Late December 2025 Spent a rainy 🌧 day at the town plaza and capped our visit at this beautiful local ice cream and dessert place. Their range of desserts 🍨 🥧 🍦 are imaginative and share a fun and communal vibe. The place is brightly lit with a very welcoming atmosphere. Flavors and creations change regularly.

Sweet Ambition, Slim Returns Noble Folk in Context Noble Folk Ice Cream & Pie Bar feels right at home on Healdsburg’s plaza—cheerful, busy, and clearly tuned to its surroundings. The shop’s small-batch ethos and playful flavors promise more than the usual sugar rush, positioning it as a natural stop after a day of tasting rooms and long lunches. We ordered four scoops total, split between cups: Swiss chocolate, salted caramel, and Black Sesame Seed*. The classics were serviceable but unremarkable—pleasant enough, yet lacking the depth or distinction their names suggest. The Black Sesame Seed*, however, was a genuine surprise: savory, nutty, and confidently bitter-sweet, the kind of flavor that makes you pause and recalibrate your expectations mid-bite. At nearly $20 for the order, the price feels steep for what amounts to a restrained portion and uneven execution, though that sticker shock is hardly out of character for Healdsburg. And to be fair, there likely aren’t many more rewarding ice cream options within town limits. Noble Folk shines in its immediate context—charming, convenient, and occasionally excellent—but it’s not chasing global ice cream greatness. Think of it less as a destination scoop and more as a well-placed indulgence that makes sense exactly where it is.

We stopped by Norfolk Ice Cream and had a great experience. We tried the strawberry miso, Dutch chocolate, and key lime with coconut — such a crazy mix of flavors, but all so delicious and well-balanced. My brother was surprised to find miso in his strawberry scoop, but it really worked! The ice cream is creamy, flavorful, and not too sweet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt lucky to get served quickly — by the time we left, there was a long line thanks to the Labor Day holiday.

A Sweet Oasis of Delight! 🍦🌿 This isn't just an ice cream shop, it's an experience! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a beautifully decorated space, absolutely brimming with lush houseplants that create such a serene and welcoming atmosphere. And the location? Simply perfect for a leisurely stroll with a scoop in hand. Beyond the incredible ambiance, they even have a merchandise store with some really cool stuff! But let's talk about the main event: the ice cream. Seriously, this is hands down one of the most amazing ice cream shops I've ever visited. We tried the chocolate flavor, and it was genuinely one of the best chocolate ice creams I've ever tasted – rich, creamy, and just perfectly decadent. You absolutely have to visit this gem!

Google
A nice, small local shop providing fresh gelato. They were not too sweet and I liked their three berries one

Google
There’s artisanal ice cream and then there’s Noble Fork. Wow. The flavors were outstanding. The toppings were generous and the service was excellent. We tried black sesame, Earl Grey/orange marmalade, Dutch Cookie, and cherry pistachio. Each was better than the next.

Google
Several wine tastings in, and we thought ice cream would be a good idea for lunch… we were right! And we were able to get a flight of ice cream to keep on theme. The staff were nice, and every flavor was a hit. The horchata and the English cookie were our favorites. In all seriousness, the flight of ice cream is an amazing idea, and a great deal at $12.

Google
Wow I really dislike macarons and I LOVED the chocolate sea salt one. Getting one of each made a fun birthday surprise for a friend. Also like the sesame ice cream and the affogato. The chocolate affogato is just a quadruple portion of fudgy chocolate on your ice cream but of course is delicious

Yelp
Cool little sweets shop in Healdsburg on the square. Stopped in with some friends after eating at KinSmoke. They had a unique variety of ice cream flavors along with some other treats and fun things to buy. The ice cream was very good and pretty dense; not quite gelato, but good. The girl that helped us was friendly

Yelp
I hardly ever write bad reviews, but why do the employees here hate their job? I'm never rude to customer service folks but they acted like we were an inconvenience. First and foremost, I used to love this place. Every time I come to visit, I would make my friends and family go and get a treat. The ice cream, cookies and pies are amazing. But last evening, there were two people that didn't bother to be nice or helpful. We WERE next in line but didn't need to try flavors of ice cream. So naively, which probably shouldn't have done, we went to the counter and ordered our pie. Instead of just asking if we're next in line, the person quipped to us in the most rude manner that there was one line. Okay fine since there was four of us, we decided to just pay as a group individually since they didn't want to help us. But the person helping us was just as rude that every possible thing we said was inconveniencing them. Sorry for being a customer. If you hate customers maybe don't work customer facing. Other times we went, they were nice. Btw it's really hard for me to write a negative review, look at my page, but the service was so atrocious I had to say something. And it's so sad that my friends that I hyped up to tell them this place was amazing just to be treated this way. And if staff want to know who we were, four Asian women who were first in line around 6pm. If you have cameras, we weren't lying.

