I received care from NOLA Pelvic Health during both of my pregnancies, and I highly recommend this practice. Sara and Claire were both incredibly knowledgable and supportive. They addressed the issues I was having and helped me feel confident preparing for birth. I received care from Claire most recently and cannot recommend her enough! She has amazing knowledge of the body and I always felt great after our sessions.

Ashley was a dream to work with!! I went for a few visits while pregnant and a few after giving birth as well. She was amazing! So sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable at all times. It was worth every penny and I will definitely be back for my next pregnancy. Also thanks to Sydney at the front desk for always being so welcoming and kind!!

I am so grateful for the care I received at NOLA Pelvic Health. Pelvic floor physical therapy made a huge difference throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey. It helped relieve pregnancy pain and incontinence, gave me the tools and techniques to push effectively during delivery, and I truly believe it contributed to me not tearing. The guidance also supported my recovery afterward, helping me feel stronger and more confident. In my 2nd pregnancy I knew I needed to work with Claire again to keep myself feeling strong and to prep for childbirth. I am so grateful for her knowledge, expertise and care. I felt so supported throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. She helped me alleviate pelvic floor weakness and strengthen in advance of labor / delivery. Postpartum I did the hybrid program (in person appts and virtual PT) and I felt even stronger than I could have imagined.thank you!!

I was referred to Ashley for pelvic floor physical therapy, and could not be more grateful. I was pretty nervous going in, but both Ashley and Sydney (the front desk worker) were so incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating.
