Exceptional tasting menu! Our at Noguchi Taro was one of our favorites! As promised, it included one of the best chicken wings you will ever have. The chef is thoughtful and intentional throughout the meal in his arrangement of dishes thoroughly the course and each dish was consistently great. Chef also speaks fluent English, which made for a nice change of pace, as he was personable and communicative, explaining each dish and often engaging in a bit of conversation between course preparation. We enjoyed other tradition experiences, including Kaiseki and Omakase while in Japan, but preferred this meal as Chef included a few traditional items, but also innovatively explored other potentials for where Japanese food can go. Highly recommend!

Absolutely exceptional, from Taro himself who’s so welcoming and educating. To the phenomenal food combinations and flavors. To different textures to an amazing ice cream. Honestly, one of the best food experiences in Osaka and in Japan JB general. You MUST go!

超予約困難店の予約を何とか勝ち取り、20:30開始の2部に訪問。お店は外に看板がないので、初めてだとちょっと見つけにくいかも 2時間のコースは、料理は全12品と次々に料理が出てきます 料理はもちろんどれも美味しいのですが、今日のお気に入りとして 「とろろ芋の雲丹まん」 中にはたっぷりの雲丹が入ったとろろの揚げ饅頭。濃厚な山芋に濃厚な雲丹の味、食べ応え抜群 「ツキノワグマ アーモンド出汁のしゃぶしゃぶ」 脂身が真っ白なとても綺麗な熊のお肉。胡麻ではなくアーモンドを使った工夫や、一緒に入れている芹の風味、柔らかくクセもない熊の肉と絶品 「世界一美味しい手羽先」 見るからに美味しそうに焼き上げられた、手羽焼き かぶりつくと、皮はパリパリ、肉厚の身はジューシー 食べ終わったら、おなかパンパン、どれも美味しく大満足 オリジナルの満寿泉の日本酒も美味しかった ただお酒も楽しむなら、私にはもう少し時間欲しいなぁ ごちそうさまでした
