Amazing hotel well located on the island |Clean everything was perfect .|But what was crazy about this place was the service !!!!|A big thank you to the team !!! I ve been travelling in most luxurious places in the world but almost never saw such a level of kindness , dedication |Thank you soooooo much again!!!

Fabulous! The entire staff was wonderful, especially Yoanna at the desk. The sumptuous breakfast rivaled much larger hotels. We stayed here for a wedding, and had the most relaxing and special time.

I spent three days in the island of Spetses in the Saronic gulf, two hours from the Pireaus. I very much recommend both the island, which is charming, and the Nissia Family Residences there, the ideal place if you travel with your family. I plan to go back.

We stayed for two nights at the Nissia in July 2022. Everything was lovely - the check in was easy and fast. The room was very large and comfortable with a great little patio area outside. The pool was relaxing and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very helpful in recommending everything from restaurants and beaches to where to rent bikes. We are eager to return.

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast. The rooms are very good. Perhaps a little more attention to common areas but being relatively late in the season some wear and tear is to be expected.

Still 3 nights to go but happy to write a review now about this wonderful place that we have been visiting for years now. Centrally located (5mins walk from the town / port), a stunning terrace for a wonderful breakfast served by the charismatic Dimitri, an amazing pool and a nice mixture of self catering accommodation. We stayed in one of the six maisonettes - my wife and I plus our 18yr old son and his mate plus friends stayed with us for 3 nights - the maisonette sleeps six comfortably and it’s well equipped. |My only negative which I have flagged before is that at 5pm the terrace and servicing is handed over to a third party (for a separate restaurant on the terrace) it’s a real shame that this is not all under one ownership on my opinion (the staff that run the evening restaurant are nowhere near as friendly as those who run the hotel).|But this will most definitely not stop us from returning again to this wonderful spot (we think this is our 8th visit). Special mention to Eva on Reception and of course the friendliest waited around, Dimitri. ❤️

We had an amazing stay - everything was perfect. The staff very kind and helpful. Thank you so much! We were collected with our luggage upon arrival and dropped of at the harbour for our departure. |Breakfast was delicious with some homemade jam from the owners. Fresh orange juice and a lovely buffet.
