The building quality is way below the look. Nothing like what was promoted. My story: I moved into one of the apartments two months ago and dicovered a number of building defects since then, e.g. windows, heating system, waste water pump system in underground floor, laminate floor, toilett, etc. Only the toilett issue (water leaks) has been fixed so far. No one would really expect this level of defects at a new building from start. If they do exist, anyone would expect them to be fixed in a timly manner!

Schicke Neubausiedlung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum großen Tiergarten und dem Salzufer mit der Mercedes-Benz Welt. War hier eher zufällig und habe mir das Areal angeschaut, ist echt hübsch geworden. Besonders vorzuheben ist, dass die Siedlung öffentlich zugänglich ist mit einer schicken Treppe zum Spreeufer hin. Hier lässt es sich entspannt spazieren.
