We stayed in this marvelous hotel, which is perfectly located near Dapia. It consists of separate residencies, that are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. We especially thank Mr. Dimitris at the amazing sea front breakfast area, who made our mornings feel like we were guests of a welcoming friend. The hotel has the best pool, big and deep, great for swimming, with additional shallow pool for little children. We are definitely coming back!!”

Fabulous Hotel! The entire staff was wonderful. Yoanna at the desk was always helpful and friendly. The rooms are wonderful, and the sumptuous breakfast could rival any larger hotel! It is right on the ocean with a wonderful pool. Very clean.

I spent three days in the island of Spetses in the Saronic gulf, two hours from the Pireaus. I very much recommend both the island, which is charming, and the Nissia Family Residences there, the ideal place if you travel with your family. I plan to go back.

Fabulous! The entire staff was wonderful, especially Yoanna at the desk. The sumptuous breakfast rivaled much larger hotels. We stayed here for a wedding, and had the most relaxing and special time.

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast. The rooms are very good. Perhaps a little more attention to common areas but being relatively late in the season some wear and tear is to be expected.

We were collected with our luggage upon arrival and dropped of at the harbour for our departure. |Breakfast was delicious with some homemade jam from the owners. Fresh orange juice and a lovely buffet.
