Super clean condos. They have 2 pools and a hot tub. Studio, 1 bed and 2 bed options with kitchenettes. Views straight out to the ocean and Molokai island. Little sandy beach right next to it. View turtles in a little sandy cove to the left approx 50 yards away

Noelani is a beautiful peaceful place with views that are just amazing from almost any condo in the complex. I stayed in unit 105, this is a ground floor unit with the most incredible views. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed to make my stay complete. This is my second time at Noelani staying in unit 105, I will definitely be back. The staff is so friendly and very welcoming. It's not a large resort with hundreds of people, if you are looking for amazing views of sunsets, turtles, and relaxation, this is your place.

Have stayed here 10+ times since 1995. Truly a home away from home. Have stayed in studio's to 3 bedrooms, all are good. Absolutely the best views in Maui, and best value being right on the water. This is what you come to Maui for. Like the quiet setting and comfortable units. Just spent two weeks in 205, hard to leave.

Hidden gem. 5 stars are not enough for Noelani. Best value for the money. We’ve stayed in several different units here over the years (starting in ‘96). Gorgeous remodeling on the units. Could not get any closer to the beach from the lanai-So much so that the sound of the waves ebbing and flowing are beyond relaxing, especially at night. Stunning views. Quiet area. Best customer service. Centrally located. Great walking area to the store, the beach, or just for a walk up to the small airport. Can’t say enough wonderful things.

We love Noelani!! This was our 2nd year back to this beautiful oasis & this time we brought our ohana. Everyone fell in love with Noelani. The view is priceless & EVERY unit has an amazing ocean view! Everyone that works there is so kind & welcoming. The moment you arrive Julie greets you with a warm Aloha & a smile, Daniel the grounds keeper is always working hard around the property to keep it pristine and everyone else from the housekeepers to other guests are so kind & friendly. Each unit is uniquely decorated, last year we had a cozy studio with plenty of room with king bed, kitchen & sitting area w/small lanai to watch the beautiful sunset, ocean waves & whales (winter). This year we had the 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath... it was clean, spacious & well stocked for our family of 8. We had 2 lanais with breathtaking views of the sunset & turtles.. so many turtles swimming & resting on the beach!! It is at a wonderful location that is a very short distance from the crazy resort area at Ka'anapali Beach about 5-10 mins & 10 min from Kapalua Bay. Pohaku (S Turns) Beach is right next door.. locals spot for surfing & SUP boarding. At Noelani you have a personal oasis where you’re not fighting over lounge chairs at the pool & overcrowded beach. They have clean gas bbqs right next to the ocean & a cute little herb garden to add some flavor to your meals! I have been home one day & can not wait to be back there. Already looking at dates for our next trip!!

I hesitate to review this place, its so good I want to keep it hidden and more available for future bookings. Noelani Condo's was the perfect location, rooms are great for two people, its very clean, well maintained and very functional for nesting for the evening. Maui is a place to get out and have fun and explore, the less time spent in the room only creates more memories. The location next to the ocean with turtles right outside your room is super cool. The pools, hot tub, and outside grill are all cleaned every day. Excellent place to book. Julie saved me from sleeping at the pool after locking myself out, THANK YOU JULIE!!!!😀 Eric Hansen

Really nice place. Larger units have an awesome ocean view. Super nice pool area with cold pool, warm pool, and hot tub. You can see whales and sea turtles from the property. Really friendly staff, and free mai tais and music on Friday nights.

Great location in Lahaina, close to the markets, next to water. All condos have water views and an almost private beach is right next door. Amazing sunsetsvyou get from here. Staff was just amazing, Maggie, Lauren and Alan were really helpful. We will definitely stat there again. If with young kids, try to be on rooms at ground level or above, which have balconies. The rooms at the lower ground have access to the rocks and water wHich might be unsafe.

