Please add a proper description of the items you sell online, if an item comes in unisex sizing under women’s section, it should clearly state so.

Probably the only spot in Stockholm to get clothes from Porter, Margaret Howell, And Wander, and other under-the-radar luxury brands. Men's and women's stores are both beautiful. Make sure to wander the area if you visit - there are lots of wonderful secondhand stores nearby.

I ordered a jacket via their online shop. First of all there was a delay regarding handing the parcel over to FEDEX. The jacket was meant as gift. Furthermore, they have forgotten to remove the anti-theft security panel. I don't know how to put this but the customer service is very unsatisfactory and disappointing - It came across as if I were a thief - it was a really really awkward moment. In addition, it was also very difficult to remove the security panel without damaging the jacket etc.

I ordered wrong size shirt and tried to return it. However this store insist on returning the product to a PO BOX address, which makes it really hard at least from abroad... lot of companies don't deliver to PO BOXes so the shipment returned to me. Maybe it works without problems within Sweden but from abroad it is not working. Also the customer service only reply to this issue is templated "sorry" and never offer any solution to this issue.

Sells womens shoes, but the sizes advertised are mens US sizes. So obviously these don't fit. You can send them back at your own expense, while it's their mistake. Never again!

Excellent collection of high end basics from brands like apc. Great place if you're looking for things you can wear regularly. Most similar boutiques carry mostly statement pieces with a few basics here and there. This place is the opposite which is both amazing and dangerous for you wallet.

I have today bought Silphium perfume (Stora Skuggan). In the hotel I have found the bottle slightly chipped. The perfume package was intact, so I suppose that the problem probably arose at the production level. However, I do not believe (as the bottles are packed by hand) that the defect was overlooked by Stora Skuggan. Contrary, it is quite possible the whole batch sold by the producer at a reduced price... Anyway, I do not have time to file a complaint, as I am leaving today Stockholm.

Don´t buy here if you want good services. I bought faulty stuff (could happen) But : nothing happened, only an ominous man in the background cares ...haha. Don´t buy here! Goods sent back, since no more answers. FU.
