No1 Lounge at Heathrow Airport Terminal 3

We had had paid extra for pre booking (to ensure entry) and waited at reception for a number of groups who were paying on arrival to be booked in. I was surprised the lounge was taking walk in arrivals as I could clearly see the lounge was packed. Upon entry into the lounge, I noted there were no seats available. Eventually I noted a table with three seats that was marked as reserved. When I enquired with reception when they were due to arrive, I was told it was a few hours’ time! I was able to persuade the reception staff to release it for our use Once settled down we sought out some food. I only wanted soup and found the soup urn was empty and no bowls were present. I waited 15 minutes for a refill, but none arrived. I went back to reception to note two female managers were identifying to the reception manager a series of issues they had identified in the lounge. Despite standing politely by them for some time, and obviously seeking to speak, none of the staff asked how they could help. I eventually interrupted them to identify the lack of food and utensils available. One manager went into the kitchen and produced a bowl for me. No apologies or pledge to rectify any issues. 10 minutes later the empty soup bowl was finally replenished. The range of available warm food was really disappointing. My daughter had Mac and Cheese (which was not tasty in any way) and had to use a small plate due to a lack of bowls etc The condition of the toilets was appalling. Two had broken door locks, one had no toilet roll and both were in a filthy condition. The general airport toilets were cleaner and in a better condition The decor was pleasant and if not so overcrowded would be nice place to while away some time (just don’t raise your expectations of the food and service) This was our first ever visit to an airport lounge and something we had pre planned to enhance the start of a special family holiday. This was a huge disappointment at the start of a special trip

Rude and no way should customers be treated this way. There were queues of people waiting to get in, with staff that are not coping this will lead to further dissatisfaction. If you reply, please provide email and contact details to send formal complaint to, paying for this was frankly a rip off and appalling experience

It's starting to look a little dated. Access is poor with very unhelpful staff on reception. Inside it's spacious and lots of areas to sit although seating isn't very comfortable. Food is good with excellent selection including gluten free options. Cold drinks if you don't want alcohol is very average with juices not topped up often at all. It needs a refresh and staff need training in customer service. This is a very busy lounge so you must book in advance to avoid being turned away

Wonderful staff and accommodation before my flight. I stayed for a couple hours. Love the view of the planes. And private areas. Food and infused water quite grand. Adults only is also a plus. I will come again. Thank you!

My first experience of the No1 airport lounge and the pancake station was out of order. The food was ok, the bar staff were friendly and the seating area was ok. Somehow tables were reserved though so I'm unsure how, but they were all of the comfy sofas, which was a shame. But we managed to get a couple of seats looking at the runway in the end so that was nice. I would like to say a big shout-out to Lucyna. She was so lovely and friendly throughout our stay in the No1 airport lounge, and was very attentive.

I used my credit card and entered through the Mastercard Travel Pass application to enter the lounge. The food that was served was alright, it was not the best and it was not the worst, it was eatable. But for a international lounge you would expect better than this. There was a coffee machine and some soft drinks and the food in the buffet.

We arrived at 3pm, it was packed and had to wait. The front staff weren’t the most welcoming. When I first saw the buffet, I was pleased with the healthy options however the food was mediocre at best. It definitely needed more flavour. Felt like I needed to add salt and pepper onto everything. The only redeemable item were the scones. While the atmosphere and food options is nicer than outside, I don’t think it’s worth £38pp if you don’t have access via priority pass. Better other lounge options in Heathrow.

Crowned, dirty, no food option. Probably one of the worst lounge I’ve ever been to. Food options were limited, you gotta wait for a good 30mins to get in and another 30mins to find a seat and another 30mins for someone to come clean the tables. Save yourself some time and simply just skip this.

Located across Gate 18 at Heathrow airport. Take the elevator to the lower level. We have access to the lounge via our American Express card. Need your boarding pass and lounge pass. Spacious lounge. Relaxing vibes. Breakfast items hot and cold. Coffee and juices. Bar is also open. Bathroom also available at the lounge. Love my perks of being an American Express Card holder!