One of the perks of my new job was a paid week of vacation...as a chef, that's unheard of! I was quickly able to schedule an affordable trip to Maui and had the opportunity to stay at this amazing condo resort and get some much-needed R & R. I booked a beautifully appointed studio at the resort at an amazing off-season rate and was extremely happy with my accommodations. Modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and equipment; large bathroom with separate toilet/shower room, iron/ironing board, blow dryer AND a closet filled with pool/beach accoutrements. The bedroom/living area was outfitted with a comfy queen-sized bed, couch, desk and chair, lounge chair and 43 inch tv. The best part of it all was the spacious balcony which overlooked the Pacific and gave birdseye views of neighboring islands. Noelani Resorts also offers two beautiful pools---one heated, the other not, and a jacuzzi. It also has several grills and a bar area complete with ice machines and the ability to set up an impromptu cookout/luau/party at any hour. What's more, the resort is conveniently located near popular restaurants, shopping, beaches and tourist attractions. But the best part, however, was a secret path leading to an area where green sea turtles come to chill at night. Lets give a round of applause to Mother Nature for this unexpected treat. Some vacays call for expensive hotel rooms with all the amenities and outlets one who saved up for it in advance, can handle. Last-minute vacays on a budget, like mine, call for an amazing place like Noelani Resorts.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE RENTAL REVIEWS. You heard it here first - the place is completely infested with roaches. Roaches all sizes all day and all night. Turn on the new oven and well the families run out from behind and jump onto your cooking food. New fridge - well they're in your ice cubes and drawers - bedroom + bathroom. Received "THEE" email the day before saying they have a small pest issue because of the island environment- just to be clear this was sent when cancellation would not be granted - they knew what they were doing. We let management know that we found bugs everywhere and they brought in sticky traps - the traps were full by end of day. -go to the spa at night - the edges are moving - it's literally roaches everywhere - stepping on them to get back to the room. Also they have no utensils for anything. FYI this unit has great views and you can see turtles daily- but that's it- literally that's it. I wish someone left this review for me to read. We stayed because we could not find another place to stay last minute. We were on the top floor room 410.

I am really disappointed with this condo at room 201. I come in and there were sugar ants everywhere. There was someone else's hair of all lengths and colors all over the bed and then I had a drink out for less than a few minutes and a roach appeared ON IT. Attaching photos and videos. I am paying $650/night w taxes and fees and cannot sleep in here w all these pests and someone else's hair like as if it was not cleaned prior to my arrival. This is my first time complaining about a hotel/airbnb/vacation stay in over 15 years of traveling and I travel very often. I also have a roach allergy (seriously my blood test report shows this... so an infestation literally is inhospitable for me). IVE ALSO ONLY BEEN HERE FOR 5 HOURS. The only "food" I've had out was this single can of a drink!!! Too terrified of this to even make tea or touch anything in this condo :(

This is a great place to stay during your vacation! There is a small beach within walking distance and the pool area has a heated pool, hot tub, and regular pool. There are plenty of lounge chairs and even a grill to use. It's also possible to snorkel right in front of the condo if the water isn't too rough. There's a walkway down to the rocks to get in the water and there are a TON of sea turtles that hangout here. It's a gorgeous view and it's not a far drive at all to the nearby Safeway, whalers village, front street, etc. where you may want to shop/eat/ beach. It's also very economical and the staff is kind as well. STAY HERE!

Unit was clean on arrival. Updated kitchen with full compliment of kitchen ware. Amazing view of and right on the ocean. Amazing sunsets. Not beach front but we drove to different beaches to snorkel. I think this location is central. Grocery stores are close by. For those complaining about housekeeping. Air bnb or Vrbo properties are not hotels and generally do not have daily house keeping. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a sign that they provide initial essentials but you must purchase more as needed. There's only small sample sized shampoo and conditioner. So if you have a long stay then you'll have to buy or bring more. There is no elevator so if you're in a wheel chair or have mobility issues then stay on first floor. This place suited my 3 friends and I for a girls trip to Maui.

Absolutely amazing. I was reluctant to share this review as I hope to keep this place out secret, but others need to enjoy it too. We had an incredible stay here. Unit was impeccable, well stocked, nice welcome gift, but best of all...the views, location and amenities were off the charts. Parking was ample, the pool and bbq area were always clean and there turtles down at the beach were amazing to see each day. Always a dozen or more! We will be back for sure!!!

We stayed in unit 118 in July. The condo was great, very nice kitchen and everything we could need for a couple. The property was pretty, but pool was somewhat dated. Our patio had a great ocean view! The people upstairs woke us up everyday at 5am moving patio furniture around...very annoying! Someone else on the condos website mentioned the furniture moving and I should have listened, but I thought it was an isolated annoyance...apparently not! I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit if you choose to stay here.

