We come here often, both for coffee to go and beans to take home, and I’ve always appreciated the staff’s knowledge and friendliness. Today, however, when dining in with my child, I noticed some issues: I was skipped twice in line without staff noticing, and later our bread took a long time to arrive until we asked. The staff were polite as always, but as loyal customers who value your great coffee, I hope the service side can also improve with better training and attention to details. A café with excellent coffee deserves equally excellent service.