Decent lounge with free small plates and alcohol. The seats are pretty comfortable and the espresso machine was a nice touch. No restrictions using PP besides needing to prebook if at capacity. Nice option if at terminal 3 at LHR

This lounge gets the job done... there's food and bottomless drinks of all kinds including wines, self-serve coffees, sodas, infused waters etc. That said, it has super nice, high class parts with very comfortable seats and some very meh seating. I have a huge problem with the staff seating lone diners on the hard, uncomfortable seating area whereas couples and families are sat in the more comfortable seats and cuter parts of the lounge even though we all pay the same for our memberships. A on the other hand, they also have a cinema where guests can sit to watch movies and I think that's pretty helpful for travelers with teens. The seating discrimination for solo travelers and somewhat bland breakfast options were not the best tbh but the overall vibe of the place, free drinks, and enthusiastic staff leave you feeling good. Also, I don't think it's fair to judge their food options overall if I haven't had lunch or dinner there so tbd. I would go back for drinks and vibes with a group.

When I came to get my "free champagne" it was not even Champagne, just a small glass of sparkling wine (which normally costs 12 pounds sterling). I was told that the rest of the drinks on offer were free, so I asked for a Baileys. The pour was so small I barely had a smigen of a taste, and when I wanted to get another, the server had disappeared. Then I wondered over to the food area where there were about 12 pots of what looked like various stews - not looking very appetizing and some wedges of cheese cut up. Truly the buffet selections did not look inviting and or appetizing. Truly the lounge is a very poor imitation of a true Airline lounge of which I have visited quite a few. I would have only given one star; however, I did appreciate the singular bathroom facilities that were clean, private, and a nice change from the majority of mass airport facilities that are provided to the public. The view of the airport was nice, but the place was crowded with limited seating options. Overall, the value is poor in terms of what is given for the pre-paid fee.

This is a very comfortable lounge located in Terminal 3. I had to wait sometime to get in but it was worthwhile. It got facilities to work and plug in electronics. They also got a room where they stream movies like in a theater. I liked the pancake machine. The food was just okay.

The food was tasty but the hot food isn't. It's lukewarm. This is despite the fact they don't put huge amounts out. The sweet treats (2 choices) taste good. The machine dispensed cappuccino is acrid and awful. The Coke Zero is from a pump contraption so tastes like bleach. The drinks glasses are warm, but no ice although the bar might have ice. If so they should put some at the soft drinks dispenser. Seating isn't comfortable with comfy places empty but marked reserved. I find it hard to believe one can reserve and not appear at all for over two hours. WiFi good. Staff within courteous and friendly unless you head for an empty reserved seat but they appear to know we aren't reserved guests - funny that. Male toilets in poor condition as not attended frequently enough. All in all not at all worth the cost of the hassle gaining entry not even close but alcohol drinkers just might get a better deal.

Absolutely disgusting service. Staff rude. It was enough to lose my appetite. Was turned away even though I would not get my 3 hours before flight. I paid £44 direct compared to £27 on booking.com. They did not answer their phones and closed office at 17.00. There was no smoking room as offered nor ANYTHING sweet. I would rather sit in the open area than come here again. This is the most disgusting service I've ever had. Avoid this place like the plague it is. Go to another lounge or sit in the unpaid area.

Average and overcrowded. Waiting list and a mess with people bringing too many young kids in there. Is there a limit on guests. I don't know? Ridiculous. Completely unimpressed

The yogurt bowl station was my favorite with Greek yogurt and plenty of berries and topping options. Coffee machines were excellent and drinks came out nice and hot. Pastries such as pain Au chocolate and plain croissants were fresh. There was also standard British hot breakfast available. People also seemed to really be enjoying the plethora of alcohol drink options as well.

3.5 stars and rounded down for a couple reasons. This is the first lounge I've ever been to where they seat you in specific seats instead of allowing for general seating. When they seat you, they call out to the staff that brings you to your seat --easily audible to half the lounge--your level of entry access (ie. whether you're accessing the lounge via a specific credit card, business class tickets, lounge pass, etc.) which to me is kind of awkward. Like maybe you don't want to share with half the lounge what credit card you use. (Or maybe you do...if that's how you roll...) And they could be a bit more discreet if they were going to seat you by hierarchy, which they did--if you were business class you got the larger leather sofas and lovseats, if not you were seated at various other seating. Second, for the moderate busy-ness they were experiencing for an early evening crowd, there was only one staff manning the entrance. I had the unfortunate circumstance of being behind a customer who was trying to get a third person in his party free entry while his credit card only covered two people. (he was adamant in adding both his wife and mom to his entry without paying and was arguing with the staff member about it) this was not the fault of the staff for sure, however it took about 15 minutes to resolve and the line was steadily growing longer behind them which I felt could've been avoided by opening a second line. The lounge itself is pretty well maintained, very clean, moderate food options, not as many drink options, though they do have a bar and bartender available. Bathrooms were spacious and fairly clean.