Absolutely horrifying place to stay if I could give this place zero stars that's exactly what I would give it. No air conditioning, unit 103 was 80° inside at 11 PM with no circulation, no ventilation, no privacy, just a little thin piece of glass between you and people walking by. You had no other choice but suffocate. Beware of doing any business with this condominium as they do not disclose upfront that there is no air conditioning clearly And conspicuously. If they would have put it in clear writing I would've never have rented this place. There are hundreds of places on this island with beautiful views that have air-conditioning and comfort. Instead they told me to read the fine print in the amenity section. But they did not tell us there was no air conditioning until the day before check-in. None of the units in this building have air conditioning. But they will gladly take your $500 a day. Maui is very very very hot and very humid this time of year. The management is absolutely as rude as it gets... We came there for our anniversary and paid the price. You could get an A/C unit from Costco for 350 bucks, For all the money they are making why wouldn't they do that? Then on top of it they charge a $450 cleaning fee. And then tell you when you're leaving that your checkout is earlier than your contract 10 AM, contract says 11:00 AM. And on top of it, that you have to do kind of a pre-cleaning before you leave. The morning we left the maid knocked on our door at 8 AM and asked us if we were checking out? Why would you knock on somebody's door at 8 o'clock in the morning? Read the fine print! Read all of it and go somewhere else. Yes it's a beautiful view but it doesn't matter because you are so uncomfortable in this unit. The view does not replace comfort. When you are sweating at 11 o'clock at night and all night, you will not sleep well and you will not feel well. Run don't walk!!!!

Just returned from out fourth and final stay at Noelani. We went there several years ago and fell in love with the small complex. The staff was welcoming, the condos clean, and they had fun events like a food truck and live music by the pool. Each time we've gone back there are fewer and fewer amenities, while the prices go up and the staff becomes more surly. This time we had enough. The food trucks and live music are long gone. The "mai tai party" is a guy coming and dumping some bottom shelf rum into pineapple juice and calling it a day. There used to be a weekly maid service, this time nothing but a new cleaning fee tacked onto the bill. The two swimming pools all had a layer of grime and sunscreen around the inside edge. They have lovely tiki torches out along the ocean, but most nights they weren't lit. The staff is all gone by five and there is nobody to ask about it. Our condo was lacking a number of items and the office staff's only response was "it's up to the condo owner to furnish it." So much for staff that specializes in the aloha spirit. Meanwhile the concierge is just an independent contractor who puts on a sales pitch and obviously gets a cut of whatever he signs people up for. Do your own unbiased research. Ultimately, the Noelani staff are nothing but a rental management company and take no responsibility for the condos or your time at the complex. They have no interest in being helpful or even polite and have let the grounds fall into disrepair. Find a better place to stay. We will next time.

This is the first time in 25 years we have had a less than amazing experience at the Noelani. The grounds are great, the view is awesome, turtle viewing excellent, and Bruce (concierge) is the best. The office staff seemed overwhelmed and not engaged with the guests. It felt like there was a lack of leadership. The bathroom was updated with new tile in the shower. Unfortunately, the fold out bed was very uncomfortable with a thin doing mattress. They did get a comforter to us to cover it. I asked for help turning on a fan and the office said someone could help tomorrow. We finally figured it out. We always recommended these condos for people coming to Maui. We don't plan to do it now. We are so disappointed.

This is a great place to stay with very reasonable rates....no charge for parking either! Noelani is very close to shopping for your groceries...Safeway, Walgreens, yet tucked away from the traffic...also minutes from Bad Ass Coffee and the farmers market. Another great perk to this resort is that they offer concierge service, Bruce, and he is awesome-don't miss out on the complimentary breakfast and "orientation" when you stay, Bruce is very knowledgeable and HONEST! Another yet great perk is that you have an ocean view!!!! We saw whales passing by day & night!!!!! I can't say enough good things about the outstanding service, from the front desk to the housekeeping, you are truly treated like a VIP, this place is definitely worth staying!!! TIP: near the airport is a CostCo if you need to load up on groceries :) TIP: bring your own BINOCULARS!!!!! you wont want to leave these at home!!!

