Great little boutique hotel convenient to the Garden District with a streetcar stop right out the front door. They are currently undergoing renovations (Feb ‘23), but this was not disruptive. The staff was top notch: Desk, valet, bartender, and housekeeping. The hotel was impeccably clean. Some of the furniture and carpet was worn, but they are renovating. The views of the city were amazing. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Rooms much larger than those in the French Quarter.

The hotel is nice. I like the decor. The rooms are a very good size. The bathroom is huge. The service was impeccable, especially Michael. He was awesome. He was very engaging and accommodating. I felt like he wanted us to have our best stay ever. It is in a great location across from the Street Car so you can hop on and in a few stops be in the French Quarter. There are lots of restaurants around it also.

First time staying at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Aveda products were a nice touch. There is an in room safe and coffee maker, but no microwave or mini fridge, which would have been nice to have. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The valets were also friendly, but there is only self parking on Sunday night and Monday. The location is great and close to downtown so it was ideal for us.

Such a great staff! The woman at the front (didn’t get her name) is so sweet and helpful! We didn’t actually end up staying here because of a mix up through a third party website (don’t recommend), but the staff was so sweet and allowed us to hang out in the lobby while we waited for another hotel to accommodate us since they were sold out. The hospitality was very much appreciated and I would definitely stay here during my next trip to NOLA. Beautiful area as well!

This place was okay but for the price the lobby was a mess and the hotel was not all that nice. However the staff was awesome! The lady who greeted us, the Vallet and the staff that was in the lobby. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, actually we had a early doctor appointment and the lady over seeing the breakfast area ( which was a additional 15 or 20) for the FREE breakfast gave me my coffee and prepared the oatmeal for me since I was leaving before the breakfast was to be served. The room was clean and decent but the neighbors were loud but we were in New Orleans! Just when the hotel is over $200 a night on a regular day with the discount for the appointment you expect a little nicer room. The bathroom was updated an decent. Overall, the Staff is the reason for the 3 Stars instead of One star.

Great stay! I highly recommend the Babins bar & bistro downstairs it has great breakfast and service. Steven the manager was very helpful (he gave great recommendations for places to visit). The young Colombian server was thoughtful and attentive in her service. Regarding the rooms and bathrooms they were clean and comfortable. This hotel is located in a great spot! Overall I’d book again.

Very disappointed with this hotel. I was initially excited going in because the hotel had such great reviews and offered breakfast/bar options. However, we discovered upon arrival that the dining and bar areas were closed, despite us paying extra for the breakfast. Luckily, we were able to get a refund. The room seemed nice at first, but there was no balcony like we expected, the vent did not work in the bathroom, and room service did not once come to our room during the six days we spent there. In addition, the hallways of the hotel were a mess. Stains everywhere you looked and broken light fixtures a long the walls. In addition, we also talked with someone who was also disappointed in his experience. The hotel, through online pictures, leads you to believe you will experiencing a luxury staff, but that was not the case for us. I think this hotel is fine for a one or two day stay, but if you're going to New Orleans, look for another place to stay.

Good location. Lovely building and walking distance to a few local places. Staff upon checking in and out was helpful; overnight staff not as much (the doors were fully locked and the key card entry was disabled - we looked to be inconveniencing them when we needed to be let in). The hotel was clean, a small problem was addressed in a timely fashion, the room was large and perfect for our needs. Definitely worth a look if you are needing to work and stay!
