"Once the sacred retreat of King Kamehameha, who unified Hawaii, Ko Olina now also welcomes guests to the new Four Seasons Resort Oahu. Chef Ryo Takatsuka marries local flavors to Capri's at this romantic restaurant, where outdoor tables soak up views of the sunset and stars. Wine Spectator gave it a 2017 award of excellence for its list, which runs especially strong on French, Italian, and Californian vintages. But don't let that distract from its superb cocktail options like the Pompelmo (gin, grapefruit oleo, aromatic bitters, and egg white) or the Spritzer della Casa (Aperol, strawberries, Cocchi Americano Rosato, and basil tincture, finished with prosecco). The bar also serves an indulgent array of nonalcoholic drinks, including the Tutti Santi (Oahu passionfruit and Hawaiian honey graced with lime and sea salt)."

My rating takes into account the taste and the price they were charging. I’m going to rank the food we ate in order of favorite to least favorite: Signature tagliatelle: truffle mushroom pasta. Can’t really go wrong. The pasta has a really good bite to it. Filet mignon: we upgraded to Wagyu. The meat was really tender. It had this interesting celery sauce (ik, doesn’t sound good) that added an additional dimension of umami. Whipped ricotta: surprisingly good! The whipped ricotta pairs really well with the honeycomb and the focaccia bread which is doughy and tastes pretty good. Side note: they also serve the same focaccia bread as a starter with really good olive oil and olives. King crab pasta: pretty good. The flavor weirdly reminded me of tomyum…which is good but I wasn’t expecting it Tuna tataki: solid, but I feel like the fish wasn’t as fresh Jidori chicken: I had high hopes for this one but the chicken tasted weirdly sour. Might just be me and I don’t really like capers, but I felt like the use of capers here was not very balanced. The biggest disappointment that made me rate the food four stars instead of five was the beautiful olive cake: it was very sweet, I was imagining a light subtle flavor with hints of olive. The cake was also very dense but not in a good way. The coconut ice cream tasted like straight up vanilla.

Noe is more than just a dining experience the outdoor patio setting is peaceful and romantic. The food is so delicious. We experienced a curated dinner with discussions and descriptions of each plate ordered with the informative wait staff. Making our dinner experience seamless. And adding a pleasant surprise for dessert to celebrate our Anniversary.

Bottom Line 🤤 -Recommend: Absolutely - 5 stars - Kore wa hijou ni osusume desu! -Best For: Date nights, birthdays, dinner with colleagues, or a special meal while on vacation (especially the last night for a memorable sendoff). -Family-Friendly: The menu and environment are well-suited for children and families. -Seasonal Tip: If dining during the winter, the outdoor setting can be brisk - consider bringing a light jacket. Full Review: As James Beard famously said, "Food is our common ground, a universal experience." Our recent visit to Noe at the Four Seasons perfectly captured this sentiment, bringing together thoughtful dishes, warm hospitality, and an ambiance that encouraged us to savor the moment. My wife, son, and I had dinner there, and the evening was a well-rounded experience of refined cuisine and attentive service. We began with the whipped ricotta with honey and ahi carpaccio. Both were artfully plated and flavorful, offering a good start to the meal. For mains, my son’s skirt steak with potatoes was cooked to a perfect medium and met his approval, while my wife had the rigatoni Bolognese, which she really enjoyed. I ordered the King Crab Radiatore Nere, which stood out for its thoughtful composition - and was recommended by our server. The squid ink radiatore added subtle brininess, while the sweet king crab and fresh lemon brightened the dish. The bottarga provided a bold, salty accent, tying the components together seamlessly. It was a standout dish, the crab meat was hot (which is a plus) and it simply reflected careful preparation and balance. For dessert, the lemon meringue (*exact name might be different) had a pleasant surprise at its center and a graham-style cracker and crumbs that provided nice textural contrast. My wife and son shared a cannoli, which they found satisfying. The service was another highlight. The staff member who waited on us, Daniel, was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. He made thoughtful recommendations and ensured we were comfortable throughout the meal. His ability to connect with guests added to the overall positive experience. The outdoor setting was clean and inviting, with an ambiance that encouraged relaxation. However, the menu book spine was a bit torn, likely due to the tropical climate and outdoor seating. The timing of dishes followed the traditional Italian approach, which allows for conversation, though some might prefer a quicker pace. Overall, Noe delivered a very high-quality dining experience. My kid said it was awesome. I feel the combination of skillfully prepared dishes, excellent service, and atmosphere makes it a worthwhile choice. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and it’s my impression that the staff was amazing and are committed to providing a memorable experience.