My husband and I have stayed at the Noelani Condos a few times and love it. there. We always request Unit 218. It's one of the closest units to the ocean with an unobstructed 180 degree view. The unit is roomy, tastefully decorated, updated and has a full kitchen with everything to make a meal. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The grounds and pools on the ocean are well-kept. There is no A/C in any of the units, but if you open the windows and let the trade winds flow through your room, it's a natural cooling system. All units are oceanfront. If you go during whale season, you'll see them blowing and breaching right from your lanai. And the turtles love this area. We see them below us every time we go. Totally awesome. We recommended this unit to some friends for their honeymoon and they thoroughly enjoyed it, too. Whenever they could, they sat on their lanai watching the sun set. How romantic =) Noelani Condos and Maui No Ka Oi!

You won't believe this, but this condo is so close to the ocean that you want the waves to "chill out". You need ear plugs, it's so loud. What incredible views from the 2 lanais in Noelani 302! You can't get any closer to the ocean!

We stayed here for ten days with seven people. Plenty of free parking but no elevators. Nice pool, chairs, snack bar, grills and hot tub. ALL of the kitchen cupboards were full of dishes or locked by the owner so we had to juggle to find space for the food we bought at costco and the market. Comfy beds. Free wifi that was okay. It was warm the first night but cooled off after we had the fans going the next day and aired out the condo. The washer and dryer are small and it took quite awhile for clothes to dry, but at least they were in the unit. Friendly guests/owners who gave us tips on things to do around the island. Beautiful ocean views! We saw many turtles; others saw dolphins and whales.

Beware. Please beware of extreme cancellation policy. This establishment does not work with you even in Covid times and during a family emergency in which we were unable to fly or travel. Paid in full two years ago and have yet to receive a cent in return. We have stayed here multiple times in the past and will not be returning due to lack of customer service and understanding. Very disappointed!

Love, love, loved this place! It's not for everyone, but if you are looking for ocean views with a bit of privacy and peace and quiet than this should be your stop! From our room we could watch the whales, sea turtles, and local surfers catching waves. The pool choices are awesome including a heated and non heated one with a hot tub perfectly set up to watch the waves crash on the rocky shores. It does not have its own beach out front, but there is a really nice one literally steps off the property. We will be back again for sure!

A fantastic place to stay when visiting Maui. Feels like home, with great oceanfront condos (literally feet from the crashing waves), friendly staff, and pools, BBQs, and always great neighbors to meet. Our 4th stay at Noelani and planning our next stay before we pack up to leave this one. About 10 mins to Lahaina, 10 mins to Kapalua area. Great markets and restaurants within a couple of minutes.

My fiancé and I stayed in #207 for 5 nights to explore beautiful Maui! We loved it here! We are on the same level as the parking lot so we didn't have to carry our luggage up or down the stairs which was a relief. Also the second level offered more privacy. This condo offered a spacious living space with a remodeled kitchen. We were in particular in love with the amazing oceanfront view from our lanai which was probably about 50 ft away from the ocean! You can watch the sunrise and sunset from your lanai. I even saw two turtles during my entire stay! There's also two outdoor pools with one that is heated for the winter months and a hot tub which are all right along the oceanfront. So you can watch the sunset/sunrise while you are sitting in the hot tub or enjoying yourself in the pool. Beach supplies were included like beach chairs, beach umbrellas and mats. There's a washer/dryer with two detergent packs and plenty of dishwasher blocks for the dishwasher. Friendly staff. They have an herb garden by the pool we used for our cooked meals which included thyme, sage, basil, rosemary. Some of the cons of staying here included limited parking spaces in their lots. Some of the nonstick cookware was scratched up. It's 15 minutes away from Lahaina downtown. Also the bedroom can get a bit stuffy but they provide a standing, revolving fan. The noise from traffic outside was slightly an issue but once we closed the windows, it was not too disturbing. All in all, It was definitely a wonderful stay here. I already miss the views! I'd definitely stay with them again!

If I could leave a 0 star for this condominium I would. We came to Maui to get married. We saw these Condos online and they looked beautiful, so we went ahead and booked it. When we got here(after a 5 hour plan flight from San Francisco) it was a complete nightmare. There was no air conditioning and the place was filthy dirty and rundown. The photos they have on these condos are a misrepresentation of how the really look. We immediately started calling other places and found a place called the Plantation Inn, which was an amazing experience. We asked for a refund of our deposit (which was $650.00) so, that we could use it for the other place that we found. The manager refused to refund our deposit and she was rude and mean. DO NOT waste your money on this place.