Yelp
This place is full of delicious treats! We were walking by on our way to dinner and had to stop to grab cupcakes. Cupcakes are reasonably priced ($4) and really delicious. I had the gluten-free one and it was really delicious. I don't usually avoid gluten, but I will say I didn't miss it in this delicious cupcake. Service was fast and friendly. I also like how they are open until 9 if you want a sweet treat!
google avatar

Tiffany T.

Yelp
Still happens to be one of my favorite ice cream places! The flavors are super fresh and interesting. They only allow two samples per visit, however.

Yelp
Such a cute little ice cream shop that serves probably one of two of the best ice creams I've ever had. I ordered the house made Oreo and OMG it had the perfect amount of sweetness! Loved it! My husband ordered the Dutch cookie which seems to also be a popular flavor and he appeared to enjoy it as well. They also sell crewnecks with ghost face on it! I was very tempted to purchase. I would return if I was in the area again and highly recommend trying their ice cream AT LEAST once.

Yelp
Stopped by with a few coworkers to get a yummy treat post dinner. The workers there were friendly and accommodating to our large group size of 10+. They also let us taste a few flavors before deciding what we wanted to get, which was appreciated even when a line started to form behind us. The shop was so aesthetically pleasing, clean and felt very open with the high ceilings. The menu was extensive and I really liked how unique the flavors seemed. Do note though that they may not have everything that is listed on the menu, and they also might have additional flavors that aren't listed as well. They also had lots of additional sweet treats like pies, cookies and cupcakes. My coworkers and I couldn't decide what we wanted and ended up sharing an ice cream flight. A flight ($12) includes 6 small scoops/choices of flavors! We got the Thai tea, black sesame, ube, house made Oreo, coffee, and peanut butter brownie. Our fan favorite was the black sesame. Perfectly roasted, not too sweet. We also enjoyed the Ube as it had a strong purple yam flavor. Out of all the flavors we ordered, we felt like the Thai ice tea was a bit of a miss for us. It was overly sweet compared to the rest of the flight. It had the Thai tea flavor but it was subtle compared to the sweetness. Typically Thai ice tea is also very sweet as a drink, so I'm not too surprised that it replicated that as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our ice cream flight. We shared it between 3 people but we could have definitely shared with another person for the amount we received. If you're in the neighborhood, I'd definitely stop by for a sweet treat!
google avatar

Yelp
O M G!!!! Simply amazing! The end! LOL What can I say? We walked by, not really craving anything but just the name and seeing all the cuteness from the exterior drew up in. The place is cute, not too big, not a lot of seating but there's definitely places around the park across the street to enjoy your treat! The service was great as we were able to try a few ice cream flavors! We finally settled on the pecan pie and salted caramel ice cream!! Definitely a must try!
google avatar

Lucy Y.

Yelp
I love eating a lot of flavors so I was so happy to see that they offered a flight option to get small scoops of six flavors! I split with some friends and the flavors were so interesting and good. The interior was a bit small so after eating we walked around the downtown area. The service was quick and easy!
google avatar

Yelp
Pies and ice cream - 5/5 Cupcakes 3/5 We tried the dutch apple, strawberry blueberry, lemon cream and chocolate hazelnut pie slices. Choco hazelnut was my favorite! Tried the carrot, norwegian almond and little misses cupcake. Also, tried the peach spiced sorbet and orange creamsicle ice cream. We will for sure be back next time when in town!
google avatar

Yelp
If you are feeling ice cream, coffee or both- lovely spot to stop by in Healdsburg. My sister brought me here after a wine tasting and we each got an affogato. Unique ice cream flavors and you can choose which ice cream scoop you want with the espresso.
google avatar

Linda B.