Google
Noe was a very awesome experience when it comes to the service and the atmosphere. The seating at sundown was awesome, the appreciation to the Hawaiian culture was top shelf. The only let down was the reason you go to a restaurant. The food was good, don't get me wrong, but for the price of the food, my wife and I expected more. It was an A+ experience with C+ food.

You Are Blessed!

Google
Food was great and photos won’t do it justice. We really wanted as authentic Italian cuisine as we could get. The Ricotta appetizer was so delicious and we couldn’t stop eating it, the Tagliatelle is an absolute must. We also had the chef’s ravioli that took us back to Italy (this recipe never stays the same) and the lobster spaghetti.

Google
The service staff at Noe were excellent, but the food was awful. The olive oil for the bread was oxidized—how is it being stored? The $130 seasonal white truffle pasta was served cold, and the truffle aroma was completely gone. The focaccia was not tasty, and the main fish dish was just average. They did waive the cost of the white truffle pasta, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The day before, we dined at Mina’s Fish, a restaurant in the same hotel, and it was flawless. We love the Four Seasons Hotel and have stayed many times, even living in the residences at one point. One of the defining qualities of FS is the high standard of its restaurants. Having traveled to Italy many times, I’ve had white truffle pasta that left a lasting impression. Unfortunately, this experience was far from that.

I arrived about 40 minutes before my rezzy time as I tried to avoid heavy afternoon traffic.. Sitting alone at the bar, Michael was so engaging and made the time fly by. He was a great multi-tasker - keeping up with the drink orders while entertaining me with his stories. There were so many wonderful sounding items on the menu and we did our best to try as many dishes as possible for 2 people. Jared was our server and was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Our meal was very well paced and before we realized, over 4 hours had passed by! The duck was my most favorite dish! It was the first time I had seen duck presented in that way - like a thickly cut steak! I don't think I want my duck served any other way from now on! 😁

Yelp
I had a wonderful experience here. Service is outstanding! Although it took awhile for dishes to come, but is worth it. I highly recommend the whipped ricotta appetizer, filet mignon and Rocher for dessert. Tiramisu was not too much to my liking, lacking mascarpone cheese in between layer. But the Rocher is better than I thought. Crispy shell embodied with creamy and rich chocolate. I am not a chocolate fan but this is so good! Highly recommend for a special occasion or a treat to yourself!

Yelp
3.5 Stars. Noe Italian offers a refined atmosphere with friendly and attentive service, making it a pleasant spot for a nice evening out. The ambiance was one of the highlights of our experience, along with the warm hospitality from the staff. We started with the Noe Signature Tagliatelle with truffles and mushrooms, which hit all the right notes. The truffle wasn't overpowering, and the rich mushroom flavor carried the dish nicely. The king crab pasta was another standout, with lemon, spinach, and bottarga adding great depth to the dish, while tasting light and refreshing. Where things fell a bit short were the main entrees. The New Bedford scallops were slightly overcooked, making them a bit dry. The pescato del giorno was amberjack, and while it had good flavor, it was also on the dry side. At $50, the fish was reasonably priced for market value dish, but it didn't quite deliver in terms of texture. For drinks, we had the Luminosa--a tequila-based cocktail with yuzu, calamansi, and agave. It was strong but well-balanced and enjoyable. Overall, we thought of it as a good spot if you're in Ko Olina, focusing on the pastas.

Yelp
This is a fantastic option for Italian dinner if you're staying in Ko'Olina. Service is impeccable because it's the four seasons. The ambience is unique and classy - there's an outdoor garden with a stream full of coy fish, and great lighting in the trees under which you dine. And the food itself is really rich and rightly portioned. You can't go wrong if you ask the staff for recommendations but I'd highly suggest getting all their desserts if you go as a group. This is some of the best dessert I've had anywhere I've travelled and that's saying something.

