NOI Vitacura

We stayed here for 1 night following our travels around Chile, so we were ready for a rest! This was perfect for us. Excellent welcome at reception. Friendly and informative.||Good wifi coverage .||Room was spacious, light and airy and had plenty of storage. Shower was good, a good jet and easy to get the temperature.||Bed was comfortable with comfy pillows and high quality linen. The coffee shop was great, where we tried a cappuccino and cake. Delicious. The pool deck was good, sufficient sunbeds , towels available adjoining the rooftop restaurant. I didn't go into the pool as I was advised it was a bit cold and i was enjoying the heat! However it was nice to have the option!||Breakfast was excellent with choice of fruit juice, good coffee, good selection of fruit seeds cereals nuts yoghurt. I was offered a choice of eggs as I sat down and chose an omlette with ham and cheese. Everything was delicious and it was great that we could spend some time over a second coffee and pastry. ||

Booked a suite so had a nice sized balcony with hot tub. Worth the money, I believe, good view over the city as the sun sets. | Staff friendly and professional. We were allowed an early check in without charge as the room was already propared.|In general the hotel is extremely well run and kept very clean though it could do with some updating as it is rather faded in parts. I expected a bigger bed but it was clean and confortable, changed daily. There were 2 small bottles of water provided in the room but I expected water coolers on each floor, at least. Breakfast was the best in 5 weeks of travelling Chile. There was a coffee machine in the room with capsules and we used this daily, only to discover on check out that these were chargeable (mini-bar!?). We argued that there was no indication of this in the room and the hotel recinded the charge.|Only real complaint - the massive sliding door to the balcony was almost immovable and I weigh over 100Kg!

Stayed here for the second time in Jan 2024. Quiet and good hotel. They have a standard breakfast everyday and I liked my breakfast rouitne. However, after a week of stay, Noi stopped providing water to the room. I had to call and ask for water. I don't know why suddenly this was done. And since I didn't speak Spanish nor anyone at hotel tried to explain in English, the vanishing act of the water bottle and glasses, I was left with long waiting time for water to come. The staff seem to do what they have to. Very few I found to genuinely smile and go beyond their routine. Somehow you miss the flair here. When I stayed here in Dec 2023, an elderly gentlemen wouldn't budge unless I tipped him for the room service. I was surely tipping but it didn't have to be that he had to keep repeating and gesturing to sign off on the tip. This is a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. So one could make use of the restaurants nearby.

Loud music we could hear until 3 am in our room. King bed is terrible and you can feel the crack in middle where 2 twins are oullled together. Bad coffee. Very nice reception and house keepers. Great looking hotel from outside but old, needs updated inside, loud, smelly room. Breakfast buffet good. Very expensive hotel for an 80s dated room . $$$$. No chargers or usb outlets in room fyi

The hotel looked like a ghost hotel. No one. No staff except for 1 person at the front desk. Super strange. The rooms are big but oooold. Broken things. Dirt on the shelves. Stains on the walls and bathroom needing work. The hot water took years to come in. |Order new towels and never got them. Had to go out of the room and look for the cleaning person to get it. Breakfast ok. Rooftop with pool but it closes at 6pm (even for guests). Super odd that anyone can enter the hotel, access the elevators and go wherever they want. Felt unsafe.|Would never go back.

Good location. Great rooftop bar. Gym is adequate and serves its purpose. I wish the breakfast was more ample but it was also fine for the price. ||||The spa is nice. Good massage and sauna. ||||Best part is the rooftop. Beautiful views.

We had a very nice experience in this hotel. This is more like a boutique hotel in a luxury spot in town. The food was amazing and we enjoyed our hours eating and drinking in the roof top restaurant. The pool facilities are a nice plus even though it is smaller in size the basement. The staff are nice and curteous and speak English. They were helpful in general for our needs. If you have a car, the parking is a little too but otherwise convenient.

If you want to spend a time of leisure and comfort with your partner Noi is a must. Placed in a neighborhood full of the best restaurants on f the city you may walk to one of them and then walk back to your room. Every aspect is carefully thought… breakfast is unique with the warmth and close attention of Felipe, Diana, Keyla, Issys and Natalia… they are the Fronterizo Desayuno team!… a superb team of professionals woolen fully dedicated to make your stay as much as comfortable as possible