Yelp
I'd return to Healdsburg just for this ice-cream! It is simply delicious and the portions are ample! There are so many unique and delectable goodies to choose from The locals are indeed lucky! The store is on the main thoroughfare near the park. You can expect a line, but it goes quickly and the servers are friendly and welcoming. It's a small shop, so don't expect a table. The park is nearby and offers seating. We strolled with our treats which was just fine. The window shopping is lovely.
google avatar

Caitlyn L.

Yelp
I've been to both locations and I love the products, aesthetic and service. In the spring I had the earl grey flavor which was delightful, and now this summer I've had the maple cornflake twice. I love the ice cream itself and and cornflakes are soaked, the texture is delightful. The maple isn't overpowering. A single scoop is plenty for me and I feel like everything is a pretty good deal.
google avatar

Helen L.

Yelp
Anyone who has black sesame gets 5 stars. Theirs is just perfect. The right sweetness and flavor. I got a split in a cup. The second was the passion fruit. Very flavorful. It is tart. My eating mate had coconut but tasted like coconut with Key lime pie. I was confused. The service was great.
google avatar

Ariel L.

Yelp
A great place for cake, coffee, and anything sweet like ice cream! We were early for our dinner at the Mathison and tried out this place. It was a pleasant surprise as the ice cream and cake were good! Plus good coffee! I would've eaten more if we didn't have a dinner meeting! Friendly staff and a safe space for LGBTQ+.
google avatar

Cindy C.

Yelp
This is a must stop if you're in Healdsburg! Pie a la mode? YES PLEASE. We came 30 mins before closing on a Friday night and they still had plenty of pies and ice cream! There was a line but it went quickly. We got the berry crumble pie with triple berry ice cream and it was probably the best decision we made that day. They ask if you want your pie warmed up so that was a plus! Definitely swing by if you can!
google avatar

Pooper P.

Yelp
We got a split scoop of apple crumble pie and passion fruit, it was delicious!! They only let you pick two samples so pick carefully what you want to try. The ice cream is really well done.

Yelp
Where can I begin? We visited Noble Folk Ice Cream and Pie Bar in January 2025. We were here for the night and decided to visit the downtown area. We immediately noticed the location and knew instantly we had to try it after dinner. We were promptly greeted and helped by the kind staff. I ordered a slice of the Strawberry Blueberry Crumble Pie a la mode. I paired it with the Triple Berry Pie ice cream. Wow. That's all I can say. It was wonderful and I will definitely be back here. Wife ordered a scoop of Blood Orange Raspberry. She said it was absolutely delicious. We did eat inside but the place is a little small so be prepared to stay for a short while if you do. Other than that, it's very nice inside.
google avatar

Elisa G.

Yelp
I love the black sesame ice cream but we got pumpkin chocolate chip instead. I want to go back and eat more ice cream They have cute novelty items and the kid who works here is very efficient and he was hygienic and wore a mask. Smart!!
google avatar

Dang L.

Yelp
It was a long line on the weekend. But is ok. It lets you look at the menu while waiting. It's a bustling place with people coming in and out. There are some places to sit but limited. I love that they have pies and cookies and not just ice cream so there is something for everyone in your group. We got the flight of ice cream, which I thought was the best deal. 6 small scoops of what ever flavors you want. I enjoyed the pumpkin, sesame, Thai tea (tastes like you are drinking it), raspberry (a little tart) and 2 more that I can't recall. We dug in right away and forgot to take a pic.
google avatar

Jessica M.

Yelp
9/10 would still recommend this place! The key lime pie was a flavor symphony...lightly sweet, with lime that was smooth rather than sharp. The whipped cream melted like a dream, and the cherry on top added just the right pop of sweetness. The crust was clearly made with care and golden, gently crisp on the edges but I did wish the bottom had a bit more crunch and less doughy softness. Still, the flavors came together beautifully in every bite. A must-try for pie lovers!
google avatar

Kasey H.

Yelp
It was solid! There were lots of great flavors, and we discovered that getting a flight was about as much in cost as getting 2 small scoops... soooo we went for the flight! We tried so many flavors, and I will say that some were super yum, and some were just ok. The consistency was good, and you can just take it over to eat in the park - such a lovely time. So overall: a good experience! Definitely swing by - it's a popping place so it's always worth trying out some good ice cream.

