We had two rooms for my husband and I are our adult children at the NJV Athens Plaza, and the hotel managed to assign us adjoining rooms, which was very convenient. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathrooms had loads of counter space. There were bathtubs with glass doors to protect the bathroom from the shower spray. The water pressure was very nice too. The hotel is across from the Parliament building and the balconies overlooked the square park in front of Parliament. We had cute little boxes of macarons waiting for us in our rooms and they were so tasty. The rooms came with breakfast and the breakfast buffet was very nice. It contained a variety of fruits, meats, cheeses, Greek yogurt, cereals, pastries breads, as well as hot dishes including scrambles eggs, sausages, tomatoes, etc. The bar downstairs looked very modern and beautiful, although we didn’t have any drinks there. It was a very comfortable hotel, with a convenient location close to the market and shopping districts.
