establishment. One standout feature of Niseko Pizza is its wooden plates. Unlike other places, these plates absorb moisture, allowing you to enjoy your pizza for a few more minutes. This is particularly beneficial when the pizza is topped with ingredients like tomatoes or wet mushrooms, which can quickly make a regular plate soggy. The toppings at Niseko Pizza are generous, so you’ll likely find extra cheese and meat on the crust. While most places serve pizza crosswise, Niseko offers a unique experience where you can almost get a second bite of the crust. Another unique offering at Niseko Pizza is chinotto cola, a classic Italian take on Coke. Pairing this cola with the pizza creates a flavor combination that transcends the traditional taste profile. It’s a nostalgic experience that adds a special touch to the meal. The overall flavor profile of Niseko Pizza is more robust compared to other pizza places. The grizzle on the dough, the punchier garlic, and the stronger cheese all contribute to a satisfying flavor that complements the cold weather. While delicate and sophisticated flavors are possible, the deeper flavors at Niseko Pizza seem to be a better match for the chilly weather.

Amazing pizza spot in Niseko! You can really feel the family touch here – it looks and feels like a family-owned place with a long tradition, and you can taste that experience in every bite. They mentioned a 50-year family tradition and it truly shows. The pizzas are fantastic: great crust, quality toppings, and everything comes out hot and fresh. But what really surprised me were the chicken wings (karaage) – honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the Thai sweet chili sauce is absolutely addictive. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Niseko. Great food, cozy vibe, and you can tell they really care about what they serve.

Awesome pizza! Service was awesome and very friendly. We sat in front of the kitchen window and watch them make our pizzas. We got the Dragon and the Margarita 👌 Would highly recommend and would definitely come back to try other styles.

Very good pizza. Affordable pricing as well for Niseko. Something different if you dun wan to be eating Ramen all the time. Boss and staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

WOW. This kinda blew my mind. The pizza crust was so nice and fluffy. Light but also packed with ingredients. I ordered the BBQ classic, Classic Margherita and Hawaiian (I believe pineapple belongs on pizza..). Also the dessert pizza too! Theres pasta too, but it was unfortunately sold out. The staff were very friendly. There was an english menu available. Bathroom is existent (but outside!) The place is very popular. Definitely recommend booking a reservation!

The pizza tasted great — the crust was nicely baked and full of flavor. The chicken was soft and tender, making every bite really enjoyable. Simple, well-executed, and very satisfying. Would happily come back again! 🍕

The food was absolutely amazing, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Cash only so make sure you have some with you but if not very quick walk to 7/11 down the street. We had a pepperoni pizza & garlic cheese bread. From the united states and this is some of the best pizza i've ever had! We also took some of their bread to go. Really recommend stopping here. There is a bar countertop to sit at as well as tables. Great spot.

This is one of the best dining options in Niseko and you really will want a pizza this ;) Our group went back here a few times because we were surprised at how good the food was. The pizza is delicious but the real star of this place is their ribs. Honestly, I think they should rename the place to Niseko Ribs because HOLY MOLY their ribs were insanely good. You wouldn't think to order them because there's a million different pizza choices and you don't get to the ribs till the end of the menu. Do yourself a favor and just order one. Their ribs were ridiculously tender, packed with flavor (my favorite one being the thai chili because of the spice), and ginormous. The platter is HUGE and worth the price, it can definitely feed 4+ people and plus it comes on a bed of fries! In addition to the the ribs, their pizzas were also fantastic. I especially loved the crust because it was light and crisp. Aside from the food, the restaurant itself is pretty trendy and lively. It can get pretty crowded so prepare to wait if you don't have a reservations. Whatever you do, make sure you make this one of your dining stops when you're Niseko!
