The location of Hotel Noa Boutique is unbeatable, with unique views and very beautiful rooms. However, the lighting is poorly resolved: it aims to be warm but ends up feeling more pretentious than elegant.
The most disappointing aspect is the service. It does not convey the premium feel expected from a boutique hotel: there is no room service menu nor a sense of full attention. The restaurant is mediocre, with a very basic menu and a weak wine list, more typical of a tourist beach bar than an exclusive place.
In summary: a hotel with an extraordinary setting, but poorly executed in concept. Lots of appearance, little true boutique experience. A pity, because with this location it could be among the very best.