Yelp
I love this place. Personally everything was exceptional especially the drinks and that ricotta appetizer! The seating is super romantic I would ask to sit next to the water area. Other than that the food is fantastic, I would make a resy for 7pm because we had an 8pm and the place was empty by 8:30. Great experience would definitely go back! SHAWN was a great waiter I would sit with him again and again!

Yelp
Located in Four Season, beautiful property and restaurant setting is great. Staffs were very attentive and courteous. While food were tasty and well-preped, it's taking twists on what would be richer and traditional approach. Nevertheless, it's fine dining for sure.

Yelp
Saw this restaurant when we ate at Mina's and it looked great...we walked over and asked if they had gf pasta and the hostess said, yes they make all their pasta in house including gf. We then made a reservation for a couple of nights later. The restaurant was beautiful with an outside patio that looked like it was inside a rain forest. Our server was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the menu and then explained they do not make any kind of gf pasta. The choices weren't plentiful for gf. We started with steak carpaccio for the table, moved to the gf rigatoni bolognese, chicken Marsala, and then onto the chefs special baked pasta. They also provided house made focaccia and gf bread for the table. Unfortunately they did not have homemade gf pasta as their hostesses had confirmed for us three times. With this being the case, the hubby's gf ( barilla) rigatoni with bolognese was just average. The food to value ratio was off but the food tasted good. Steak carpaccio was tasty but was extremely small for the 30.00 price tag. The winners were the chicken Marsala and the chefs baked pasta of the evening with homemade shells, ricotta, tomato and Italian sausage. Hubby could only pick around the pasta for the yummy sauce . While this is a lovely restaurant, due to limitations for gf food, I really don't see going back next time we are here.

Yelp
Amazing, but pricey especially for the portion size. Walking distance from Aulani. Adjacent to Mina's Fish House, so not facing the beach. Will definitely return if I am back at the north shore! Also, shout out to the perfectly friendly, prompt, service. COMPLIMENTARY BREAD Comes with olive oil and bread. So soft and fresh! AHI TONNATO CARPACCIO $25 - 5 stars Tuna Confit Aioli, Brioche, Capers, Sea Asparagus & Limu Salsa Verde AMAZING. It's like a thin layer of super fresh tuna filled with umami and textures. Small but delicious. NOE SIGNATURE TAGLIATELLE $38 - 5 stars Seasonal Truffle, Mushroom, Parmigiano Reggiano Mushroomy and delicious, and my husband who doesn't like mushrooms said it was his favorite! And the texture of the pasta was *chefs kiss* BUCATINI CARBONARA $32 - 4 stars Ewa Onion Purée, Crispy Shallot Solid dish but predictable, so if I were to return would be to try something different. KING CRAB RADIATORE NERE $32 - 5 stars Lemon, Cherry Tomato, Spinach, Bottarga Cutest little black pasta, with the best texture and flavors. If I had to choose, this was probably my favorite pasta of the night and I don't even like crab! NOE OLD FASHIONED Most of the cocktails were propriotionally expensive, beautiful, and very strong but not very good to me (unbalanced). Would stick with the wines which were generously poured.

Yelp
Wow! Ever eaten at a place that looks like it came straight out of a movie or a White Lotus episode? You found it! Absolutely stunning restaurant as you would expect from a Four Seasons. Their patio is classy and cozy, perfect for warm summer nights on this beautiful island. Great place to celebrate a special occasion. Let's talk about the food. Delicioso! My partner and I are both vegetarian and have seen many attempts at "creative" vegetarian dishes that are either a dime a dozen or just plain weird. Not here. They made what they know and executed it really well and it just happens to also be vegetarian. Like their heavenly signature tagliatelle with truffle and mushrooms. And their burrata, which can only be described as simple perfection. Oh and, save some room for dessert because that Gianduja is worth the calories. What else? Right, service. Absolutely stellar. Friendly, fast, accommodating, Michelin star worthy. Very accommodating to my 10-year old as well.

