Amazing hotel, great location. We were visiting out who was recently stationed in Minot and came across this hotel. It was always clean and the workers were friendly. My husband and sons enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and breakfast during out stay. The rooms were a nice size with full appliance, which made out 10 day stay comfortable. It was walking distance to the mall and some restaurants. We will definitely stay again on our next visit.

This 1 week hotel stay has been marginal. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If I could give zero stars for service they sure do deserve it. ||||9/6/24 I arrived, the african american woman with shaved dyed blinde hair (no nametag) working was unfriendly, rude, unhelpful. She didnt say hello to me or welcome me. She was rude when I asked to stay on top floor, said "she" already assigned rooms so no. I aaked who she is so I could talk to her if I stayed longer. The woman wouldnt tell me. She didnt tell me anything about the hotel. When I asked about breakfast, as advertised, she said no, waiting on truck. She would barely look at me. I was kind and pleasant to her the entire interaction in hopes of turning her attitude around. She was mean, unprofessional, rude.||||My room 222 has dirty stained floors, scratched up furniture, stained bedding. There was a card that said the room was inspected by the manager, let them know if anything is wrong. This is all acceptable??||||At 3am the room above me was very loud with walking noise and whatever else, waking me. My bed is not comfortable. Every am the mattress was slid about 1/2 ft off box spring.||||9/14 1201 am called desk to report noise on patio. Lady said i'll make a note of it thank you and hung up on me. Every 15 minutes till now, 115 am called to report noise. They are doing nothing. I took a picture of the 4 men out my window with cases of beer by them and 1 has a bottle of liquor. They are loud and obnoxious. I made noise report to police. They are drunk and banging things around. This hotel is ghetto in several ways. DO NOT STAY HERE.

First off, the room. The carpet was in desperate need of cleaning, really awful. The lamp on the desk didn’t work and we tried everything, but there were lots of lights, so it was okay. The bed was super comfy, but why THREE pillows. Just odd. Couch was fine, coffee table that raised up was great. Huge fridge, decent towels, almost empty shampoo bottle. What was stranger was that we couldn’t find a way to change the temperature of the room, which was set at 70. It was okay, but when the AC went off next to the bed? Nippy. The real let down was “breakfast”. You have got to be joking. A partially functioning coffee machine and prepackaged muffins and the like? Do not make a breakfast.

The value and hospitality has completely vanished now that it's under Extended stay. Pet Fees, $5 for a load of laundry, fees for local calls even, yet zero housekeeping, no trash cans on the property, nothing has been replaced since it was Franchised, carpets in stairwells are in bad shape, no maintenence has been done on basic things like bellhop carts or kitchen sinks. Breakfast is not a thing anymore, no kitchen supplies in rooms, not even an extra blanket. Staff has lost friendliness and doesn't seem to care. The grounds have dog feces all over the place even center of the sidewalks (what is the pet fee used for?), broken down cars... it's gotten bad. I would be complaining daily if i owned one of the houses around the hotel. I give it one year and this will be the new Vegas Hotel in town. I'll never stay here again. There is too much selection in Minot to run a low value hotel. ||Staff really lacked a friendly attitude so much so that someone behind the desk when I was leaving was simply peaking around the corner on a roll chair making awkward eye contact.

Google
Rated good, so we tried it out. Hotel looks decent from the outside and hallways, it ends there. Rooms are horrible. Dirty, stained carpets, smell funny, noisy long term guests, disgusting. Didn't sleep at all, a waste of money. Only coke machine, so we had no drinks, we would never buy anything made by coke. Overall, terrible - will never return and wouldn't advise you take the ratings seriously, they are incorrect.|

The price seemed very attractive, especially considering this is a suite. Upon arrival the checkout process is very long and drawn out with a list of increasingly invasive questions. The staff was very friendly about the process and apologized as they were under orders to ask the long list of questions.|With taxes and "fees" the seemingly very good deal became less of a good deal overall, still far less than booking through the hotel directly by about fifty percent.|Booking ahead on Priceline did nothing to reduce the time this process took. The rooms themselves are a good size, proper little kitchen area, microwave, cooktop, good sized counter top. Bar stool seating, and a nice living room area and desk area in addition to of course a bed. There's also a lot of storage area for those staying longer periods of time.|Sadly, nothing is included with the room beyond soap and towels. You don't get a coffee maker, cup, plates, cutlery, an alarm clock, etc.|The condition of the room itself was VERY worn. Couches and chairs looking worn down and threadbare, tables and furniture with water marks, surface wear, as well as other age related damage. The bed was also too soft, indicating that the mattress may also be very old.|The breakfast was almost non-existant. There were some granola bars, some instant oatmeal, coffee, and I don't recall what else, maybe some cereal. It was by far the worst continental breakfast I've seen in my decades of traveling in hotels around the continent.|If looking for a hotel in the area and you really want seating in room, a good sized fridge and microwave and are alright with not getting an included breakfast, you might still want to consider this hotel if the price is right, just set your expectations VERY low.

Sort of in the middle of nowhere, this hotel offers great value if traveling thru Minot. There is a decent diner (Krolls) around the corner and it is sort of walkable, but awkward.|The hotel itself is fine. Check in a bit clueless and a long drawn out process, but the rooms are extremely well equipped and yo could easily stay there a week if you wanted to.|There seems to be no food options, but there is a bar. Breakfast is basic-non existent.

