Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a luxury hotel. After a reservation issue where we were told the venue was closed due to rain (despite earlier confirmation), we chose to sit in the lobby.
We were left waiting for over 30 minutes without any staff member speaking to us. No welcome, no explanation, no attention. Even getting the menu was a struggle. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested.
A hotel like Nobu should be known for exceptional hospitality, but this experience was the complete opposite. Very poor service and a very disappointing visit.