Yelp
Dining at NOE was an extraordinary experience. We indulged in seven different dishes, each of which was absolutely delicious. Unlike other restaurants where pasta's and steaks can be overly salty, every dish at NOE was perfectly balanced on flavor and seasoning. We started with the ahi tonnato carpaccio, which was fresh and flavorful, followed by the house smoked beef carpaccio, which had a delightful smoky taste. The Chefs special stuffed pasta was a standout, with a perfect blend of textured that went well with extra truffles. The NOE signature tagliatelle was rich and creamy, a true testament to the chefs skills. For the main course, the Jidori chicken Marsala was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. The filet mignon with foie gras was a decadent treat with the richness of the foe gras complementing the perfectly cooked steak. We ended our meal with chocolate desserts, which were the perfect sweet finish to a fantastic dining experience. Overall, NOE exceeded our expectations in every way, providing an unforgettable meal with impeccable dishes. For the best experience I highly recommend dining outside, the ambience is very relaxing. Sean was our waiter and was amazing. If you love wines we definitely recommend Jonah to share his wine selections with you. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch dining experience.

Yelp
The food was amazing as well as the service!! My top two were the signature now tagliatelle pasta with truffle & their olive oil cake. I don't always love truffle flavored things but I haven't stopped thinking of that pasta!!

Yelp
To celebrate Mother's Day, my family and I decided to dine at Noe Italian, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in Oahu, this restaurant offers a unique blend of traditional Southern Italian cuisine with a modern twist, thanks to the talented Japanese chef Ryo Takatsuka. We arrived right at 5pm, which turned out to be perfect timing. The restaurant wasn't full, allowing us to fully enjoy the serene and beautifully reimagined outdoor setting. The ambiance was both sophisticated and relaxed, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. From the moment we were seated, the service was exceptional. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and making excellent wine recommendations. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel truly special. The food was nothing short of spectacular. We started with a selection of local seafood that was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The homemade pastas were a highlight, each dish bursting with rich, authentic flavors reminiscent of Capri but with a delightful Oahu twist. The top-quality meats were cooked to perfection, and each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and creativity. We paired our meal with a fine wine, which complemented the flavors of our dishes perfectly. The combination of traditional Southern Italian ingredients and age-old recipes, reimagined with a contemporary flair, made every course a culinary delight. Noe Italian provided us with a memorable Mother's Day celebration. The impeccable service, delicious food, and exquisite setting made for a perfect evening. We left feeling pampered and satisfied, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Had a celebratory dinner with my husband last week and had such a nice time! The space is beautiful and the seating formations are also great -- tables of two are seated at sofas, so you can sit side-by-side. I can't remember every dish we ordered but the three I recall were all excellent! We got the ahi tuna carpaccio, the crab pasta, and the stuffed pasta that feeds two. I think we might have gotten one other app. Maybe the squid? Not usually a fan of tuna but the carpaccio was really well balanced and had some nice flavors. Crab pasta was excellent. Nice and light because it's not a cheese based pasta, and lots of chunks of crab! The stuffed pasta we loved and it really is a huge portion. It's not cheap at ~$75, but truly it could feed a small family so I think it ends up being pretty reasonable. If you share it with two people you'll certainly have leftovers. We got a complimentary slice of cake at the end which I thought was a nice touch. I wasn't a fan (too sweet) but my husband liked it. Would definitely recommend id you're looking for a nice dinner out!

Yelp
I am giving my 5 stars to Sherri of Noe, at the Four Seasons, Ko'Olina. She was an incredible representation of how f&b service should be. My partner and I felt so cared for and special on our baby moon. I always and forever have such low expectations for bougie resort restaurants. I always feel they are overhyped, overpriced, and service is always underwhelming. I actually didn't want to even go to any of the Four Seasons restaurants despite us staying here. But due to convenience and me being very pregnant we didn't have the energy to venture back out and Ko'Olina is a bit farther from some of our Yelp Bookmarked spots. So we walked up to Noe without a reservation to just attempt to get in. Surprisingly, it was only a 20 min wait. A lovely night as well as the night before was a non stop dreary monsoon. So tonight's breezy and beautiful evening was perfect for baby daddy and myself. Everyone from the entrance until we left was so sweet and kind. Making sure to make eye contact and say hello and show such beautiful aloha spirit. Sherri - above and beyond. So sweet, so knowledgeable, and continuously checked in to ensure our first beverages were full, our bellies were happy and just get to know each party. I noted that everyone that was being served by her, all commented on how amazing she was - one couple even asked her hours and tables working for a future date they were coming back for. She's incredible and I hope the managers see how amazing she is. This woman deserves a raise!!!!! She totally turned my perception around of resort restaurants and I'd come back just for her service and kindness. We got the special of the evening stuffed pasta, bolognese, honey truffle ricotta with freshly made focaccia bread (so yum), baby daddy got a bikini blonde, and we were so stuffed we had to pass on dessert - but Sherri of course - went the extra mile and brought us a congratulations on the new baby special treat on the house. She brought us a s'more dessert with a congrats chocolate on it. We can't thank her enough for being so great! We will come back, just because of her!!!