Yelp
Extremely popular ice cream and dessert shop in the bustling busy square of downtown Healdsburg. I've been here once before where the line was almost around the corner but this time almost no line. They have unique flavors and also vegan and gluten free options. They have a 6 flavor sampler with smaller size scoops if you can't decide. I opted for their split scoop which is two half size scoops of two different flavors of your choice. I got their house made Oreo and also the cherry pistachio. Both were excellent. The Oreo was more on the chocolatey side. I really like the cherry pistachio and I might get a full scoop of that one next time. We also got a couple cupcakes to take back to our hotel for a late night snack. We got the vanilla with strawberry rhubarb and also the buttermilk brown butter with sliced peaches. I liked the strawberry one more. I could barely taste the peaches in the other one. I wasn't a huge fan of their cupcakes because they didn't taste fresh. But my cousin loved them.
google avatar

Aaron B.

Yelp
Great ice cream with free toppings. Single ice cream can split in two flavors. Generous scoops that aren't too filled with milk fat (no fi on tongue). Pies and cookies looked great but didn't try it. Service is good but expect a line, quaint shop and backstory. Best in Healdsburg.
google avatar

Ying Z.

Yelp
Pretty steep for ice cream! Although I did enjoy my scoop. I had the strawberry miso and the hojicha split scoop. I liked how they offer 2 free toppings, so I added pistachios and some sea salt. They were pretty heavy handed with the salt and it drowned out the other lighter flavors in the ice cream, but the pistachios were a great touch. Waffle cone was okay but not a stand out.
google avatar

Nat P.

Yelp
This place has amazing reviews for a reason. Great little place in downtown Healdsburg with multiple ice cream shops around but this is probably the best one in the area. The service was great and had great recommendations. Onto the pie a la mode! The pies were delicious. The Dutch Apple crumble had the right tart into it and not too sweet. The crust on that pie was just right and not too soggy, the strawberry blueberry pie was decadent but perhaps just a little too sweet, but everyone has a different palate! But all around delicious!
google avatar

Ethan C.

Yelp
We stopped by here while on a road trip through Wine Country after trying the Santa Rosa location a few years ago. The line moves slowly because of a lot of sampling and flavor indecision from other customers. We got the Raspberry Blood Orange and Passion Fruit ice cream, and a slice of the Dutch Apple Crumble. Raspberry Blood Orange and Passion Fruit icecream (5/5): The raspberry blood orange tastes like a nostalgic orange cream soda in icecream form with a refreshingly bright splash of raspberry. The smooth, creamy, and icy texture is perfect. The Passion Fruit is dairy free but you wouldn't know it, as it doesn't have a hint of coconut or cashew taste. Dutch Apple Crumble (6/5): My goodness this is one of the best apple pies I've ever had!! The thin crust has an immaculate level of doughiness that acts as a vehicle for the apple filling, which isn't too sweet and exhibits mouth-watering notes of fresh cinnamon and brown sugar. The crispy crumbles on top bring the textural satisfaction to the next level, with each bite involuntarily triggering a toe-curling reaction of deliciousness!! Our only regret is not buying an entire pie. We are already seriously contemplating driving two hours from the South Bay to get more pies! I have to take a star off for the service, however. The lady who helped us get our ice cream had on a huge stink face, and was cold and unwelcoming.
google avatar

Juhi J.

Yelp
Delicious night cap ice cream! We had a split scoop of the Dutch cookie and berry ice cream flavor! While the ice cream was on point, I'm deducting a few stars because one of the servers seemed stressed or just tired of people coming in. Was not super friendly when we asked to sample a few flavors, you are allowed up to 2, and we did that but I can't accept eye rolling when as a business you allow tasting. We felt rushed due to the demeanor but enjoyed the ice cream. We do think the quantity we received was not even a full scoop, again we think it's because the person was eager to close for the night. Not the best ice cream we have had but probably won't be back due to the service.
google avatar

Bonnie N.

Yelp
Huge fan of Noble Folk. I usually go to the Santa Rosa location since that's closer but I was in Healdsburg so had to stop by. This location is about 2x bigger than the Santa Rosa one but still feels cozy. Same great flavors and vibes. Tried the cornflake maple and I am a fan. My order is still a split scoop of Thai tea and black sesame. Service is quick and friendly. They've also got cute swag here.
google avatar

Jenny X.

Yelp
Came here after a festival and it was such a hot day! Good: - Not an infinite selection of flavors, but each was good and unique! - I liked the homemade Oreo flavor the most, great texture too - 2 free flavors! I got the popping boba and dried raspberry - You get two free flavors to try, nice staff - Clean interior and pretty Bad: - No indoor seating! Overall would come again, easy and tasty!
google avatar

Mia M.

