Noco Distillery delivers an absolute masterclass in craft spirits and genuine hospitality! From the moment we arrived, the host was just as amazing as the spirits, creating a genuinely warm and engaging experience that elevated the entire visit. We honestly loved everything we sampled, which speaks volumes about the consistent quality they produce. However, two particular spirits stood out and truly took it home for us: the powerful Cask Strength Rye and the incredibly complex Noco Whiskey. Beyond the spectacular spirits, Noco offers a surprising and truly fantastic extra selection: their house-made hot sauces. Do yourself a favor and try the Kimchi Hot Sauce and the Black Truffle Hot Sauce—they are absolutely unbelievable! If you're looking for fantastic craft whiskey served by fantastic people, plus some randomly amazing hot sauce, Noco Distillery is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommend!

The best distillery in Northern Colorado, a hidden gem in Fort Collins distilling top notch liquor, liquors, bitters & hot sauce. Sebastian & Leif are the owners and such gifted guys in the business! They have a cool smaller speak easy bar set up by Rollerland area. You can enjoy a beautifully done cocktail or purchase liquor right there. They use the best ingredients, local ingredients & deliver the nicest smoothest tasty liquor.. You will be amazed at the many liquor they have. Go and give them a try and see for yourself. My go to to buy is their vanilla vodka, of course no sugar added, just yummy real vanilla beans. Others I suggest... Whiskey, Saffron gin, orange liquor, bitters, Tokila(tequila) & their delicious hot sauce! And they always have such kind customer service & wonderful cocktail specialist.

Amazing selection and great cocktails- the tour is super fun! This place is a little hard to find - turn into the roller rink parking lot, stay to the right and go to the very back. Doesn’t look like much on the outside but the inside is a cool speak easy. Definitely check this out!

We had an amazing personal tour and tasting with Sebastian! This is a place you really need to check out or travel to if you like whisky. Whiskeys are truly out of this world. Whisk(e)y fans need to put this place on your list. You will not be disappointed.

This place is a true hidden gem! Very fun, cozy speakeasy tasting room. The bartender Colin was great. Very knowledgeable and attentive yet laid-back. We got a tour of the distillery itself with one of the owners, Sebastian, and it was great to see where the magic was made Speaking of magic, the spirits were absolutely amazing! Their Bourbon II was incredible and I will be back for a bottle. I had a saffron gin and elderflower tonic and it's the only G&T I've ever loved. We tried the following in a flight and they were all wonderful. Very complex flavouring and smooth! 1. Elderberry infused vodka 2. Tokilya Vodka blanco 100 agave tequila (YUM!) 3. Aged rum 4. Bourbon II (one of the best bourbons Ive ever tasted 5. Noco whiskey cask strength (incredibly balanced flavor) We also tried their 1. Peppermint schnapps (so good, not at all toothpastey) 2. Star of Anise vodka

Excellent experience with Josh leading the tour, and of course, the spirits themselves. My personal faves were the flagship blended whiskey, NOCO Whiskey cask aged, and Bourbon II Founders Reserve. Great speakeasy vibe that works well for date night pregame. Looking forward to the next trip!

The hospitality and the bourbon were phenomenal! We went to celebrate a friends birthday and loved the atmosphere. We also got a tour from the head distiller and received a few barrel samples. This was my second time here and both visits were top notch. Pumped to bring my Kentucky peoples here. Thanks Josh and NOCO Distillery

We really love this place! Colin just made us the best old fashion and we sat and visited with Sebastian, the owner, while we enjoyed our drinks. We keep a shelf of NOCO Distillery liquor in our home bar for cocktails and our friends always comment on the great drinks. Their tasting room is terrific, like a speakeasy, and you won't find someone more knowledgeable then Sebastian about the different aspects of the different liquors and processes. You have to check them out and take a couple bottles home for your own bar.

Arrived with open welcoming arms! Vibes were amazing, Collin was amazing! & OH.M.G... drinks... amazing! So delish! We will deff be back when we move later this year and we for sure will be becoming regulars for Collin! Protect him at all cost!

Disappointing. Came for a distillery tour, which, as you'd guess, is scheduled, but alas, the owner does not care if you have an appointment or paid $25 for a tour lasting 15 whole minutes. Especially when compared to Feisty Spirits' free tour, New Belgium's free tour, or any other distillery/brewery tour, this was a complete waste of time and money. We waited almost an hour for the owner to mosey around to our tour. Don't worry, he was around schmoozing other guests during the time we were supposed to have our tour, but couldn't be bothered until after I asked multiple times to the waitresses. They'd rather have you wait around an hour, keep spending money on cocktails, and then maybe get your tour. I'm not even sure who he was or if he was the owner, because he didn't care to introduce himself or his name. Breezed through a 15 minute tour, no tasting of spirits or anything, and that's it. Thanks for the money, don't let the door hit you on the way out. Chase should definitely remove this from their chase dining. The second star is only for their old fashioned which was actually pretty tasty and well made. Service was otherwise pretty good, but there are WAY too many better options. That guy seemed like he just wanted people to kiss his butt or something. Don't come here.