I do not recommend this condominium. In our week we were there we never once received any housekeeping service. When we asked a housekeeper who was on her phone while cleaning another unit if she had a roll of toilet paper for us her answer was "No". That was it. She just went back to her phone conversation. Also the front desk has very limited hours. Went there a couple times just after 4pm and no one was there. The facility is close to the beach and has a great location, but no services whatsoever. Even the condo we stayed in itself was, at best, marginal. I would not stay here again.

Just stayed here for a week. Maui is beautiful but this place crushed my trip. So Disappointed. Staff was so rude with my concerns and not helpful at all. Place was gross with mold. Terrible location. Beware before booking.

Stayed here previously. Never again! Twice the price, twice as dirty, cleaning service is terrible. (a misnomer if there ever there was one). This place is scamming the owners. The one star is only for the view.

I have been to Noelani twice now, and plan on make this our family vacation destination for many years to come. There are turtles right out in front that you can see from your lanai. It is a smaller property, which we LOVE! The location is excellent as well. A short drive to either Lahaina or Kapalua. The staff is always very helpful, especially the concierge, Bruce. Bruce has all the best info on what to to on Maui! He has years and years of experience, and whatever your heart desires, Bruce can make it happen. He has great restaurant and happy hour advice! Do NOT MISS the events hosted by Bruce, both the breakfast talk and the poolside mai tai party are wonderful and informative. Bruce goes so far as to help you plan your whole stay, taking into account things like wind and weather, so some days are better for ocean activities and some days are better for land. He can tell you the best day to go to Haleakala or Hana based on his longstanding knowledge of Maui. He finds the best deals for tours, too! He will really take his time to work with you and figure out what you want to do with your week (or 2 or more weeks if you are lucky). I plan on returning to Noelani every chance I get, and will count on Bruce to give me the excellent service that he has in the past!

Well, you can experience the crowded, conventional resort vacation, or the quieter condo experience.. I'll take this everytime. Every suite/room has stellar views-we could see whales breaching from our lanai, and sea turtles on the beaches! This is also close to every thing you need. We could walk to eats, beaches, resorts, and Lahaina is just a short trip down the road. Perfect!

We stayed here last year in August & loved it!! There were turtles every night! Not just one or 2 but about 5+. When we first checked in, we were told we were given a second floor unit despite requesting a ground floor unit. The front staff were able to move us after a day into our stay for to a lower unit where our lanai walked right into a grassy area overlooking the water. There is a beach to the right of the complex. The sand is rough but it doesn't beat a beach to yourself. The unit itself was great & met all our needs. This isn't a fancy hotel but it was very homey & comfy. Everything was clean. The bathroom was outdated but everything worked. The kitchen was stocked & there were even scuba gear, ice box & other useful misc things in the closet for us to use on beach days. There are quite a few reviews about how there isn't AC but the rooms but there were fans & a ceiling fan so it didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again!

Just returned to the Mainland after a one week stay at Noelani #216. Had a fantastic time. Bruce, the Concierge guy, was great. Trust him and you're going to have a fantastic vacation. We're already looking at our calendar to book a return to paradise. BTW. The turtles feeding at the water's edge are fantastic and the sunsets are unbelievable. Everybody runs for their cameras as sunset approaches! Also don't miss the Slack Key guitar show on Wednesday nights at the nearby Napili Kai Hotel. This is a peak at the real Hawaii.

Wonderful place to stay. Amazing staff. Can't say enough about how prepared they are. So friendly and knowledgeable. The condos are wonderful with gigantic ocean view. Even a view of sea turtles and whales during the winter months. I recommend a ground floor unit. Easy access to the property and pool. The property grounds and pool area are extremely well maintained. Great swimming pool, heated and non, as well as a nice an hot jacuzzi with a wonderful view. The only complaint is limited parking.. Can get tight coming home late after dinner or a night out. Also the outside is a bid run down, but one look at the back of the property and the view has you forgetting about that real fast. I will stay here again for sure.

