The wife and I were in Park City in September and while walking around on Main Street stopped in to the No Name Saloon for some lunch. The interior was fun, saloon-like decor.
We were seated right away and chose to sit near a window looking out to Main street. I was not crazy busy, but more than we expected since it was a Tuesday afternoon.
Our server came right up and took our drink orders. I wish I could remember her name, as I like to call out good servers and she was great for our entire experience.
The wife ordered a bloody mary and I ordered a beer brewed in Utah, a Uinta Golden Spike Hefeweizen. The bloody was one of the smallest I have ever seen. Served in a low ball, not a pint glass like many. It is part of the reason for losing a star. My hefeweizen was cold and very good. I like hefe and I find very few US brewed that are good and this one is toward the top of my list.
For lunch I ordered the Buffalo Sliders, with Buffalo Chips and Salsa. The wife ordered the Bourbon Steak Chili. Both were served very quickly, surprising us how fast they came out.
Sliders were BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, Saloon Burger and the Bacon Bleu Cheeseburger. Yum. Yum. Yum. Order these if you can't make up your mind like me. You're Welcome. The Buffalo Chips threw me for a loop. Since the menu stated they came with salsa, I assumed they were tortilla chips. Nope. They were potato chips. Very good potato chips and the salsa was delicious.
The wife's cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped onion covered chili was served in a sourdough bowl and that's always fun. It is served with the same Buffalo chips (surprise, not tortilla chips) and salsa. She gobbled up the chili, but only made a small dent in eating the sour dough bowl and the chips. The chili was enough.
I would go again and recommend as a good place for lunch. Prices were pretty steep, but that is everywhere in this country (especially the last three years) and, heck, we were in Park City whose home owners are some of the richest people in the US.
Go. Eat Well. Have Fun!