Yelp
Service here is definitely top notch. You'll be assigned a main server, a co-server and a busser/food runner for your table. It's really like a dance, watching them do their thing on the floor. Not to mention, the ambiance can't be beat! We couldn't decide on what we wanted to eat, so we opted for the tasting menu. A little bit of everything to try. And to end the night, we literally got one of every single dessert on the menu. We each took a scoop and passed the dessert to the left, ending up with a bite of each dessert. The most memorable dining experience all around! PS - Two Words: Mini Clothespins #iykyk

Yelp
Excellent Italian food in koolina. noe is located in the four seasons hotel. They have validated parking and the restaurant is to the right down the stairs. The interior decor is beautiful. This place is perfect for a special celebration, we went for a birthday dinner. We ordered the burrata and ricotta for starters along with beef tartare. Wow the ricotta was amazing! So silky, creamy, and the side of honeycomb makes this a perfect bite. The burrata was also tasty with a tomato broth that's better than it sounds. Beef tartare was excellent too. For the mains we got the tagliatelle with truffle, rigatoni, and ribeye that's 32oz! It fed all 6 of us with no problem and the pastas were both delicious. We got a side of broccoli and truffle mash potatoes. Loved the mash potatoes. For dessert they gave a s'mores cake slice and we got the lilikoi dessert along with the lemon. All the dishes were very tasty and flavorful. I also love the house focaccia bread with olive oil and olive paste! Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. I would come back again to try other dishes and get the ricotta again!

Yelp
I have to admit, I ate at Noe when they first opened and didn't like it. I think I had the lobster pasta and I felt like it was not worth the price at all. Fast forward to last weekend, I was doing a staycation at the Four Seasons so I decided to give Noe another try. I AM SO GLAD WE DID!!! The food, service, and ambiance were outstanding! I wish I could remember our bartender's name along with our server because both were wonderful. We started with an old fashioned drink at the bar while waiting for our table. The bar tender was a sweet young lady, very personable, and made the best old fashioned drink ever. It was quite a show because she even had it in a glass case and when I opened the door, kiawe smelling smoke came out. Great IG story! I ordered the whipped ricotta with honey and truffle oil for my appetizer. It was absolutely delicious and I ate the entire plate. Next, I got the Caesar salad which was very small but taste was good. My main entree was my favorite! I got the truffle tagliatelle pasta. It was as amazing as it sounds. Pasta was cooked to perfection and the flavor of the sauce was savory and delicious. My husband got the fish special and even that was great! I will 100% be back! Thank you for an amazing evening Noe!

Yelp
Ordered the Tasting menu with the wine supplement and the meal was mediocre for the price. Was promised house made focaccia to start, and was never given the starter. Tuna Carpaccio 4/5 - an unexpected conglomeration of tomato, cheese, arugula, peas, celery, olives, and croutons. Each item was flavorful on its own, but together exploded with harmony and flavor. Innovative and balanced however the fish fell short on freshness, seemed as though it had been sitting out for a while. - crab pasta 2/5 crab was a little tough, very good balance of savory and acidity, unfortunately I was met with multiple shells within this dish steak dish 4/5 -cooked toward my liking however herb chimmichurri was disappointing due to the forward bitter taste which disrupted the harmony of other flavors lilikoi tart 5/5 so delicious, chef must have been a pastry god. passion fruit was tart but flavorful and balanced with the sweet crust. a must have. Each drink was well paired but we felt as though the options were "playing it safe". Unfortunately I was disappointed by the lack of freshness in the seafood options and for the price I expected fresher flavors.

Yelp
I've been to the Ko Olina Four Seasons many times but this was my first time at Noe. When they bring the menu, it can be daunting because the prices are astronomical. BUT, it's totally worth it! The arrival with valet parking, the hostess seating, the gorgeous garden setting and amazing food - so wonderful! I had the pescato del giorno - fresh fish and clams in a saffron cream sauce. Delicious! Brussel sprouts with wild mushrooms and a vodka martini complimented the meal perfectly.