This is a pretty good airport lounge all things considered. It's not the nicest out there, very limited food options, often a little overcrowded, and the ambiance isn't the best due to how noisy it often is, but it's not bad and the food they do have is fairly decent, or at least better than what you'll get on a plane. The seats are pretty comfortable, it's got reliable fast charging along with good WiFi. And it's certainly a lot better than sitting at a gate. There's another issue that, despite being a popular lounge at a massive hub airport the has travelers from all around the world, the only wall outlet charging available is either British outlets or USB. If you want to plug in another country power brick you're going to need an adapter

I have been to quite few lounges and this isn't one on top of the list. I came here 4 hours before my flight and they refused my husband and I to get in saying " it must be within 3 hours form the flight" and it wasn't even full. Food here is mediocre and same with drinks. I wanted to have the Michelada vs Bloody Mary and it wasn't great. Their breakfast was basic. Their lunch however was a bit better. They had Indiana food and salad and that was better option. I would return and give them another chance

Yep just as bad as aspire. This lounge had the EXACT some food offered in aspire lounge when I was there. Same sentiments as Aspire lounge. Bland food. Limited options. More seating and spacious compared to Aspire.

Context: I only came because I have priority pass This lounge is so nice compared to the Aspire lounge, come here first if there's room. It's spacious, there's nice views of the planes, open bar, and a small hot buffet. The day I came the food was curry with rice, string beans, mashed potatoes, brats, and gravy. The food was mediocre but I'd rather take this free food than paying $15 for mediocre airport food. Open bar was also really nice. I'll be back again next time I'm at Heathrow.

Solid lounge. Usually very busy but the best priority pass accessible lounge in Heathrow terminal 3 by far.

Great place to wait at Heathrow for a flight. All food and drinks are complimentary. There is a restroom and even a small movie theatre! This is one of the nicest airport lounges we have been to!

Echoing the sentiments of various reviewers: if you have Priority Pass, and are in Heathrow's terminal 3, this is a much better lounge than Aspire. - open bar - free Wi-Fi - more space - clean.

I recently had a long layover in London and unfortunately, my lowly Gold Medallion status with Delta only qualified me for 3 hours in this lounge (me? bitter much?). The whole purpose of a lounge is to have some food and drinks and relax a bit in between flights. No. 1 delivered on the drinks, which were served up efficiently and with a smile. Cheers there. The food situation is ok. Some a small buffet-style variety that caters to vegetarians and travellers of different cultures. For me, that equals cheese, bread, and some cold cuts with some salad. Nothing to write home about. The biggest drawback is that this really is the "steerage lounge", in my opinion. It can get very crowded, and you may find yourself challenged to find a place to sit. My other issue is that the "spa" has still not reopened. I was coming off a long haul flight and had another long haul flight ahead of me, so I was really looking forward to hopping in the shower. So drinks? CHECK! Food? Meh, it worked in a pinch Relaxting? NOPE! Shower? NOPE! This is still better than spending 5 hours in the terminal spending too much for lackluster food, but I don't think I'd pay to use this lounge.

The host who greeted me at the reception was friendly. She was very patient when handling a customer who asked a lot of questions in front of me. I used my priority pass to enter, or else it costs 40 pounds to get in. When I ordered my complimentary meal, the servers were chatting. They did not stop their conversation immediately after they saw me waiting. One of them finally attended to me, but she then let a man cut in front of me. I ordered a chicken panang. It was ok as I cannot complaint about food at the airport lounge. The server at the bar asked me if I wanted any alcohol. She looked shocked when I said no. I then had to state that I do not drink alcohol. This was a good place to hangout when waiting for my flight. Comfortable environment. Services at the dining area have room for improvement.

Not worth the expense. Lots of seats reserved, but continued to be empty. Took me a while to get in as front desk was overloaded and not being helpful to some confused patrons ahead of me. It was extremely noisy, so I ended up leaving early and the gate was quieter and more comfortable.