We recently stayed at the Minot Extended Stay America. It was dirty. The rooms had a very stale smell. Carpets and floors in the room were filthy. We complained to management about the strong smoke and marijuana smell on the floor. Upon leaving we were responsible for disposing of our room garage or there was a charge. Breakfast included was a Granola bar or Oatmeal packet but the hot water dispenser was empty. The lobby counter rarely had anyone attending. What a disappointment. Avoid this hotel!

Yelp
Great value. Large, beautifully designed rooms. All the amenities you would need. Friendly staff that takes care of the details. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I haven't written a review in a while but I thought I should share my experience here. I travel quite a bit for work and stay at many hotels. I have to say, this hotel has impressed me the most. It's a little off the beaten path but it is close enough to everything to be convenient. It is very quiet, quaint, well designed, friendly staff, and has all the modern conveniences that make you feel at home. Some of the big perks: friendly staff cozy log cabin feel with modern deco social hour Monday - Thursday 530pm to 730pm free bar drink with snacks free breakfast Conveniently located near the bypass and minutes from everything in town quiet full fridge full kitchen with pots, pans, and plates dishwasher full fridge large bathroom walk-in closets comfy beds large space with apartment type feel reasonable rates gym outdoor grill free laundry free wifi (reliable) onsite store water and cookies in the lobby and much more I can't say enough great things about this place. I have no negatives on this place.

Yelp
This is the place to stay in Minot. The rooms are more like an studio apartment than a hotel room. My room had a full size refrigerator freezer a two burner range top, dishwasher microwave and toaster and Keurig coffee pot. The bed was comfortable. There's a small bar in the lobby and they give you a complimentary beer with your stay. The owner who checked me in was very pleasant. I will probably stay here again.

Yelp
Nice place, very roomy and quiet with clean rooms and easy to get to. Great place for a longer stay because of the kitchenette and full size fridge. No pool or hot tub .

Yelp
I was very, very pleasantly surprised with my stay here. It started right at the check-in. Getting into the room, I was surprised by the room. I'm actually writing this at my next stop, wishing I was still at Noble Inn. The room I'm at now is bigger, but it isn't as nicely laid out, it isn't as well designed, it just doesn't have the same obvious superiority Noble Inn's room had. The experience wasn't perfect. The room could have been just a bit cleaner, there was quite a bit of creaking for whatever reason, the breakfast wasn't the best, and the water was very hard (not really their fault). The quality of the room overall and the reasonable price way more than make up for any of the slight shortcomings. I'm not sure I plan on being back in Minot, but this is where I'll stay if I am.

Yelp
I spend my days investigating small businesses such as hotels. I look for quality in comfortable and clean accommodations, amenities, but especially the extra special touches such as life safely measures (security cameras, lighting, sprinklers, etc.), special features (pools, fire pits and indoor/outdoor seating, and kitchenettes), and staff friendliness. It is truly rare to find a hotel that meets all the needs on my check list. While The Noble Inn did not hit every single bullet, it did hit most. I was more than impressed with the life safety measures. Really, the only thing this hotel could have improved on was building a bit more sound proofing into the walls. We had a room right above the outdoor fire pit seating area and it was a popular area over the weekend. We were able to tune it out with the A/C fan, but all in all not a huge problem. We were really happy with the hotel and could not recommend a better place to stay. I stay in places all across the US. This is a little diamond in the rough. Small and quaint. Just the right mixture of classy and charm with down home fun and comfort. LOVE IT!

Yelp
I have been traveling for many years now, this is the ONLY hotel where something has been stolen from my room. One of their staff either entered my room or gave my room key to someone else and a $600 watch was stolen. If you plan to stay here, do not leave anything of value in your room. I've stayed here many times because the staff is friendly and the hotel is pretty nice and a good value, but this was enough to make me never stay there again. Specially since they were unwilling to reimburse me for the cost of the watch (after I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars over the course of the last year staying here).

Yelp
Awesome new hotel, built in pub, free drink during social hour! Nice fireplace and water feature in the lobby. Rooms are large suite style and have electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. I LOVE the table in front of the couch that folds up to hold your food or laptop, it's the best!

Yelp
Amazing! Place was clean, staff was friendly, room was large, beers were cold, price was cheap. Will surely stay here again! Thank you Noble Inn!

Yelp
A very nice place to stay. Very, very clean rooms that are not the norm: 2 big closets and one walk-in closet; rooms with lots of corners and space; feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, which is thoughtfully laid out. Very nice bathroom with taller "ADA" style toilets. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They take CDN money at par! They also don't mind us having our online packages arrive at their address. A very nice service for Canadians! The breakfast is quite full and complete. They do not have a pool or a hot tub. But they do have an outdoor patio with gas fireplace and pit. We've stayed in many Minot motels and have found this one to be reasonably priced with amenities that others overlook.

Yelp
I travel for a living so I stay at many hotels. This one I highly recommend. It's the best hotel I have EVER stayed at. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and super friendly. A great breakfast and an unheard of spread of food and complimentary drink during social hour. The rooms are quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed. Also a cute kitchenette.

Yelp
I stayed here one night on a recent vacation. The facilities were lovely, but I was disappointed to find that the pub was not open. Had I read more carefully when I made my reservations I would have seen that they had their hours posted. However, I'm still disappointed because there was no "Here's a voucher for a drink at another establishment" - nothing even when I shared my disappointment. We also mentioned where we were thinking about going for dinner and the young lady behind the desk was kind enough to offer suggestions in case the place we were considering was "not our style" (which it was) but what was worse was that she failed to mention that there was construction happening that would make it difficult to find. The gem of the stay was the lovely woman who was overseeing the breakfast. She was attentive and sweet. It was obvious that she cared about our trip and that we had a good breakfast.
