Decided to go here because the menu looked great - I was on the hunt for eggs and hollandaise. I got a smoothie and almond croissant as well. The food was beautiful and so satisfying. Every component felt like it had a special touch. Small cafe, but with different types of seating. Lovely decor. Friendly staff. A quick google search that ended up being a perfect way to start the day. :)

Walked in for breakfast and had an amazing experience. Very friendly staff and plenty of options. I had the fruit scones which was absolutely amazing. Partner had one of the breakfast rolls, also very tasty.

Delicious poached eggs with bacon and avocado! The soft music and cozy atmosphere made my layover super relaxing. Highly recommend. 10/10!

To be fair, my friend ordered a haggis and egg roll and it arrived promptly and apparently it was delicious. However I ordered a vegan breakfast and waited around 15 minutes before I went to the till to ask for an update. The staff member said they would go to the kitchen to find out. I waited another 15 minutes (my friend had finished their lunch at this point), and then went to the till again to ask and the staff member said 'there was an issue with the chef'. At this point I asked for my money back, which they did give me and I ordered a wrap, assuming this would be faster as they are premade. This still took another 15 minutes and it honestly seemed like they forgot about it until I looked over. The whole experience was really frustrating, I only had an hour for lunch so I ended up having to rush. The whole thing could've been better if staff had communicated to me what was going on, instead of me having to ask multiple times. Might be best to stick with the breakfast rolls if ordering from here!

A great place for coffee and a bite at Haymarket. The selection of lunch dishes is awesome and there's plenty of choice for veggie folk too ...Oh and the coffee is delicious. Be prepared to wait if the place is busy - it usually is. Only downside is that the tables and chairs are somewhat crammed in so it's never anything less than bustling and sometimes feels a bit cramped. But, when the food and coffee are this good then people will come.

I visited this spot for breakfast and overall had a pleasant experience. The Vegan Breakfast was decent – nothing extraordinary, but it did the job with a good portion that left me feeling satisfied. The real highlight for me was the Hummus Pakora Wrap – absolutely fantastic! The flavors were well-balanced, and the taste was spot-on. Definitely a must-try. The Hot Chocolate was next level – rich, creamy, and downright mind-blowing. One of the best I’ve had in a while. However, the Americano with oat milk didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It lacked the depth and smoothness I was hoping for. That said, this place offers a cozy vibe and solid options – a good breakfast destination overall, especially if you’re into vegan or fusion choices.

I ordered a cinnamon roll and it was microwaved for some reason. Microwaved pastries go soggy so that was a strange choice and I should have been asked if I wanted it warm. Cappuccino was very bitter. The place fills up and it obviously benefits from its proximity to Haymarket but I would give a miss if you're looking for a nice coffee and pastry.