At Heathrow Airport, we tried their No. Lounge before heading back to NYC. It was quite big, modern, and with loads of seating. This is more than just a lounge, it comes with bedrooms and travel spa! We took advantage of their Cinema room. There were barely anyone in here, so most of the time, we got to have our own, private cinema. Sweet! The food spread was more of "snacks" than real food. Mainly fruits, breads, salads... They had some baked goods, they were not bad at all. We got ourselves some Rosé Champagne, and it was really nice! With our Priority Passes, we were allowed to have one complimentary dish off their food menu. I went with Macaroni & Cheese. You could get truffle oil on request, so I put in that request. It came out nice and creamy, but didn't get any aroma or flavor of truffle. Did they put tiny amount of it, or maybe they forgot??? It was not as delicious as I wanted it to be. My hubby made a better choice, and went with Butternut Squash Curry. It was much more flavorful than the mac & cheese. It had a nice little kick to it, which we enjoyed. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing lounge. The staffs frequently go around, picking up plates and glasses, keeping the area clean. It was a good little break before getting onto the plane.

We had a few options for lounges at Heathrow. But all the reviews said this place was the best, (after security, at least). I tend to agree, this was one of the better lounges I've been to. When we arrived, we were handed a menu with a bunch of different options. And they make it for you and bring it out to you. A little disappointed that it's not a buffet or you could order as much as you want. But they gave us pretty good food. We tried the chorizo potato stew and the squash curry. The curry came with rice but the stew did not, though I wish it did. I preferred the stew though. This was top notch, restaurant quality food. They also had one table full of salad and soup and snacks, that was unlimited. And of course, there is a full bar and another area for soda or coffee. I would definitely come back to this lounge if I'm back in London again.

One star mainly because of the discriminatory behavior. This lounge prefers reservations even though there's ample space. In any case many before me and after me didn't have reservations. They asked me to take the bar even though many other seating places were available. The staff takes you to a specific seat, which is not a terrible idea. I asked why and they said they keep other areas for those who have reservations. I was like okay, but I see several places open, and I can wait and take that as soon as it's ready. Half an hour passed, and I was the only one at the bar with other seats still free. There were others coming without reservations after me and were being seated elsewhere. I checked with them again, but they lied to my face that everyone is coming with a reservation. An hour passed and this continued. No one was sitting at the bar. Basically once you are in, why bother giving any additional service? They already received whatever money they could get. PS: I used priority pass through Chase Sapphire Reserve to access this lounge if it matters.

I'm grateful for my Chase Sapphire Reserve card as it gives me access to Priority Pass lounges across multiple airports, including this No. 1 lounge at Heathrow. The lounge itself is very modern and spacious. It boasts a large bar, lounge seating near the bar, and comfy chairs throughout the space. Your entrance includes complimentary adult beverages, as well as one entree per person. They also have a continental style buffet for you to choose from muffins, cheeses, fruits etc. I opted for a rosé bubbly and a smoked salmon salad. The salmon was fresh, and of course the bubbly was delightful. My boo got a fried fish wrap, which was also good! The lounge has a cinema, lots of outlets, and is overall a comfy place to rest before your flight. Just be sure to check the screen at the bar for your boarding updates so you don't get TOO comfortable and realize your flight is on final boarding. Not that I'm speaking from experience or anything....

Food was good! You have a selection from a full menu when you're a priority pass member with Amex. They also have a full oatmeal/bread/fruit area, plus full coffee, tea, juice, and soda selection. Full bar with wine and beer as well. The best part is the movie theatre room! They also have a spa and scented lotions in the bathrooms.

Absolutely horrific service. If you are looking for a relaxing break with silence or a bite to eat don't come here. Where do I even begin? I suppose I should start with the staff, or better yet, the lack of staff. With around four members for around 200 guests they are extremely overwhelmed, and I felt very sorry for them until I got to the front of the 15 minute queue at the bar and was met with aggressive tone and left with warm beer and a slammed glass of half filled champagne. There was no forks and the bartender was also the check inn clerk and washing the dishes! LOL. Again I feel very sorry for them I know this is out of their control but from a customer experience I would have rather sat at a fast food restaurant. We were also sat in the "cinema" room which was practically a separate room filled with extra tables and chair it was seriously sad. I feel bad for the designers and engineers and anyone who had a positive business model for this lounge :(

What a lounge! If you are Delta Gold or above, entrance is free and I promise you will love it here. You walk in and are handed a menu where you can select from about four different meal options. There's also a small sampling of food available for everyone as well as desserts and a fancy coffee bar. Most importantly, almost all cocktails, wine and beer is free. There's multiple rooms in this lounge including the library, a club room and more. Almost all seats are located right by an outlet. All chairs are comfy and you will feel right at home. There's signage inside the lounge where you can check/confirm your boarding gate as well. All staff here is polite and friendly. You really feel like you are a VIP when you visit.

