- We experienced a delay in being seated, despite the counter appearing unoccupied for five minutes.
- The long coats were not taken and were left hanging on the chairs, touching the floor. We kindly requested that they be removed.
- The ambiance was quite loud, with numerous tables occupied by groups.
- The cocktail, ordered at the beginning of the meal, did not arrive before the food or with the starters, only appearing with the main courses.
- One member of the staff seemed to struggle with their duties. When presenting the bread selection, they asked, "Which bread you want uh?"
- The menu seemed to contain several hidden charges. Ordering the first dessert, the 'Tart tatin,' which was not explicitly mentioned, would result in a twenty-dollar surcharge as per the waiter once you have asked for it in your order. The Waygu beef, priced at fifteen dollars on the menu, would result in an additional seventy-dollar charge when ordered separately. I was afraid of ordering by the end of it as everything I wanted to order... I was informed to have a surcharge.
- The food and cutlery were served in a manner that crossed in front of the guests.
- My unlocked phone was taken for payment with the Accor card. (I acknowledge that I should have been more cautious in this instance.)
- The tatin was way to sweet, overdid the suggar
- The rest of the food was good and yummy, specially rhe eye fillet.
