nixe | Boutiquehotel & Spa Rügen

We stayed at Nixe for almost a week and enjoyed the luxurious accommodation and stylish ambiance. We rented a couple of rooms and were very please with the location and views. It's literally one minute to the beach and a few more minutes to reach restaurants and shops. The rooms are big and spacious, and I can't stop raving about the breakfast buffet. It's a combination of a la cart menu and small buffet. It was an absolute highlight starting our days with a fabulous meal and a super friendly staff. We enjoyed every minute and can' t wait to return one day. Such a special place.

The hotel has an old and a new building. We were in the new building, which has rooms with a view of the hotel’s car park. As the weather wasn’t inviting, we didn’t spend time on the balcony. The interior design of the room was very modern, pleasing to the eye and provided a small relaxing living-room. Due to space though, the bedroom and the bathroom were designed rather weirdly and required some getting used to. It was not possible to walk around the bed. One side of the bed was accessed through the bathroom. The other from the hall. The hall was fairly dark and the cupboard space there had no lighting. Despite these points we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was served at the table in the restaurant and had everything, we wanted. We didn’t manage to visit the spa area, which is apparently small, but fine. Everyone from the reception staff to the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff was very friendly. We visited the restaurant in the evening, which is in a separate review.

We wanted to visit Rugen island for already some time. Selected smaller hotel at Binz, located just pedestrian walking area from the Beach - which has been also regularly maintained and clean. We have booked suite which turned to be very comfortable and clean. Hotel is also equipped with smaller Spa area - Dry and Wet Saunas, relax room, all very clean. Good breakfast.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. Nice designed room, King size bed and 3 seats with table around the TV. A very well equipped bathroom with rain shower. The entrance of the room has a glass floor with sand underneath so it looks like you step on the beach entering the room. We had a room in the 2nd building with city view. But because the balconies in this building are on the south you can sit in the sun in the afternoon and out of the wind when comes from North/East. The hotel has a nice Spa in the basement of the 2nd building. ||If you are in love or have anything to celebrate you should bring your partner here!

The Nixe is on the sea front at the quiet end of Binz; the sandy beach is a two-minute walk from the hotel. Binz's crowded main tourist street is a five-minute walk along the sea front, making it easy to reach -- and easy to ignore.||We booked a design suite in the new building behind the old villa, and were very pleased with it. Not only was it stylish -- it also worked well and was quiet at night. The old building is lovely, too, and probably also not noisy, as the sea-front road is a narrow and restricted to pedestrians.||The hotel staff were helpful and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of different things to eat. As someone who prefers to drink espresso, and is very fussy about the quality of the coffee, I was pleasantly surprised by the very good espresso I was given each morning.

I am very happy I booked us into this lovely, small hotel. The room was great, nicely decorated, very clean with a phantastic shower. Very spacious and airy. Breakfast was very good including coffee and the service was impeccable - friendly, helpful and polite. ||Don't miss the restaurant - excellent food (new experiences), well presented in an enjoyable atmosphere with once again very good service. I hope we can back again!

NIXE is a great choice in Binz. Its location is just perfect and if you choose the junior suite you will have a view on the beach and sea. The rooms are moderna dn spacious. Unfortunaltely the restaurant was not open when we stayed there because of a change in ownership. So we received a breakfast voucher for the Cerez hotel. The spa is also nice.

Wonderful design hotel directly at the beach front. Beautiful junior suite with great bathroom and rain shower. Enjoyed the spa very much too. The hotel is located directly at the beach front and therefore very convenient to explore binz and go for dinners at night.
