Noi Indigo Patagonia

This hotel has older rooms in a funky warehouse design, and also newer rooms that were built on the roof. My wife and I were in one of them, room 501, for three nights thanks to Ignacio who held the room for us when I called him months before our arrival. When entering the room for the first time, we were struck by the awesome views and high windows /ceilings. The room itself is small with a cramped bathroom. But it’s new and modern in appearance. The restaurant in the hotel was very good for dinner, by the way. And the buffet breakfast had a good selection. There is some street noise, even from the fifth floor room, due to hotel being on a major coastal road. That is the only reason this didn’t get 5/5 from me, along with the small size of the room and bathroom. One should also know the elevator doesn’t go to the fifth floor as it’s a new addition, and so luggage needs to be carried up one flight of stairs, which wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for others.

This is a nice boutique style hotel in Puerto Natales with a great location just a few blocks form center of town. Rooms in the "new section" were very nice. Public areas were clean with decent food in restaurant (although much better options in town).

Located directly at the beach with nice views and a pretty good breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some things are a bit aged, like the spa area, but it is overall tastefully furnished.

Great location! Check in chaotic if you're on a small group tour. Check all amenities including coffee right away, front desk can't help once housekeeping leaves for the day, and you can't call from the room at any rate. Rooms are very small, even for me as a solo traveler. Book sea facing room when you book or no guarantee. The hotel is not very accommodating no matter how kind you are in asking.

TL;DR: What this hotel lacks in refinement, it makes up for with charm and exceptional service. I had an exceptional stay at NOI Indigo thanks to the incredible staff. Special thanks to Bastian at the reception, who went above and beyond every single day, but every member of staff I interacted with displayed outstanding service during my stay: 1. Gustabo helped me order in Spanish and coordinated payment to the restaurant. 2. The day my transport to Glacier Grey arrived before I could finish breakfast, Oscar quickly prepared my coffee in a to-go cup. 3. Every excursion and transport I used was reserved entirely by Ignacio and Gustabo. There are a lot of moving parts for these trips, but they made it so all I had to do was show up — often personally retrieving me from wherever I was in the hotel when the transport arrived. 4. When I returned from Torres del Paine visibly in pain and exhausted, Bastian insisted on helping me to my room. This was a solo trip for me, but the staff here felt less like employees and more like family, genuinely invested in making sure I had the best visit possible.

We had a beautiful view from room 301. The facility is aging poorly. Housekeeping is poor. Mold in the shower, rusty shower head, peeling finish on wood surfaces. Front desk very helpful as were overworked waitresses at buffet breakfast.

Very poor service, better say no service at all. We stayed 2 days and they don’t clean rooms even tho label to clean was on for a whole day. Hotel stuff unhelpful and in times don’t even know what they are doing. They don’t read/respond to any correspondence/emails and can’t do simplest tasks in timely manner (can’t even check in /check out properly). The only sheet with a list of available services was written purely in Chinese and no stuff explained anything so i had to do the translation myself. Breakfast is one of the worst I’ve seen - ok I understand they have very limited options but even the options that they offer are in shortage (empty containers/baskets) and they don’t refill fast enough so seems like no food is available at all (+quality of food is awful) and this is the case as soon as breakfast opens at 6:30am. Not recommended.

This is a wonderful hotel in Puerto Natales with a great location , excellent food, so clean and a very cool hotel as well. The spa is great and if you want to schedule a massage, the one I had was perfect after such a long trip to get there.
