A landscape taking you back 100s of millions of years and just stunning. Having visited some ‘young’ gorges, Nitmiluk grandness is impressive.

The highlight of our trip. Due to wet season, the service was limited. We enjoyed the boat ride to 2 gorges which was breathtaking. The waterfall was incredible to swim in. The walk wasn't too hard afterwards.

Did a cruise and absolutely loved it. Our tour guide (a aboriginal man) *sorry didn't get his name* was amazing, telling us about the Gorge and how they believe it was formed, told us about paintings, what the different plants were used for. Fascinating! We are planning to come back in June time so we can maybe see some freshies on the riverbed and would deffinatly like to come back after a good rainy season to see how the water level changes

Really nice experience. Best is Edith falls and the walk to the Sweetwater pool. A lot of things to do and experience, like the Katherine Gorges and the cruises as well as canoeing. Good drives as well, no 4wd tracks and kiosks are equipped on some sites. Recommended to do in the Northern Territory around Katherine.

Relaxing River cruise through the Katherine Gorge. Beautiful scenery and a wonderful Tour Guide full of History and information. Choice of 3 Gorge crossings. Each boat takes you to the next Gorge. You hop off and walk roughly 400 meters to next boat. Definitely worth doing👍👍

Went on a boat tour of the first two gorges in the morning. Missed out on a sunrise/sunset tour unfortunately. Still very good, took lots of pics. Highly recommended going as early as you can get. You'll cook as you cruise around otherwise. Endless top up of drinking water thank goodness.

The one day walks are tough. Start early and beat the heat. Water is on the tracks, butterfly Gorge is noice the 3 lookouts are worth it.