Yelp
We went in thinking to try the ice cream because they had some vegan options but we ended up trying a few slices of pie and I'm glad we did! We had the strawberry blueberry crumble pie and the lemon curd and whipped topping. They were very accommodating and eager to offer suggestions. We asked that they split both slices and divide for the two of us so that we could try both. If I am ever in the area again I would love to try some other seasonal options. It looks like the change the menu frequently to keep up with what is locally fresh.

Yelp
TRULY THE BEST ICE CREAM EVER!!!!!! My friend and I went there last Saturday. He got a split scoop with the Orange creamsicle and Key Lime Coconut. I got the Horchata and Berry Pie split scoop. He won. Mine were very good, the Horchata was perfect, cinnamon and creamy, subtle perfection, the Berry Pie was flavorful and tasty and the bits of pie were crunchy and yummy...but the Orange Creamsicle transported us to nirvana.... Heavenly!!!! The key lime coconut was a perfect sour and sweet combo and would have been my favorite were it not for the chorus of angels singing as we savored the Orange creamsicle... later we berated ourselves for not having gone back to buy a pint or more to bring home.... We want more!!!!!! I was so overcome by the luscious deliciousness that I couldn't think clearly enough to take a photo...sorry!
google avatar

Sukhveer K.

Yelp
I can always appreciate an ice cream shop that ventures out from just the traditional flavors. They have a wide variety of ice cream, desserts and coffee. I requested a chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of ice cream on top which wasn't on their menu but they accommodated that. The ice cream was smooth and perfect amount of sweet, the cookie was also pretty good. Cute little ice cream shop to visit and treat yourself.
google avatar

Wellington C.

Yelp
This place was a nice little surprise we stumbled upon after doing some wine tasting and Marine Layer Wines. My wife and I really enjoyed the different flavors they had to offer and also like the fact that they are very accommodating with the scoops and even allow you to do a split scoop. We didnt try any of the pies but based on other reviews, it something will try the next time were in town.
google avatar

Natalie J.

Yelp
Amazing ice cream, pies, cupcakes - you name it. This place never disappoints. Perfect to take the kids and then walk to the plaza to enjoy. Bonus - their espresso is excellent as well, which surprised me.
google avatar

Marcus M.

Yelp
Hailey served my affogato of "cornflake maple" with good humored enthusiasm. She even told me of other flavors that ring well as affogato. Looking forward to coming back and trying their other high quality churns.
google avatar

Yelp
Yummy ice cream! Highly recommend! Staff is friendly! Long lines for a reason. Fun flavors! They offer samples so you can really choose what you want!
google avatar

Lisa B.

Yelp
I'm kind of an ice cream snob, and this ice cream was delicious!! Had about a dozen or so unique and seasonal flavors. Loved the mint chip-- no artificial green color here. Passion fruit was non dairy and delicious! $6 for a single scoop with two flavors and two free toppings. I chose dried rose metals and a little sea salt. Hubs got the Thai tea and coffee. Both delicious! Limit of 2 tastings prior to purchase. Near downtown Healdsburg park square.
google avatar

Karen S.

Yelp
Pie pie and pie. So nowhere to sit and eat, but belly up and grab some pie and ice cream to go. Since we planned on eating dessert in a few hours, I had to forgo the ice cream, but I had a taste- ok, no vanilla beans! The apple pie was so good, tart apples and crust was flaky and rich
google avatar

Scott M.

Yelp
I just had an amazing homemade Oreo ice cream at Noble Folk, and bought ice cream scoops for our group of friends. Then I had a senior moment and left my wallet with all my credit cards and a wad of cash right on the counter... must have been excited about eating my ice cream. One of their employees combed the central square in Healdsburg and found me, returning it. And rushed away, not waiting for some well deserved reward. Amazing ice cream, and not surprisingly amazing people working there!
google avatar

Tiffany N.

Yelp
They have such a wide variety of options and even Asian flavors which was surprising. Their flight is so worth the price and you get to try 6 different flavors. Highly recommend!