I thought this lounge was great, especially compared to Aspire which I went to on my incoming trip. I recently received a Priority Pass and have been visiting different lounges in various airports and No. 1 Lounge has been the best so far. The lounge itself is beautiful, comfortable and well laid out. They have showers with L'Occitane products and clean bathrooms. I loved how I was able to order food of my choice off of a menu in addition to a nice buffet. My two guests were both vegan and they had many options for them. The food was fresh and delicious and I had a nice glass of sparkling rosé. The staff was very nice and they were on top of clearing plates and refilling the buffet. I really enjoyed my time in this lounge and have yet to find one better.

We had a long wait time prior to flight so we decided to check out No1 Lounge. There's a card for complimentary champagne after checking in. Inside the lounge, there were plenty of seating area, though at that time it was almost at capacity. The spa, VIP room and movies were not available. There's a small selection of food - rice, chicken, naan on one side and another set on the other. If you choose to skip it, you won't be missing out. There's also a handful of fruits, as well as soda and coffee. The bar was enticing but I stuck to a cup of tea. By the time we left, there's a sign outside that they are no longer accepting walk-ins, only members with pre booking. Overall it's just a better place to wait out your flight. It's more comfortable and calmed down compared to the busy main seating area.

Having Priority Pass, I hesitated to pay the 6GBP booking fee that ensures entry: after all, the membership is meant to be inclusive. But having experienced the just-OK Aspire lounge in T5 on my flight in, I was looking for something better ... and this place was worth the fee. Entry included a small buffet and a small dish prepared from the menu. Coffee machine was good, and the included beer & liquor were all a step above the average Priority Pass standard. Staff was friendly and attentive. My only fear is that, like hotel resort charges, No 1 makes booking fees the new normal for Priority Pass.

Very nice airport lounge. There is ample seating with lots of outlets. They also offer a handful of private rooms if you wanted something a bit quieter. Foodwise they seem to offer a variety of snacks and drinks, as well as bar service. They also offer several complimentary meal options which you must order at the bar. We found the Moroccan chicken really tasty. There is a small spa as well as showers inside, but these come at an additional cost. I will definitely be back if I'm ever flying out of terminal 3.

They have the basics, but I've been to better lounges in crappy cities. They also have a shower you can schedule. It's better than nothing, I don't know about the other lounges in the airport, but this is def not a lounge I would visit twice unless it was only thing open in my terminal. Food is basic with nothing special. They have a small fruit and dry snacks buffet. Basically, the lounge is a slight upgrade from sitting at the gate waiting for your flight connection.

We visited on a long layover on our priority pass cards. The lounge has lots of seating but is also quite busy, there are some nice long couches and tables but we ended up on some okay couch chairs due to how how busy it was. There are also more swanky glass rooms but they would become "reserved" when people left (although I didn't get kicked out when hanging out for a small bit). There is also a theater room, staged couch seating, dim lights and the movie Up was playing. It was really nice in there. When you enter the lounge you are given a menu which is basically your meal ticket. The menu food was okay, nothing fancy but was nice to have something freshly prepared. There are also snacks available all the time. Showers weren't free so didn't get a chance to check them out. Bunch of bathrooms which were self-enclosed rooms. Overall, very nice lounge, bit busy, nice food and the theater room was a nice escape.