Yelp
Fine dining experience that offers indoor and outdoor seating. Was at first sat by the bar which was extremely loud, but was moved to a booth upon request which was much quieter and more intimate. The food was delicious but pricey. I believe it was around $50 for 4 scallops and some root vegetables. The best dish was the chef special, to die for and a kilo of pasta. I loved the olive tapenade with the focaccia as the app. Pricey and some dishes are not worth it the tag, such as scallops or broccolini. Drinks are well made and pretty.

Yelp
Located in the Four Seasons resort, we decided to venture outside of Aulani & stumbled across Noe. It's a short walk from the beach and easy to find. Our server was awesome and recommended really great dishes. We started off with the burrata appetizer and the ahi carpaccio. Both were very good. Then, for the entrees we got the truffle tagliatelle pasta and the veal Milanese. The kitchen was kind enough to split our entrees in half so that my husband and I could try both. It was the perfect amount for each person. The winner was the veal Milanese. Highly recommend, and our server told us to squeeze the lemon all over arugula which added a nice zest to the entree. For dessert, we tried the tiramisu. Everything was nothing short of amazing and we are glad we found a restaurant in close proximity of Aulani that we could visit again!

Yelp
Noe has consistently been a wonderful place to celebrate milestones over the years. Sitting outside on their gorgeous outdoor terrace under the strung lights and listening to the running water of the mini waterfalls of the Four Seasons makes this a perfect date night spot. Their southern Italian fare is divine and we've always enjoyed every dish we've ordered. The chef has a rotating stuffed pasta special and this time was a delicious butternut squash ravioli served with scallops. Not pictured but still another standout dish is the lobster spaghetti. The service is exceptional and we've always had a great experience with their team. Escape to Ko'Olina and delight in Noe's amazing offerings for your next date night!

Yelp
Really wanted to like this place but really the service was super slow. Long gaps between server arriva,l and order to food arrival. Really liked the endive salad. Very cool spin on a Caesar. Carbonara wasn't anything special. Seemed buried in a cream sauce and the normal flavors didn't pop. We did like the rigatoni Bolognese. Wanted to stay for dessert but the table next to us had waited so long for theirs that one of their party left early (seemed like) and he took it to go when it eventually arrived. Spectacular outside venue with tons of space and lush garden. Our bench seat cushions were thin and we were mildly uncomfortable. Assume they were short staffed and giving the benefit of the doubt at a 3 total.

Yelp
First time out here for a couples date night and random over night Checked this place out for our love of pizza and the service was amazing! Food was good loved the interior and the blonde girl with the braided ponytail was SO sweet! She made mine and my gfs first time so memorable we love the energy of some being happy to be at work! She was so genuinely happy and nice We appreciated her service so much it made us so happy and want to come back!

Yelp
We were a party of 7 celebrating our friends 40th wedding anniversary. We all ordered the pre fixe menu with Chef chosen appetizer, entree and dessert. The portions were on the smaller side, however, once we finished the full meal we were all more than satisfied. It really is enough food even for big eaters. The service was exceptional, we definitely felt very special being there. The outside views were beautiful, both before the sun set and when the trees lit up with the strung lights. We requested a table to seat 8, they reserved the largest round table in the restaurant. It was nice and cool even with the doors to the outside open. It is not a private room, there are 3 more tables along the back wall, but no other guests were seated there, so we basically had our own private room. :)

Yelp
Noe was an amazing spot for our anniversary dinner! Our server Joshua was well versed in what dishes were gluten free and vegetarian. As a celiac girly i appreciated it so much!! GF bread is available with dishes for the starters- we got the whipped ricotta and it was to die for! I also highly recommend trying the tiramisu (which is gluten free)- it was literally the best one i've ever had! Thank you again Joshua and the whole Noe team for an amazing night

