I stayed at this hotel for one night and was extremely disappointed by the constant internal noise generated by mechanical systems, most likely from motors or air extraction units. The sound was persistent, resembling a low-frequency industrial hum that never ceased—day or night—making it nearly impossible to sleep without earplugs. It wasn’t street noise or occasional disturbances; it was a structural issue likely tied to poor insulation or faulty placement of HVAC systems. Even with windows closed and room doors shut, the vibration and mechanical droning were clearly audible throughout my stay. Management seemed aware but offered no real solution. If you’re sensitive to noise or value restful sleep, I strongly recommend choosing a different property. This is not a place for relaxation or quiet work.

Decent place to stay in Puerto Natales for a short trip. Spa is a bit dated / run down but not bad. Nice view onto the lake for sunset. The takeaway lunch box (instead of breakfast) was very generous - overall recommend as a base to explore Torres del Paine

We spent one quick night here after being in TDP. We were happy with our room, the location, and the restaurant on site. The staff was very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Bastian who went out of his way to help.

There are 4 floors for rooms in the hotel. All 4 floors are exposed to ongoing construction Feb 2025 as they add an entire 20 room wing to hotel. From 8am-6:30pm daily. No noise, dust curtains, chemical odor barriers, etc., in place to isolate existing rooms from building area. Contact the hotel directly on status before booking. The existing rooms are basic minimalist design concept. Room occupied obvious maintenance lacking. Shower door not closing, hits door jam. Shower head cracked sprayed water sideways. Shower water valves leak drip continually. Toilet seat stops missing common to bowl. Washbasin area flooring needs scouring. Room cleanliness needs big improvement. Beds in rooms are two singles, if larger bed needed they push them together. Restaurant and bar ambiance nice, service was good. Food quality lacking. Ingredients appeared they were off the grocery store shelf, boxed foods. I.E: frozen french fries, desert, muffins, yogurts, etc. Hotel located on major road along waterfront with heavy traffic and noise. Hotel ambiance nice, however all was destroyed by the ongoing construction. Would not visit the hotel again. TripAdvisor does not allow video upload so could not share the “loud construction noise” as experienced; power saws, hammering, high volume workman voices communicating over the many noises.

This hotel was wonderful right up until 8am. What the hotel fails to mention on their site or anywhere else before booking is that they are doing a major expansion. We were woken at 8am to power saws, hammers and drills directly across the hall from our room (5 feet) making it impossible to sleep beyond that time or in any way enjoy the room.||These rooms should be closed while the hotel is undergoing renovations. If we were here more than one night we would have left and checked in somewhere else. Very poor management on this.

The Noi Indigo Patagonia gets allover good ratings and is rated 5 stars on Booking. I do not agree with these ratings. The hotel is more like a 2 star Hostel. We were staying in a Deluxe Double Room. The room was tiny, not possible for two people to open their suitcases. Style is rather shabby than rustic, actually downright not clean. It had an open bathroom solution, lit by a bare light bulb. Only a small shaving mirror, no stand or glass for toothbrush. Separate toilet like a prison cell and a separate shower whith rattling pipes. Most luxurious were the bathrobes - with gold trimming! Weirdly out of place. On the positive side there was a good breakfast buffet, friendly staff and allover beautiful views. Altogether ratings and price are for a 5 star hotel (in Patagonia) but the standard is like a Hostel.

We booked what the hotel calls a deluxe room. Well, you can describe this room in many ways, but luxurious is far from one of them. The room is very tiny, and has no wardrobe or drawers. Only one towel per person (no hand towel). No glass for toothbrush. No minibar or fridge, or coffee and tea making facilities. No chairs or couch. No desk. The list could go on forever. Did I mention the room was pretty dirty? Our advice: stay away!

We just completed a 4 night stay at this hotel. I made the reservation for our Junior Suite room back in July 2024 and booked directly on the hotel's website, expecting to at least get what I paid for. I don't even know where to start. ||Cons:|All the negative reviews by other travelers are accurate. There is loud drilling and banging noise all day, from the construction they are doing. ||Room mix up - At check in, we were told since it was only 1 pm we would have to return in an hour as the room was not ready. Fair enough. When we returned, the reception gals said we could pick between two rooms on the 4th floor and gave us keys to check out the rooms. After checking out both rooms, we told them our decision. At that time they asked for our names again, and said that they had made a mistake! Our room was actually on the 2nd floor, and at the end of the narrow hall. The view from our room was obstructed and the noise from the construction was right next to our room. I requested a change in room but was told that they were all sold out. ||No kettle in the room for coffee (first hotel|in all our travels in Chile to not provide that)|Paint splatter on the floor in our room|No water bottles. We asked and were given one refillable glass bottle. |No safe deposit box in the room|No tissues|Only one hand towel provided in the bathroom. I asked for another one and hot the one in the picture - dirty brown spots. |No bath mat. |Mirror in the bathroom on the side of the wall making in totally useless, but a window in front of the sink overlooking the beds! |Lots of truck, vehicular noise at night from road in front. |No glasses/tumblers in the bathroom|No body lotion||Room cleaning- one day our room wasn't cleaned when we got back from our tour at 5pm. Front desk told us their maid had a picture from 6:30 am with a Do Not Disturb sign on our door. Sure we had it - from 6:30 -7 am. We took it off at 7 when we got back from breakfast. So they only checked once at 6:30 am and that's it. On our request, however, they did someone to clean our room that evening. ||Restaurant server charged for water bottle which we had with brought down with us from our room. They were charging by looking at us rather than on what they served us. Then ask us if want to add a tip! Which we did - ridiculous!||The front desk staff never, ever greeted us when we walked into the hotel or walked past them in the morning. I had to use Google translate with them almost all the time. Their English was very limited. The only staff that gave us any attention was the gentleman server in the restaurant. He was great! ||Laundry order- got our room number wrong even though we had written it on our order form. They said they sent the laundry to another room and it got rejected, so they were waiting for us to call!||Pro|Great location and views. Easy walk to restaurants and main shopping. The hotel seems to be capitalizing on their view. Nothing more to offer. No hospitality or personal attention. No idea of customer service. I sent many messages through their website, before and during our stay. No one responded.