I have been MIA for almost a month now but being back in London homesick and jet lagged cannot stop me from Yelping.So here it goes... I was in Heathrow terminal 3 for a good 6 hour layover and decided to check out this lounge.I believe it's the only pay per admission lounge in terminal 3 (most lounges are for first class or by invitation only). For £40 per person it was well worth it's while. The pantry section is stocked with fresh cut fruits,breakfast cereals,croissants,cupcakes etc. What I loved best is that you have the option of ordering any one dish from the kitchen.We got the ~Poached egg pot (soft poached egg in a spinach puree, hollandaise sauce and a potato rosti) ~Fish Finger sandwich (fish fingers in a white roll with tartare) Now for the not so good part,a lot of the sections like the cinema and library were written as reserved even when there was nobody there.They also told me I couldn't put my leg on the sofa (this happened exactly while I was writing this review Ironic!).The Snug section was out of service. In conclusion the food is good which is why this place deserves 3 stars but if you're looking to relax and stretch those tired legs you would be better off elsewhere (Now that is such a pity). I arrived at Heathrow with a friend who had a earlier flight. So, I had a little time to kill before it was time for me to take off. After doing a little shopping, I found the No. 1 airline, which offered me complimentary entrance due to my status on Delta. It was mid-morning and the continental breakfast fare was displayed nicely on a serving counter. In addition to that, they also had a small menu from which you could order, with no additional fees. The menu was divided into "before 11 AM" and "after 11 AM". The morning offerings included a Belgian waffle, eggs, or a bacon roll. In the afternoon, they had vegetable ragu, chicken caesar pita, and cottage pie. I got the Belgian waffle, which was small and sweet. It was perfect for a quick bite to accompany fruit and yogurt. This was a nice place to relax for a little while before my flight. The employees were all quite friendly, the restroom facilities were very clean, and the wifi worked well.

I came to No. 1 Lounge for the shower. A shower only costs 10 pounds and allows for untimed use of a private shower room that locks and also has a toilet and bench inside. A towel and shampoo are provided for free. The lounge is located upstairs and it's easy to follow the signs to find it. This was a great break from the bustle of Heathrow and allowed for me to keep going for the long day ahead after a night flight.

One of my favorite lounges. Love getting to Heathrow early so I can stop by here. It's very spacious and has a cool cinema, lots of couches and comfortable chairs, massive bar (included). They also have a complimentary menu for breakfast and lunch that you can order items from the kitchen. Of course, all this glam comes for the price of 40£ OR included with your Priority Pass! Depending on how long of a layover you have, it might not be worth the payment. But if it's included, you might as well do what I do with my priority pass and pop in to get a quick bite and some drinks for free. They also have showers you can rent for 15£ or sleeping pods for 20£/hour. I personally haven't used those, but I have used their spa! Perfect because when you're traveling and hesitant about getting your brows done somewhere unknown, this is the perfect place! The pricing is a bit steep, but sometimes you just need to feel fresh again. They also offer express Mani/Pedi deals with OPI nail polish. Right now I think it's 70£ and prices will change off and on. If you're flying out of T3, just look for the signs towards the lounges and you will have to walk down the long hallway and make a right to get on the elevator.

Awe sad, such a low review for this lounge. I for one, loved it. I thought it was better than the other lounge down the hall (aspire?). This lounge accepts priority pass and it is pretty large. It was packed when we were there but we managed to find space to fit our family of three and sit comfortably. I liked that you can order off their menu and they brought everything pretty fast. They also provided a small buffet of other food items like pastries and fruit. We went during breakfast time and they had a good selection. All their food items were tasty. I think my husband got their avocado toast and also their fish wrap. I shared and it was pretty good. Their bathroom facilities were okay. It was a little dirty but there was someone in there cleaning it. Overall, I enjoyed my time here, so much so that we almost were late for boarding.

Came early at 7:30am via my boyfriend's Priority Pass. Because it was so early, there was no line and plenty of seats to choose from, but it did start to get a little busier around 9am, but still plenty of seats. // Seating There's a variety of seats available, of which the leather sofas are pretty comfortable, should you be lucky enough to snag one. There are also conference style seats with outlets if you need to do work and a cute dining area as well. // Food & Drinks Food is all complimentary and you get one dish per person. We both got the Crepe Florentine with spinach, cheese and a poached egg on top. It was tasty, but definitely not enough food if you're hungry! Tip: You can ask to add bacon (more like Canadian bacon) at the time of order free of charge :) There are also self-serve complimentary baked goods, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, crackers, cheese, coffee and juice. The espresso machine is great and if you dislike the powdered milk that comes in the cappuccinos and lattes like me, but like milk in your coffee, you can make an espresso or americano and add real milk from the cereal bar. Oh did I mention that all alcoholic beverages minus the champagne are free of charge as well? // Overall If you can get in for a discounted price or for free with a Priority Pass and there are no long lines to get in, I highly recommend this lounge! It's no ritzy Virgin Atlantic lounge, but a very good value and a great place to kill time with free wifi.

