We recently visited Noat Coffee, a place that only offers coffee, toasts/sandwiches, and ready-to-eat desserts. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon arriving, we waited about 10-15 minutes just to place an order. When we finally did, we requested two coffees and two simple toasts. These toasts were not complex dishes, just bread with some meat, cheese, and tomatoes on top—something you'd expect to be prepared quickly. However, 30 minutes passed, and we still hadn’t received our food or drinks. In total, we spent 45 minutes waiting, with no sign of our order nearing completion.
When I politely inquired about when we might expect our order, the waiter’s response was quite rude. He pointed to the supposedly full café (with only 8 customers, four of whom arrived after us) and said they were busy, asking us to wait another 10 minutes.
The thought of waiting nearly an hour for a simple coffee and toast was unreasonable, especially for tourists eager to explore the city. We decided to leave before our order arrived.
While the food and coffee might have been good, I can’t judge it since we never got the chance to try it. If you value your time, I would not recommend this café. There are surely better places where your time will be respected.
