We had an amazing experience with this hotel. Not only was everything clean, and orderly, but the service they offered was overwhelmingly pleasant. We ended up forgetting a pair of boots and a piece of art and they sent it to our hotel in Tokyo for us. I couldn’t recommend them more! Also, their hot spring/ sauna area was great for the summer heat. They have a chilled bath that helped keep me cool when we went outside. The location was extremely convenient and I would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from both the subway and JR station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast offered a good mix of both Japanese and Western options—healthy and delicious, with the cheesecake being a standout treat each morning. As a solo traveler, I found the bed spacious and extremely comfortable. After long days of sightseeing, the hot springs were the perfect way to relax and ease my tiredness.Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Multiple locations, this business hotel at Hakata is ultra convenient. Few minutes walk across is the main bus terminal and around the corner is the big Hakata Train station. Besides subway, bus, JR trains, high speed rail it's only 15 minutes taxi ride to the airport. Like many business hotel room size is mostly small but livable. Very large onsen on the bottom floor, also where a Lawson is. Check in lobby is escalator up. There's both regular staff assist check in as well as electronic ones, quite convenient. Staff are very professional, courteous ( hailed taxi for us and walked downstairs with us and communicated with taxi driver and see us off) and overall I would come back to this hotel for easy access in Fukuoka and beyond.

A well designed hotel with onsen and overnight parking. We stayed for four nights and the service was excellent, with great breakfast options and there was a family Mart at the ground level. The check-in and check out was a breeze. Internet wifi coverage was good. Reception was helpful with good tips on shopping and sight seeing options

The hotel is just 2 mins walk from the main bus station & the JR Hakata main station. Very happy with the hotel location & the design of my room is pretty modern. They hv their own onsen as well. I will stay here again on my next trip to Fukuoka.

Super convenient in every kind of ways, great onsen and breakfast. Right next to the station, can get here straight from the airport. Although the bed is a little hard but there’s a massage pillow in the room. I love it, would stay here again!

Hotel room is dirty, there was an insect crawling on the floorThere is barely any service, if you need coffee or extra towels, you need to collect it yourself at reception/front desk (but basic toiletries are available at the lobby)Asked for new pajamas and was told that they only change pajamas every 2 days along with the room service. Will never come back and will not recommend.Would cancel another booking I made for a later date but for the same trip, but it is unfortunate that my travel partner didn't want to go through the hassle of booking another hotel. Avoid at all costs!

Let me preface my review by saying I'm from North America. The room was so small there were no nightstands on either side of the bed, so nowhere to put your phone, water, etc. They go in the bed with you. Your new towels are given to you in plastic bags, hung on the door handle. The carpets are worn and not clean, the furniture is also very worn. There is no housekeeping during your stay, you are told to put your garbage in the hallway and it will be picked it up, so the hallway smells like garbage and there are garbage bags everywhere. When someone checks out, the cleaning staff goes in and takes out all the linens and dumps them on the hallway floor, so during the day, there is garbage and piles of dirty linen down the hallways. When the cleaning staff goes from floor to floor, they do not have their own elevator, and get in the elevator with you, with their trolleys and bags of garbage. The location is excellent, right near the train station. The restaurant for breakfast, included, was very good, but only traditional Japanese food. No english was spoken at this hotel, so check in took a long time while he tried to explain all these rules to me with laminated pictures.

Yelp
I stayed at this hotel for two non-consecutive stays this month. What drew me to this hotel was that it had an indoor and outdoor onsen at the hotel. I liked that the hotel was right across from the Nishitetsu bus terminal and was only a 5 minute walk to JR Hakata Station. I knew that when I booked this hotel, the room was going to be small. It really didn't bother me since I was alone but for two people, yes, it would be too small. There were also reviews that the bathroom had a strange sewer smell. During my first stay, I didn't smell anything. However, on my second stay, I did smell it but it really didn't bother me that much. The onsen definitely did not disappoint. The indoor onsen was larger than the outdoor one but the rotenburo was still adequate. It was a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing and walking. One good thing was that the onsen was open late till 1AM. There are two places where you can have breakfast: Restaurant Giardino on the 2nd Floor and Jako Kujira on the 1st floor. Restaurant Giardino had a mixture of Western and Japanese dishes whereas Jako Kujira had mostly Japanese dishes. The latter lets you choose from one of six entrees(eg. sea bream sashimi, miso grilled mackarel, etc) and you have access to a buffet of Japanese dishes. I preferred the latter one since I enjoyed the apple cider vinegar drink, oden, and lotus root dishes. They have Lawson's on the 1st floor next to Jako Kujira where you can get any necessities. They also have laundry machines on the 8th floor so you can wash your clothes if needed. Hotel guests also can enjoy complimentary hot or iced jasmine tea, oolong tea or honey lemon water in the lobby. A nice touch! Tip: If you join the Nishitetsu Hotel Rewards Club, you can also get late checkout.

Yelp
I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. It's perfectly situated right near the Hakata bus station, and only a short walk from the main Hakata JR Station. It's surrounded by lots of food, convenience stores (there's a Lawson on the first floor), and shopping. The rooms are pretty standard Japanese rooms: small, but very clean. The beds are comfortable, the shower is high pressure, but there isn't a lot of space to stretch out. Service in the hotel is extremely good. Even laundry isn't terribly expensive. The real big bonus, though, is the onsen! They have their own onsen (split by gender) on the first floor and it's pretty incredible. There are several pools to choose from, and it's very peaceful and tranquil. For the cost of the hotel, the onsen is ridiculously nice. I will absolutely be staying here whenever I'm in Fukuoka.