Yelp
During our stay at the Four Seasons, we dined here at Noe for our last dinner. Upon entering you are immersed in a chic, contemporary ambiance intertwined with a tropical island feel. The soft lighting and open air seating also makes for a great date night setting. We started with the burrata which consisted of a chilled tomato consommé and local tomatoes from Ho Farms. The soft and creamy texture of the burrata and fresh tomatoes were the perfect combo to get our palates warmed up. The Noe Signature Tagliatelle was one of my fave entrees featuring seasonal truffles and mushrooms (and parmigiano reggiano). The sauce was light yet creamy and went exceptionally well with the mild earthiness of the truffle and umami taste from the mushrooms. The noodles were maybe cooked slightly Al Dente - which was how I like it anyway! Perhaps I lied, my fave dish was probably the filet mignon with foie gras. This dish was cooked perfectly to medium rare and served with a delectable balsamic-pepper sauce. The buttery and rich consistency of the foie gras complemented the savory and tender filet beneath it. We also ordered the lobster pasta which was also very delicious. This dish featured a mildly thick spicy Pomodoro sauce, wailua basil, and calabrian chili. From what we heard, it was a customer fave. As good as this was, I would place the tagliatelle and filet ahead of this one - but of course it's all preference and everything was so good. Our sommelier Josh was awesome and helped us pair our wines with our dishes. He definitely helped make this experience an awesome one. If you're looking for a true-to-form Italian spot, this should be up there on your list. The prices are as you'd expect and the service was exceptional. Will definitely be frequent flyers here.

Yelp
"Growing up we didn't have much, but my dad would always find time to take us to TGIF. I would get the kids meal with chicken tendies and mashed potatoes. There was nothing better then dipping the succulent tenders into the creamy potatoes and having it as one perfect bite." We mean that in the best way. The veal and truffle mashed potatoes were delicious and the taste was only exemplified by our server Daniel. To be honest he should replace every other server on the island especially the women who works at hulas in Waikiki. Amazing food. Amazing service. 10 outta 10. The restaurant was in a beautiful location that feels like it could have been a season of white lotus, shout out Theo James. Anyways, you should go and try it out yourself cause you won't be disappointed. Goodnight I love you all spread positivity except for the restaurants where I've left negative reviews.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. There is validated valet parking which makes getting to the restaurant so much easier. Noe is located inside the four seasons. We arrived early to our reservation and walked around the pool area. I got the pescato del giorno- mahi mahi which was prepared perfectly. The skin was crispy and the inside the flaky served with a flavorful sauce (Baked Asparagus, Broccoli Purée, Green Olive, Dried Tomato, Celery Tapenade). We also got the rigatoni bolognese which was cooked Al dente with a rich sauce. Great experience and will definitely be coming back

Yelp
Second visit to Noe, and down just a little from last time. Service is still TEN STARS, easily. The team is obviously a well-oiled machine, everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. They don't hover, but are very fast to refill your water glass before you get to the bottom. The ambiance is also exceptional, so romantic and fun with all the twinkling lights and lanterns hanging in the trees. The reason I am deducting a point is because I got the lobster spaghetti again (it was so good last time) and my lobster was old. It was kind of hard and too chewy, like it had been frozen a while. The pasta was still pretty tasty (they make all their pastas in house) and I was really impressed when I asked for a side of parmesan and our server came out with a giant cheese grater and hand grated it on top! My husband ordered their filet mignon, and while it was perfectly cooked to the med-rare he requested, it very much lacked salt. And pepper. I still think Noe is superior to Mina's, but I was a little disappointed in that lobster, especially since it is a staple dish on the menu.

Yelp
My first time here and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. The portions are small for the price, but I expected as much with such a fancy restaurant. My gf and I came to celebrate her bday. We shared the shipped ricotta app and it was so deliciously creamy and light and paired well with the lightly toasted bread and honey, though as other Yelp reviews commented, it needed a bit more of that glorious honey. My friend got the Noe signature tagliatelle, and I got the chef's stuffed pasta (that day it was stuffed with ricotta and spinach, and topped with kabocha and truffle shavings). Both dishes were perfection, the fresh pasta was thin and had that beautiful smooth and chewy bite I am always looking for. Gorgeous outdoor ambiance. Service was exceptional. Complimentary validated valet parking for up to 4 hours. I definitely recommend and can't wait to come back.