Yelp
It was a hot heat wave in the 90s on a Sunday 6/30/2024 and I was deciding with my friend, should we have ice cream after late lunch or just go home. Well we couldn't say no as the line was shorter and the menu selection was very welcoming, so we went in. Narrowing down with just 2 samples was difficult because I want to try them all to make a sound decision or be stuck with a flavor I don't like. I chose the crowd favorite Pistachio Cherry which was excellent and my second sample I had was the Triple berry Pie which was interesting too. Then I was trying to decide which split scoop flavors I wanted and took a chance of cornflake maple . I probably wouldn't order Cornflake maple again because I didn't like the texture of the cornflake. But the shining star must order is the Pistachio Cherry which was perfectly smooth with equal tastes of both cherry and pistachio. This flavor can do no wrong! My friend also got a split scoop and she enjoyed both of her flavors as those were the ones she sampled and liked. Good job buddy. If I am ever in this area again, I will definitely stop here. Love the unique flavors and I want their pies ! lol Feed me a pie Noble Folk. I am coming back for you, for I love fresh pies!
google avatar

Cat K.

Yelp
Delicious pie and decadent ice cream! We had the affogato too and that was delicious! Friendly service and wonderful atmosphere - will be back again!

Ramona G.

Yelp
It was my first time in Healdsburg and I was looking for dessert on my trusty Yelp app and found Noble Folk. I lived down in San Diego for the last 10 years, so I've come to have a true appreciation for pies since I had easy access to the famous Julian Pies. I don't really see too many pie shops around Norcal so I knew I had to pay this place a visit. I opted for a slice of their Dutch Apple Pie and I asked for it with a caramel sauce drizzle on top, and I also got their Salted Caramel Mississippi Mud Pie. Both pies were absolutely delicious! I'm sure you can't go wrong with any of their flavors. If there was a Noble Folk in the Walnut Creek area where I live, I'd for sure be frequenting this place!
google avatar

Mary N.

Yelp
Excellent local creamery with friendly staff and personably service. The store is brightly light and nicely decorated. The ice cream was amazing. The homemade Oreo was a perfect balance, not overly sweet. The Thai Ice Tea ice cream tasted exactly like authentic Thai Ice Tea. It was also perfectly balanced sweetness. I came here as a part of a local food tour and will definitely visit again when I'm in town. I was told they also cater at weddings and other events so keep that in mind.
google avatar

Steffy W.

Yelp
We went in for one scoop. But after sampling four flavors, ended up getting the 6 scoop sampler. Everything was so good, we have to come back to try the rest!!
google avatar

Yelp
I love this spot in Healdsburg! No trip is complete without meandering into fantastic goody shop. Anticipate delicious flavors that will impress every palate. Fun interior, friendly service. Fun gifts and more!
google avatar

Daniella P.

Yelp
A cute little ice cream spot that can get pretty packed! Luckily, the line went by quickly. I ordered a single scoop of Swiss Chocolate. I had already ate before so I just ordered the smallest size. It was rich and didn't taste too sweet. Cute place!
google avatar

Tom L.

Yelp
Place came highly recommended and now we know why. So many great flavors to choose from. Me and my wife tried the black sesame seed and the Thai tea, so good. Definitely will come back if we're in the area with friends and family.

Yelp
The best ice cream during my trip to Sonoma!! I am still thinking about the black sesame scoop ... and I hurriedly recreated it with my own ice cream maker when I returned home. Noble Folk is located right in adorable downtown Healdsburg, so it was a convenient post-dinner stop. The space is on the bigger side for an ice cream shop, so it was fun to see all the accouterments they had in the store and the variety of other small items for purchase. The space itself was very cutely decorated with adorable signs, posters, and art. There was a bit of a line, but it moved really quickly so we were at hte front in no time. I love a shop that allows for a split scoop, so I was pleased that Noble Folk allowed for that. Taking it one step further, they also allow for up to 2 toppings at no extra cost on your scoops! Their flavors were so different and fun - it was hard to narrow it down to just 2! As previously mentioned, the black sesame was by far the standout flavor. The perfect blend of creamy and slightly savory, it was excellent, and it paired well with the recommended caramel and sea salt toppings. I paired this scoop with cornflake maple, which was also great - I loved the crunch of the cornflakes interspersed in the ice cream. They had so many other fun flavors, that you honestly couldn't go wrong with your selections! I can't recommend Noble Folk enough - highly recommend for a stop during a visit to Healdsburg or the larger Sonoma area. I wish there was one on the East Coast, but now I have an excuse to go back!
