Nolu's Restaurant - Al Bandar

A wonderful brunch experience at Nolu’s. Three of us came here for Sunday lunch. The restaurant is busy, but there are plenty of tables. Luckily, we got a window seat and the view was amazing! The food was great. We had the pumpkin toast, the steak on toast and a wrap. So generous with the amount. The rose latte was great too. The decor is modern, simple, bright and relaxing. The service is more than amazing. The waiter came to check whether we need anything a couple of times and double checked with us about price and extra charge before putting the request of an extra egg over. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area.

I always love the food and love the place. But this time it was really disappointing we went there late to have dinner they were closing after 45 min. We ordered salad and two main courses. The salad wasn’t fresh like you see in the photos but we ate it we were hungry especially the cucumber was really bad. Kabab and other main course was good and delicious but after I left got sick from the salad and the spices. They should not serve anything old no matter what. Above all decoration and atmosphere are so nice service is excellent and nice view on the water in Al Bandar plaza in Al Raha Beach. Prices are normal 84 AED for the main course 55 AED for the salad.

the food was ok and the ambiance was great. i had little incident that I hope was an honest mistake, i ordered mixed grill platter without looking it on the menu, they told me yes we can make it for you, (for me it was a main course of mixed grill) and i got a plate of mixed grill but i was shocked to know that this place is actually four main courses that they put in one small plate which almost cost 400 AED. It's crazy, at least explain this to me before you do this. I'm not going there again.

This an edit to a previous 5 star rating I made. It brings sadness to my heart that this amazing restaurant has become below average. It used to be absolutely amazing but not anymore. Food quality decreased significantly. Please bring back the Old Nolu's (I am certain the chef has changed along with the staff). After being a loyal customer, it pains me to say goodbye to this restaurant. There is no more harmony in the ingredients. The packaging has become the worst.

This place located at Bandar in Al Raha area is having sit out and well maintained sit in area. I loved the Afghani dishes it serves. Got quite a few vegetarian ones too. Interiors are done with taste. Dogs are also allowed in the sit out area.

One of my favorite restaurants #InAbuDhabi 🍽 Whenever I dine @nolusrestaurants I can tell that the food is made from fresh and healthy ingredients. At first I got surprised that the Afghani food would suit my Southeast Asian tastebuds. No turning back since then. My personal favorites are the Angus Beef Kebob and Mantu dumplings. Super love it. Try them now! Lastly, I love the interiors and the ambiance of this branch too. All of the staff were kind and hospitable especially Ivy. Thanks, Team! This is the place to try some authentic Afghanistan food. This place is very nice and decent. Overall a amazing experience and not to forget the view of the canal. The service was okay. Dishes i eat was great and tasty. Dumlings was yummy and had Wonderful dessert.