Yelp
I was hesitant about being seated outside, but am so glad we were. It was beautiful! Especially to witness the setting of the sun while enjoying dinner. Once the sun went down, the entire outdoor seating was lit up by trees filled with the most unique lighting. The servers are very helpful In their recommendations; patient, too! Professional, all the way! I believe our server was Hokulani( I hope I am recalling that right!)she made the event a very pleasant one! The food, all dishes, were flavorful. I appreciate the fact that the pasta had a made fresh at the venue. Everything was delicious! I had to be sure to save room for dessert. Thank goodness, I did! We all had a different dessert do we could have a sampling of each. It was my birthday, so I was tickled by the extra touch of my bday message on my plate. They did the same gif my hubby got Father's Day. I so loved our visit and am going to look into seeing if our family would like to hold our traditional Christmas Eve dinner here.

Yelp
One of the best dinners we had during our visit. The food was not only beautiful but delicious. The bread was warm to the touch with a crispy crust and soft insides. The dessert was a rich tiramisu which was creamy and not your traditional tiramisu but very good! Our waiters were so friendly and made us feel so welcomed! The restaurant was beautiful and spacious and great for groups!

Yelp
Excellent service, fantastic fresh food. Will be a happy retuning customer. Our waiter, Shawn was one of the best waiters we have ever been served by. We got the truffle pasta and filet mignon and we were so happy with the food. The only comment I have is that our table was in an awkward little corner but the ambiance was still pretty,

Yelp
Italy in Hawaii! A bite of the pasta makes you feel like you are in Rome. I would highly suggest stopping here and easily consider this place the best option at the Four Seasons hands down. Yet with that said, this isn't "hotel food" by any means. This is solid Italian food. Top it off with great service and a touch of the island in the atmosphere and dare I say this place is a little slice of heaven.

Yelp
Service was good food was mediocre for how expensive my 30.00 glass of the only Chardonnay they served was a literal 3 sip pour. My food was barely warm. Would not go back

Yelp
Every time I go to Hawaii, my fav place for Italian food is Noe. The food is always great with a friendly server. The scenery and ambiance are always amazing. Feels like I am in a dream vacation. I always went there with my family and everyone all loved it so much! Thank you Noe!

Yelp
This place could deserve a Michelin star if the Michelin system is in Hawaii. Everything was just perfect. Great outdoor atmosphere plus the comfort of the indoor with nice shades. The service was on spot. They never fail to ignore your needs. But most of all, the food was *chefs kiss! Everything was so delicious and carefully crafted. True delicacy. Love the Asian fusion into the traditional Italian cuisine. I took my toddler and he had an amazing experience too. First they gave him the premium coloring set with multi page coloring book. The kid menu offered variety. The water cup was so cute and sturdy. We just loved everything about it and can't wait to come back and try more food next time. Only complaint was that the cocktail was a little too strong. I ended up not able to finish my cocktail and couldn't enjoy different varieties. But some people may say that's a good thing. Will definitely return for more yummy Italian!

Yelp
If you're looking for a fancy dinner to a special occasion on the west side of the Island, I highly suggest coming to Noe Italian. It is located in the Four Seasons Resort Koolina. The ambiance really gives off a very chic yet romantic vibe... which is perfect for dates! I made the reservation through opentable online about a month in advanced because I noticed they get full reservations fast. We didn't have to worry about parking because it is a valet parking. The restaurant itself is down the stairs from the lobby and should be right when you get down. Service and food was so good! 10/10.

Yelp
This meal was on Sat 8/19/23, 6:30 pm Ambiance --5 star Romantic, quiet Service --5 star, friendly, attentive Food --3 star The filet mignon $69 The lobster spaghetti $69 For that price point the dish should be special My friend had the filet and said he's had better I had the lobster spaghetti and it was too salty with the salt being the stand out flavor. It tasted better with the fresh tomatoes--but still for that price point I expect my tastebuds to dance--they didn't. The best dish of the night was the House smoked carpaccio. The smoky beef with the touch of Gorgonzola mousse, tangy sweet mustard and date. The complexity of the flavors--so good. The dessert--the Lilikoi Semifreddo --I didn't care for. The complimentary birthday dessert--the s'mores chocolate cake--the raw marshmallow at the top--try giving it a quick torching/roasting to give it that yummy toasted Marshmallow flavor.

Yelp
Ambiance was okay- they seated us next to the lobby and it felt like we were sitting in the entrance rather than actually in the restaurant. Some of the food was delicious and then others in our party got sick so hit or miss.
