Great location in a quiet street off the main tourist road in the Old Town, very quiet. Nice breakfast served from 8:30, omlette, cheese, meat, fruits and yoghurt. We stayed in room 1 which I understand is not the best, ground floor with only small frosted fan windows which didn’t open so lack of ventilation gave the room a musty smell. It was also pretty dark, but as a base for sleeping was fine. Bed comfy and good shower. Ask for a room on an upper floor. Lots of restaurants within a minute or 2 walk.

It was very nice. The room is good with the affordable price. The location is near to landmarks like freedom square and restaurants. The food is also okay but it is always the same. I just suggest that they should change their food everyday.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the middle of the old city of Tbilisi. We had a lovely room with a big private balcony (room no. 8). The room is cleaned daily and a satisfying breakfast is served every morning until 11:30. The view from our window is beautiful and overall it was a quiet room, despite being in the middle of the city. The air conditioner worked well and the staff was really accommodating. Definitely recommended.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the middle of the old city. We staid here for a week as a couple and enjoyed the hotel very much. The room is cleaned daily, a varied breakfast is provided until 11:30 and the location is fabulous. We had room 8 which has a private balcony with a view of the city. Definitely recommended.

BED BUGS! I thought this was a cute, nice hotel, but unfortunately, I woke up from a nap to bed bugs. When I left, they promised me a refund and then changed their mind in an email posted below. Please be very careful. I have spent so much money and time ensuring the problem didn’t come home with me. I would hate for the same to happen to you.

The rooms gives off a very homey feels, Its clean, AC and heater works perfectly fine. Breakfast is ok, you need to ask for eggs (with variety of options) to be prepared as they cook it upon request. Also, the hotel is just a walking distance away from the clock tower, the bridge and rike park. Just they don't have any lifts just in case you wish to bring more luggages.

You can have a dreadful experience of sleeping in a semi-basement, feeling the loud rumble of car tires rolling above your head. The room has no radiator at all, making it uncomfortably cold, and the breakfast is quite disappointing.

This hotel was perfect for a group of friends. It is centrally located, within walking distance of a small market, coffee shops, ATM and the old town itself. The staff were unfailingly friendly, competent and helpful. They were happy to organise transport from the airport for guests arriving at all hours of the day and night. Although there was quite a lot of street noise, the hotel itself was an oasis of quiet, featuring terraces, courtyards and nooks. Our room had its own sunny terrace, giving a view over the town towards the church. There was good lighting and a table with chairs. AND a coffee machine! Breakfast was the best that we have had in Georgia, with a cold buffet as well as various hot dishes made to order. The only downside was that the room safes were unreliable. Hopefully this will have been remedied.