Had a wonderful time at a private tasting and tour at the noco distillery. Bartender/host was knowledgeable and friendly. Great quality spirits. I highly recommend a stop if you are traveling through Fort Collins.

There are some amazing cocktails. My partner loved the rye. The place itself is so cute and definitely has a speakeasy vibe. The staff was very friendly. Will be coming back!

I love discovering new local gems! Thank you Sebastien for your hospitality on Saturday evening. My husband and I enjoyed spending time tasting multiple spirits and learning about the process from someone who evidently takes great pride in his craft! There wasn't anything we tried that we didn't like...including the saffron gin and I didn't think I liked gin! You can also order a cocktail and know that every ingredient is either housemade or high quality. For example, their bitters and tonic are housemade and taste amazing. The atmosphere is intimate yet classy. We left with 2 bottles and can't wait to return with friends!

A bartender recommended the NoCo Bourbon and told us a bit about the distillery. We were intrigued enough that we reserved a tasting and drove an hour to try it! The whole experience was phenomenal. Sebastian is more than a distiller, he is an artist with flavors - and his spirits reflect his passion and commitment to doing it right, trying things out of the box and perfecting craft distilling. Highly recommend spending time at the distillery. (

We LOVE this place! It is fantastic. Small and cozy. We have met great people there, drinks are the best!

This is a wonderful hidden gem perfect for a connoisseur of spirits as well as someone who is simply interested in having a well crafted cocktail made with premium handcrafted spirits. It doesn't look like much at first and the space is small, but it has a cozy, upscale but laidback feeling, which is very inviting. The bar seats are designed in a fun way, where they are anchored by a steel arm that moves in and out (relative to the bar). You'll understand what I'm saying when you visit. The bartender we had was Mo and Sebastian the creator and owner, was there was well. I have a histamine intolerance so can only imbibe clear alcohols every so often and Sebastian was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I should avoid. Mo was great and was happy to alter the NOCO Collins cocktail for me and made it with vodka instead. I also had a Rose Gintini and that tasted great as well. All cocktails were balanced and fresh. I will definitely we visiting here again and would recommend highly. :)

We didn't know what to expect when we walked into this place but quickly realized we were in for an amazingly fun and different experience. The attention to detail in the decor of this cozy tasting room coupled with the friendly atmosphere and exquisitely crafted and distinctive flavors of the distilled spirits are a reflection of the passion and mastery that has gone into creation of what will no doubt rank as one of the top distillery's in the country. We had a super fun night and would highly recommend it to anyone - serious foodies and novices alike!

This is the place to check out! Very unique, amazing atmosphere, and delicious spirits and cocktails. The owners know what they are doing! A true local gem and worth the visit.

I can't say enough good things about this tasting room. The aesthetics are beautiful, the environment is welcoming, the service is exceptional BUT what really makes this distillery stand apart from the others in town is the quality and taste of their product. This is hands down, the best whiskey you have ever tasted and don't get me started on the saffron gin! This is a must go to if you're looking for a pre-dinner drink or an intimate date night to get you started, trust me, you'll thank me later!

Sebastien and his co-founder create the kind of experience you wish you had every time you went to a drinking/dining establishment. His knowledge and passion for his craft is obvious in the finished product as well as his excellent customer service. I enjoyed talking with him and learning about the process. If you haven't been, you're missing out.

A mere 40 minutes down the highway from Cheyenne I found NOCO Distillery in the spring, off of Link St in Ft Collins. To say I was blown away would be an understatement. Sabastian is one of the nicest, and most knowledgeable people I've ever met. Leif and Ann, who work with him to make their fantastic liquors are also wonderful folks. Add to that how amazing his liquor is and the experience of his tasting room/bar is second to none. The first time my wife and I went there I thought we'd stay maybe 1/2 hour. Three hours later, we finally left, only because we had such a good time we lost track of it and didn't eat dinner. Regardless of what you like in an exceptional liquor, his is "Top Shelf" all the way. I'm not an expert my any means, but I know what I like, and I'd put his product against any other in the same class. Because it's at the head of the class. Walk, run, drive, skateboard if you have too, but nothing this side of Alien Abduction should keep you from getting there and enjoying a one of a kind evening.