Stopped over to join a friend's birthday vacation after working a couple days on Oahu. I never really experienced a condo rental vacation in Hawaii, as I usually travel w my wife and kids, so this was a first for me. To me, this was an amazing place to stay. Beautiful, sweeping ocean views, comfortable accommodations, and at least during this week's November stay, very pleasant weather, with no need for AC. (I do wonder how comfortable this place would be w the commonly hot Maui weather of the summer). Fully stocked kitchens, accessible pool side grills (cleaned every morning) allowed the majority of the meals to home cooked. (We went fishing one day and got Mahi and Ahi so that made for some amazing meals). Coffee maker, rice cooker, great oven range, microwave, fridge etc, washer and dryer, everything we needed. Ok so the best way to describe this stay is this. If you prefer a large resort vacation with room service, AC, several restaurant choices, massive pools, large beach access, shops adjacent to the lobby, concierge services, you get the picture, this place isn't for you. But if you like a low key location, comfortable accommodations, (reminds me of staying at a friend's place) then this place is for you. We traveled with 7 people, had 2 rooms and simply had a blast. Staff was friendly and easy to access. We didn't have any issues and just had a wonderful birthday celebration.

We stayed here four years ago and had a great time. It was very quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. We just stayed there for a week and noticed things have changed drastically. The first night we noticed there was a group of college kids staying in a few of the condos . They decided to party and run up and down the stairs and hallways till about 2:30 in the morning. I brought it up to staff and they said the on site manager who lives there would take care of it. On the second night, the same thing happened and the third. On the fourth night there was a group of people who decided to bring coolers and drink heavily all day at the pool and most of the night resulting in a huge verbal altercation at about 3 am between people. The staff did nothing about it. Out of the two condos i have stayed in they both look like they came straight out of the 80's. Wifi? Pfft forget it, the signal is weak you can't pick it up in the bedroom 25 feet away. If you want a nice,clean, friendly environment to stay in Maui look else where.

The girlfriend and I stayed in one of the basic studios for a week in April 2012. We literally had no complaints. The reviewers prior to me hit this place spot-on. I am going with five stars due to the value for your $$$. Here is what you get: the complex is right on the water (you must be okay with the sounds of the ocean!), light crowds at the complex and in the neighborhood, within walking distance of several shops/restaurants, small, full kitchen, two "community" BBQs for the complex, nice pool/spa, and the main bus route ($1 per ride) is a two minute walk away. The complex also hosts some events throughout the week - we only attended the BBQ (very tasty) since we were out and about during most of our evenings. Apparently they are working on hooking up wifi in each of the units, but cell service was actually quite good from the complex. Our TV was very dated but we didn't even turn it on during our trip. A nice touch - the two units I saw had iPhone/iPod speaker players. Don't expect any help with your bags and you will not be disappointed.

Wow factor of 10 Real feel of Maui awaits you at this resort....kick back and enjoy the view, the breezes and the palm trees...a maybe a sunset or 2...breakfast on your lanai and sleep to the waves crashing on the rocks right in front of your unit....there is never a bad day at the Noelani...our unit 112 was a studio and plenty for 2 adults...very well stocked, and we left a few things behind to add to the kitchen...great location, close to everything and real easy access to the main road....cool breezes requires no a/c...infact we used the blanket at night...brrrr!..........great place for kids as well as us older kids...Mahalo from Sacramento...Book this one, you will not be sorry!

We stayed in 101 for 1 of the reserved 6 nights. The view is amazing and the upgrades to the unit were nice. Unfortunately, the unit is on a corner, southern facing and gets blasted by the sun all day. No A/C shouldn't be a problem (and has never been in any of the other condos we've stayed in over the years) but there is zero air flow in that unit. They provided a few tiny fans that blew around the hot air but nothing worked to lower the temperature in the condo any meaningful amount - the overnight low inside was 81 degrees and immediately shot back up when the sun came up. We asked management to work with us on the temperature and the sprinklers that went off every 30 minutes after 1 am but their only suggestion was to cancel the reservation and work with Airbnb for a refund. For our comfort and our toddlers safety we had to book a completely new condo at a different location which ended up being a great decision as the new property was much nicer and the property manager much more receptive and caring (worth it even though we only got a very small refund back). Would not recommend Noelani or their management group to anyone - they're not interested in their guest's comfort or safety.

We had the BEST most relaxing trip this year. You can literally see & feel the difference from last year to this year. THANK YOU!!!! or rather MAHALO! It's like vacationing with a long lost dear friend. Our units were much better equipped right down to the dish soap! Yes, I noticed and appreciate Noelani's efforts. WIFI worked like a charm. Again Mahalo! We stayed in 107 and 115. We prefer ground floor units. We only stayed 3 1/2 weeks this year, but have already booked 5 1/2 for next year. Can't wait. Was so nice and the whales & turtles were amazing as always and we had a FRONT ROW SEAT from our lanai! So nice and refreshing to see EVERYONE (guests, front & back office staff, housekeeping, concierge as well as onsite staff) relaxed and enjoying the ALOHA of Maui and the Noelani. (Trying to talk the hubs into coming twice a year now - but don't tell him. It will be our secret).

