In my 2nd pregnancy I knew I needed to work with Claire again to keep myself feeling strong and to prep for childbirth. I am so grateful for her knowledge, expertise and care. I felt so supported throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. She helped me alleviate pelvic floor weakness and strengthen in advance of labor / delivery. Postpartum I did the hybrid program (in person appts and virtual PT) and I felt even stronger than I could have imagined.thank you!!

I can't recommend Ashley and the NOLA Pelvic team enough. Ashley was so helpful in working with me on a personalized plan to prepare for childbirth, improve pelvic pain during pregnancy, and address pelvic floor weakness postpartum. The whole team was so kind and welcoming as soon as I stepped through the door! I will absolutely return for future pregnancies and pelvic floor support.

I had a great experience with Ashley at NOLA Pelvic Health. She made me feel heard and comfortable from the start. I came in for pelvic floor pain, and she took the time to really explain what was going on and walked me through a personalized treatment plan. The progress I’ve made has been incredible. Highly recommend if you’re looking for compassionate, knowledgeable care.

At a loss for words… Between the kindest receptionist-Sydney to my Pelvic floor specialist Claire to the place itself… I’m extremely impressed. Sydney was the sweetest and so understanding. She makes you feel comfortable while also catering to you. Claire was exceptional! It felt almost like a spa from how to handles me as a pt. I would recommend this place over and over again!

As a pelvic floor physical therapist myself, I knew exactly where I wanted to seek care when I suspected increasing pelvic floor tension in my body. Ashley helped me resolve that issue fast and helped with my hip and low back pain too. I appreciate the handful of comprehensive strengthening exercises that I find to be pain relieving. P.S. Sydney at the front desk, you're the best! Thanks Nola Pelvic!

I had an amazing experience at NOLA Pelvic Therapy! After giving birth, I was struggling with leakage, and it was really affecting my daily life. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and supported. Ashley was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking me through each step of the treatment plan with care and understanding. The personalized exercises and treatments have made such a difference. I’m already noticing significant improvement, and I feel so much more confident in my body again. I highly recommend NOLA Pelvic Therapy to anyone experiencing similar issues. They truly care about their patients' well-being and provide excellent, professional care!

I worked with Ashley while pregnant with my second child. I experienced a lot of pelvic pain in my first pregnancy, and Ashley gave me the strength building tools and guidance to prevent severe pain during my second pregnancy. She also helped me prepare for labor, helping me feel confident going in to a nerve-racking experience. Ashley is incredibly knowledgable, a great communicator, and lovely to work with. I highly recommend both her and this practice to any woman who wants to ease the physical burden of pregnancy and/or needs support building back strength after delivery.

Update to reflect post Partum exercise program: Claire at Nola pelvic health has continued to be a huge source of support during my pregnancy and post Partum journeys. Despite being a third time mom who has spent years in pelvic floor PT, I still found the post Partum exercise plan invaluable. Claire customized a plan specific to my goals and was always available for questions or concerns. It was nice not having to worry about which exercises to do and knowing everything was safe in my current stage of recovery. I highly recommend the plan for all moms- both seasoned and first timers! Initial Review: I can't say enough great things about Claire! The added cost for out of network care has been well worth it. I have seen several previous pelvic floor PTs and Claire has been the most efficient and knowledgeable in helping me work towards my therapy goals.
