NOA Restaurant Cairns

By far the best avocado toast I have ever had. The portion was big but I never got bored because the way it is plated you can clearly create four distinct flavor profiles on the same dish. The chili is plated open on the side, there is a lemon wedge, and sweet balsamic. The seeded bread and added seeds was amazing. Topped with caramelized onions and cherry tomatoes and herbs with a touch of what appeared to be yogurt. I added the halloumi for saltiness. What is amazing is that you were in control of everything. Wife enjoyed the prawn toast that was also great. We enjoyed the acai and the mango-coconut smoothies too. Service was superb. Great way to end our Cairns visit. Place is walking distance from Botanical Gardens and near airport. Highly recommend you stop here.

Been here many times over the years, generally a great restaurant with swift efficient service, casual refined atmosphere and great drinks. However as a professional chef the past 2 times ive been there the food has been a bit average. It was fresh and looks nice, but a bit lacking a punch of flavour. Could either use a bit more seasoning, acidity or aromatics, especially as salt and pepper are not offered on the tables or by the service staff. I still love this restaurant and only offer this info as constructive, not to put the place down. Definitely one of my go to restaurants in Cairns.

Me and my friend visited for brunch and we had a really nice experience. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Everything came out fresh and well-presented, and the staff were attentive throughout our visit. I ordered some food for take-away for my friend as well because the food was really good. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again.

Everything was really delicious! Pictured are the shakshuka and eggs your way + hash potato which were excellent. The service was great as well, everything came out fairly quickly and we were attended to promptly.

Stopped here for breakfast as we had time to kill before our flight back to Sydney. YOU MUST EAT HERE!! I ordered the Tiramisu French toast. Normally I wouldn't order something that sounds this sweet but I'm so glad I did. IT WAS SPECTACULAR! It wasn't too sweet, had a wonderful combinations of flavors (raspberry compote, syrup, mascarpone, chocolate shavings and espresso.) This is 100% the best breakfast I have ever enjoyed. Iza was our server, she was attentive, friendly and lovely.

This has to be one of my absolute favourite spots for breakfast or lunch it’s become a little weekly tradition that I always look forward to! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere just feels welcoming. The staff are consistently warm, attentive, and professional, the coffee never misses (always perfect!), and the food is nothing short of divine. It’s one of those places that just puts you in a good mood every single time.

I had such a great experience here. The coffee was excellent, smooth and well-made. I tried the limited edition Smashed Pork from the breakfast menu and it was absolutely delicious. The house-made muffin was another highlight, huge, fresh, and seriously one of the best I’ve had. Everything from the food to the service was spot on. Definitely worth coming back for.

What a great place, awesome menu, I had the Gnocchi mmm mmm, coffee is on point, great engaging staff. Cool breeze blowing through, adding to the experience. Sorry I didn't get a picture of the delicious gnocchi.

Chai latte is excellent. Matt was the bartender and made excellent drinks. I highly recommend the chicken wings. The crispy garlic over the crispy outside but juicy inside was delicious. It had a slight Asian inspiration, which I absolutely loved. I am an American who was looking for a place to get some work done near the airport to pick up my friends at a delayed flight. One thing that I've learned about Australia is that they have a great respect for work life balance, meaning many of the restaurants close early (around 5pm or so). Early for American standards especially to someone who is from the bustling nightlife of LA and the OC . But NOA was open. Trendy, delicious, and great service. Was looking for a place to get some work done with internet access to no avail, and the bartender Matt let me use his personal hotspot. What service! Highly recommend and felt so welcomed to Cairns ! Lovely coffee and muffin. Can't saying about the tapas and/or wine Bar part of it. Great spots to sit.

This is a very relaxed, but good quality eatery in the suburbs of Cairns. It's in the same area as the Botanical Gardens and the unique Tanks Art Centre, so that's a good reason to stop here for refreshments while you visit. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff are lovely. Most tables are in an outdoor (but protected from weather) area, but there's inside seating too. It has a "Friday night drinks" relaxed feel to it. My companion and I enjoyed a late lunch here, so it was good to be able to choose from the Tapas menu. We also didn't have a booking, but had no problems getting a table. We had Prawn Wonton Cups and the Abundance Bowl salad. Both were great - healthy, good fresh ingredients and nicely presented. I would not hesitate to come here again.

Incredible food and service! Staff is lovely and super attentive. Atmosphere is earthy and relaxed. We were only in Cairns for 3 days but ate at Noa 2x (breakfast & lunch). Would have been all 3 days if we hadn't had a full day on the water one of the days. Do yourself a favor and be sure to eat at Noa. You won't be disappointed!

My friends and I made two attempts to eat at NOA. The first was on ANZAC Day, and it was closed! (sadface), so we tried again on our last day visiting Cairns, and we were not disappointed. We were able to get a reservation and sit outside, which was double awesome. The staff are all very professional and lovely to interact with, and we really enjoyed our meals! I shared the Herbed Smoked Labneh and Ricotta Gnocchi with one friend, while my other two friends shared Jamon Sereano Bruchetta and Grilled Baramundi. We left happy, full, and maybe slightly buzzed from their amazing sangria :).

Food is good and presentation excellent. Service started well but after food came they pretty much ignored me. Had to go up and ask to get leftovers wrapped and get the bill.

Nice relaxed spot for lunch had Noa burger perhaps a bit big but nice atmosphere out the front and good service

Awesome cafe with amazing breakky! Good coffee & chai. Had the smashed avo to share, it was perfect.