Great location only a few feet from the roaring waves of the ocean. Debbi the tour agent is very good at getting the tours you want schedule.

I loved this place, when I return I'm going to try and get my exact grassy waterfront room. Highly recommended it. Sea turtles come up at dusk, super relaxing, short walk to private beach. Loved the sea turtles

Terrible. Would give zero stars if possible. Booked through AirBnB not realizing this place was like a motel. Upcharged $100 before I checked in. Place is dirty, no AC, loud, and staff is rude. I refused to check in and they refused to refund my $700 I paid upfront for 3 x nights. Filed a dispute with my credit card and following a complaint with BBB.

Loved our stay!! Came here with my mom last May. Sooo many turtles nearby- saw close to 20 at one time! Quiet n relaxing. Felt like staying at a friend's place- cozy and homey. If u like hotel chains this might not be for u. They had everything in the unit. We cooked yummy meals and waterfront dining. Plus great prices! Definitely would stay here again!

Great location and position right on the ocean. The units are old, and the two units we occupied were very sparsely supplied with kitchen utensils. It was difficult to cook decent meals with the supplies in the units. The TV service is less than awful. The second unit we occupied had no TV controls in the unit. You would think the cleaning crew would check to verify. Cleaning is marginal. Not sure I would recommend to anyone who wants to cook in a condominium unit in Maui.

Our first time to Maui! Amazing does not describe it! We couldn't have asked for a more hospitable resort and staff. Breakfast orientation with Bruce is a must. His recommendations made our first time in Maui that much more special! Can't wait to go back!!!

This is our 7th trip to the Noelani! We chose this location for our honeymoon and we were married not far from the Noelani , so it is a very special place to us. We will be back in 2020, we love it so much we have continued to make the trip although what used to be a 5 hour flight is now a 10 hour one since moving to the East Coast. We love the peacefulness, the spectacular views, the grounds and the helpfulness of Bruce and Debbie. I definitely recommend letting them help you get the most out of your vacation.

We have been staying at the noelani for 40 years. We always know we can count on Bruce the concierge to help guide us with local activities food weather, etc. Even though we have visited many times, Bruce's local knowledge always makes our trip much better and keeps us from making mistakes and wasting money on restaurants or activities that might have been great the year before but have gone downhill.

My girlfriend and I were in Maui at the Noelani five years ago and because of Bruce we came back he was so helpful the first time and also help plan our trip before we got there and while we were there he is a gem honest very personable and definitely added plus to your property he guided us to the best luau whale watching road to Hana dinner cruise horseback riding and much more than just him being around made our stay there a lot more fun

Excellent place to stay as a family. We had such an amazing time at Noelani condo. From our condo I was able to spot lot of sea turtle and occasionally whale too. Their kitchen z too good. Overall our stay at Noelani made our trip very memorable....I would give more than 5...

Excellent alternative to high density, crowded resorts - the condos have a "mom and pop" ownership feel to them. The staff at Noellani is very friendly and helpful, very scenic and relaxing pool area. Stayed here during both out visits to Maui, and highly recommend! Pro's : *Beautiful view, nice pool area, with snorkeling area right outside of the property. *Well equiped and clean studio condo - kitchen has everything you would need. *Friendly and helpful staff *Mai tai parties and music by the pool Con's: Lack of Air conditioning (hard to sleep during August high temps).

We've been here since wednesday, and we are checking out today(sunday). First impression upon arrival, nothing like the pictures they advertised. Rooms were outdated, place looks old. This place needs AC, with this humidity. Front office staff weren't very nice. I Would never recommend any family or friends to stay here!

This place is the biggest rip off on the island. Paper thin walls with people yelling all night long. No help from management. The furniture is worn and dirty. No beach just rocks. They advertise a beach across the street which is impossible since that's inland. The manager Donna refuses to return phone calls. Nightmare. Nightmare and the worst place ever!!!! One star rating because it's on the beautiful ocean, which you can't get to from this awful place. No bargain for rates. If it was cheap - that's a different story but it's not.