I've been renting pod bedrooms here for over a year now between long haul flights. First off, the pod is amazing. I highly recommend if you have a long layover to rent one. The tiny bedroom has a comfy bed, shower and toilet...basically everything you want or need after getting off 6+ hr flight and before hopping on the next......but there is something to be said about the hospitality at London Heathrow Airport. I would say the attitude is poor, starting off at the moment you enter through security, but I'll vent that to the airport...what really astounds me are the people who run the front desk at this establishment. Quite rude, not very helpful and always rushing. I mean, this lounge is in the hospitality business? The last thing I want to deal with when traveling is an unfriendly host. Be kind. Also, I noticed there are no "Where can we improve cards?" in the bedroom or the front desk, so I guess I'll leave this here for someone to find: 1. Provide clear instructions in pod for how to operate bedroom hvac, tv and lights 2. Also, provide proper check-out procedure in pod so people aren't stunned when you kick them out when they drop off their key 3. Provide USB outlets in pod for people who aren't from the UK (which is most) 4. When checking in podroom guests, use your computer system to pull up the reservation instead of having them show you their email. (You should be able to search and find the res with the name. C'mon.) 5. Re-vamp the check in process. Including the dingy hallway leading up to the lounge and the long lines to get in.

Made to order meals is pretty cool. Food is amazingly good. Great bar with lots of choices. Probably one of the best lounges I've been. They even have a cinema. Bedrooms and shower facilities. Quite impressive-it is very busy though! Got in through priority pass otherwise it's 52/person which is quite steep but I think worth it if you have a long layover.

Good enough lounge! Has changed recently... offerings are less and no more packaged goods like crisps or cookies! Preferred the old system of "help yourself" bar but maybe people were too liberal with their helpings! Overall enjoyed the stay! Will be back!

Worst lounge ever. First time I visited food was limited to one "entree" that was barely appetizer size. Second time I stopped by I was asked if I had a reservation. I asked what they mean, I've never reserved a lounge seat before. The front desk person had an attitude and said it's common which is untrue. The lounge gets so full that you need to book a spot and/or pay a fee despite the fact that I'm supposed to gain free entrance with my credit card. So, I was told to leave. I'm not sure what this lounge thinks it's number 1 in?

Piss poor customer service is probably the best way to describe our experience. Veronica the host/manager was rude and incompetent. Maybe it was COVID's fault or maybe she just didn't know what she was doing. I recommend anywhere else but this lounge. Good luck, fly safe.

Been here twice this year while during layovers in Heathrow. This is one of 2 priority pass accessible lounges in Terminal 3. Aspire is always at full capacity so No 1 is where I end up. This lounge is also packed so you won't have your choice of where to sit; it's usually whatever is left over. Each person can order an item off their menu. I've only had the chicken panang because nothing else looks appetizing. The portions are tiny so you'll need to supplement with the salad/soup/dessert bar, which changes often. Terminal 3 is fairly big so give yourself enough time to get to your gate. I like the bathrooms here! Every stall has it's private sink so I can brush my teeth in privacy. I usually feel weird doing it in a public restroom and/or feel rushed occupying the sink.

This lounge would get 4-5 stars as they have good food/drinks although getting into the place is a significant challenge. Since COVID the wait is 30-40 minutes unless you have a booking/reservation...which is not stated/recommended anywhere on their website or the on the priority pass lounge app. This was extremely frustrating.

The highlight of this lounge is that entry includes a full entree in addition to the buffet of typical small bites (fruit, breads, salad) offered in other lounges. Upon entry, you'll receive a menu of the day, which has breakfast or lunch/dinner options depending on the time of day. So I guess the only downside to the entree is that depending on the clock you are running on, the options available may seem inappropriate (though I, for one, love breakfast for dinner). The lounge accepts priority passes (woohoo!) and has free, no-password wifi thats good enough to get that last minute download of a show for your upcoming flight. It's worth noting they offer showers and bedrooms at an extra charge as well.

I loved that there was hot food upon order, a small movie theatre, an office, and plenty of seating with charging stations. They also have a nice variety of beverages and pastries.
