10 years ago, this was for me the best hotel in Santiago. I visited after 10 years and I felt disappointed. It has lost its previous high standards. Location is excellent. All aspects of hotel now were just average. Hotel feels soulless and tired. The staff are friendly but not top notch like they used to be. Breakfast was terrible. What a shame. This place used to be amazing.

Great location in upmarket Vitacura, this is a hotel with great rooms, very nice breakfast and generally good service. Lots of restaurants nearby which can be a bit noisy but lots of variety. Easy freeway access to airport, but a decent distance to main/old town centre.

Great opportunity for couples who need a break and time out in their busy lives. NOI really surprised us with a nice and calm atmosphere in every corner of the building. The room was perfect to have a good sleep because it had large spaces and it was very quite.

Nice and well kept but the amenities are not in line with the price! The hotel is far from the city center but in Avery pretty area with plenty of restaurants and bars.

Large well appointed rooms with a great decor.|Bed was a little soft but comfy with very clean linen.|Big bathroom with tub and walk in shower.|Good restaurant on roof level.|Plenty of other restos within easy walking distance. Small Indian just nearby was really good.|The friendly helpful staff were the hotels greatest asset

They accommodated every request. The rooms were well maintained. As little awkward to get to. Some rooms noisy because of loud music

Very pleasant looking hotel and spacious rooms. Hotel staff is nice and speaks English. The longer I stayed however the more evident the weaknesses. I arrived on a Saturday night however could not get laundry service until Monday morning and yet still took longer than promised to get my clean clothes until late night Tuesday after asking for the status. On three separate occasions I returned to the hotel from a long day of business meetings to my key cards not working. Walked all the way back down from the sixth floor to the front desk to get new cards made despite asking for two additional keys the second time, and all I wanted to do was shower and relax. The employees quickly reissued cards but gave no explanation on the issue. Will highly consider booking the hotel on the next trip, before first looking at other options in the area as the neighborhood is very safe.

Booked a suite so had a nice sized balcony with hot tub. Worth the money, I believe, good view over the city as the sun sets. | Staff friendly and professional. We were allowed an early check in without charge as the room was already propared.|In general the hotel is extremely well run and kept very clean though it could do with some updating as it is rather faded in parts. I expected a bigger bed but it was clean and confortable, changed daily. There were 2 small bottles of water provided in the room but I expected water coolers on each floor, at least. Breakfast was the best in 5 weeks of travelling Chile. There was a coffee machine in the room with capsules and we used this daily, only to discover on check out that these were chargeable (mini-bar!?). We argued that there was no indication of this in the room and the hotel recinded the charge.|Only real complaint - the massive sliding door to the balcony was almost immovable and I weigh over 100Kg!

Yelp
I my opinion, this is the best hotel in Santiago. I have also stayed at the Ritz and, although customer service is not as "keen," I found the space, design, and amenities at NOI more comfortable.

Yelp
I asked hotel to arrange Covid antigen testing with appropriate doc's to get us back to the US. They said they good and made arrangement, charge was $130. We were tested, they gave us print outs with our negative results. Arrived at airport, tests were invalid and not accepted. After much chaos we arranged a drive by test at airport to board plane. Almost missed our flight. Contacted the hotel upon my return, candidly I thought I should get a full refund, give what transpired, at the very least the $130 refunded. They refused, saying they were not responsible. So unprofessional. this is not a 5 star hotel, maybe a 3. Rooms are very tired, bathroom sink in bedroom, no hot water in shower, shower seal broken so water everywhere.

Yelp
We ended up at the Noi because unfortunately, we were robbed at our first hotel and decided to re-locate. It was a great decision. We felt much safer as the neighborhood this hotel is located in is upscale and surrounded by beautiful homes, nice restaurants, and walking distance to a nice outdoor mall. We had an issue with our room the first night and were promptly relocated to another room. Unfortunately, the A/C in the new room wasn't working properly so at 2am we were sent to a different room. Not ideal, but the hotel staff were quick to respond and make it right, which is what matters. The rooftop bar/restaurant is impressive, such great views of the city and a must-see at sunset. We were spending time at the pool one afternoon when we were asked to leave because they were setting up for an event, but as consolation, we were walked down to the spa to spend time in their indoor relaxing pool. Another not ideal situation that they went above and beyond to make right. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Santiago.

Yelp
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The spa/gym/indoor pool area was great and very relaxing. The rooftop restaurant was delicious and had an absolutely amazing view. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers, it is far away from the bar and nightlife scene of Santiago.

Yelp
The hotel is beautiful - the staff friendly and eager to please but overall the service is slow, this must be a Chilean thing...lol. The breakfast (included) is basic and fresh, didn't get a chance to use the spa as it was fully booked, it did look inviting though..the high point of the hotel is definitely the terrace bar - good drinks and the view is spectacular. Would like to return there during the winters to see the mountains covered with snow !

Yelp
Upscale hotel in a beautiful neighborhood about 15 minutes from the center of Santiago (if there is no traffic). Immaculate, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Chilean breakfast featuring eggs, local cheeses, meats, breads, and fresh fruit is included. The rooftop terrace is a great place to rendezvous, with its breathtaking views of Santiago and the surrounding mountains, not to mention the pool and bar. Peruvian pisco sours were fantastic!

Yelp
The staff at NOI offer impeccable service-- from the complimentary breakfast selection (mimosas, yay!) to excellent recommendations for exploring Chile's natural mountainous terrain and vineyards. The first day, I skipped the spa entirely and decided to see beautiful Santiago on a zippy hipster scooter rented from the hotel (the bike is a conversation starter and lots of locals will ask you about it). That was a lot of fun but it was concierge Marciel Carraminera's recommendations that turned my ordinary tourist trip to one of the most memorable trips I've had around the world. Mrs. Carraminera was able to tailor my interests into a five star adventure up the Maipo mountains to a beautiful boutique hotel nestled in the snow where I had Chilean wine and lunch then adventured to discreet spots along the mountain and saw wildlife, waterfalls, beautiful blankets of snow, dinosaur imprints and finally settled into the hots springs. This trip was definitely a luxurious National Georgraphic trip and I would have never have known about except for NOI's recommendation. I loved it so much I brought my husband back two days later. Looking forward to another winter excursion in Chile!
