NOI Casa Atacama

Definitely a place I’d come back to again. The layout of the property is fantastic, and the rooms are lovely and spacious. My room had an outdoor terrace facing the pool, which was a great feature and added to the overall experience. The restaurant was very good and clearly run by a team that is trying hard to deliver quality. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the staff throughout the property were warm, attentive, and accommodating. Overall, this is a lovely place, and I would recommend it to others. With a few small touchups, it could be excellent. A few notes for future guests and management: 1. The power went out two nights in a row for approximately 10 to 15 minutes around 9:00 pm. When the lights went out, it was completely dark, with no emergency lighting visible. This may not be typical for the area, but it did happen on consecutive nights. 2. There were very limited electrical outlets in the room. I had to unplug a lamp in order to charge my phone and other devices. 3. The Wi-Fi was unreliable on my phone, though it worked more consistently on my laptop for reasons I could not determine. 4. The restaurant was excellent and the service wonderful, but some dishes were heavier on salt than necessary. 5. The bed was comfortable, but it was squeaky and likely just needed minor maintenance or lubrication. 6. The bikes available for guests were old and rickety and could benefit from replacement or updating. Despite these issues, the property has strong fundamentals, great staff, and a lot of charm. With modest improvements, it would be a standout stay.

Great location, lovely staff. Rooms very clean and a good size. A very good laundry service! Very good breakfast, and the occasional lunch, all great quality and catering well for a gluten free diet. There is a small spa which we did not have time to use.The only fault during our visit was that the pool was out of service. Would recommend the hotel to anyone, probably not with children.

The hotel is nice and has a relaxed atmosphere. Our room was pretty good with decent amenities. We booked late so we didn’t get a suite (we had two deluxe rooms). Our outdoor area was a very small high-walled in terrace which was too hot to use. And if we did want to use it there was only one chair. There’s no air conditioning just a noisy fan. The standard of the food was mixed. We had some excellent dishes and some that were poor. The drinks selection is limited. Almost all of the staff were incredibly friendly but few of them had English and so we found it difficult to communicate as we have no Spanish. We had one strange experience. We paid for B&B for 2 rooms for 4 nights. Some excursions leave before the breakfast buffet opens. So you can choose a breakfast box to go. It contains a very limited selection of food from the breakfast buffet: bap with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese; yogurt; piece of fruit; some nuts; and a bottle of still water - it was not good. One morning we returned from our early excursion earlier than scheduled and the breakfast buffet was still open. We went to have breakfast but were told we couldn’t because we had had the breakfast in a box. We were really surprised. I went to reception to speak about it but was told quite firmly that if we wanted breakfast from the buffet then we would have to pay for it. I said I was not happy about that and the receptionist replied “ok” and went back to her looking at her computer. It’s a small thing possibly but we felt it said a lot about the hotel’s attitude towards its guests. Because of this we didn’t eat or drink in the hotel again even though we had planned to have two more lunches and one dinner there. We checked out with same receptionist who I suppose understandably did not ask us how our stay was. If we were ever to return to San Pedro de Atacama we would stay somewhere else.

The treatment was exceptional; like home away from home! All staff was friendly and accommodating to all our needs; especially Endri at the restaurant and pool. My wife and I were celebrating a 2nd honeymoon; which will have to do more often! Thanks to all!

We loved our experience. Traveled with 3 kids, had connecting rooms. They were great. Outside area to sit was nice. Used the bikes daily, they provided all the equipment we needed (helmets, locks, etc). The daily breakfast was awesome. Always had a coffee machine and water available. They were always help and welcoming to my kids and I, especially as they practice their Spanish. Would stay here again when we come back.

Beautiful hotel, clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is decent. The team are very helpful. The rooms are insanely hot and there’s no way to control the temperature which is a big negative for me but otherwise a great place.

We were warmly welcomed at Noi Casa Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. Felipe was amazing host — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We got a room upgrade, welcome drinks, and he even helped us book a tour on our last day. The hotel is cozy, charming, well-heated, and strategically located just 550 meters from Caracoles. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel in Atacama. Very friendly staff to make sure everything you need in this marvelous place come true. Its a sustainable hotel all inspired and respecting local culture. A true experience!
