Okay so no kettle in the room, other than that this hotel is quite comfortable. The woman at the reception desk who speaks English took care of all my tourist needs. I highly recommend this place. I see no negative.

I am happy to stay at Hotel Nomad (third visit). Staff are very polite and efficient. When traveling, I want a clean room, good bed and HOT shower. My room had all three. Fifth floor, park side, no problem with street noise. Breakfast is good, even to order fried eggs. I would have prefered fresh coffee instead of instant.

Friendly and smooth check in. Good location for Semey. I like the name of the hotel. Bed is fine. Compact size rooms. I wish that they provided a free bottle of water and a kettle to make tea. No microwave or safe either.

Small rooms and you are lucky if you got a good view from the window. Usually it is against the wall or backyard. Also felt cold at night. Breakfast was okay. The gym is a joke, inventory there is from Soviet times I believe.

This hotelcould be nice place where to stay, but staff, and much probably more the management comes surely from sovietic times.....|We took a suite|Living room very small, with little light. Air conditioning not working there, so very hot.|The sleeping room itself was ok, with air conditioning working correctly and good bed.|The bathroom is ok.|No bottle of water in rooms!!!! In a suite!!!?? |We cannot consider breakfast as a breakfast, as this is absolutely bad. Almost no choice, and the waiters are leaving their walkie talkies very loud (very unpleasant when you want quite moment)||But the best unexpected moment has been at time of check out, when they have been insisting to get 2000 kaeakh tenges because we lost one plastic card (room key) |Travelling all over the world this is first time it happened to me!!!! ||So, managers of that hotel pretends to be at the higher level! |Prices are extremely high for what is offered. They should come back on 21st century and align their standards!! ||Go somewhere else if you have choice||

I stayed 5 days in this hotel. It was my first time in Semey but I was told that it is the best hotel in town. Its centrally located, rooms are spacious. i got room with two beds. breakfast was OK with tasty pastries. room has no tea or coffee complimentary but when asked they gave me an electrical kettle.|Negative sides: every morning despite all my protests cleanong ladies entered my room without any warnings. They clean room but bad part is that they try to sort out your personsl belongings which was umpleasant! another negative thing was that brd was unbearably hard! i had to put two coverd under the sheets snd it was still very hard!

Stayed a night at the Hotel Nomad in Semey earlier this month and we were glad it was only one night. Staff was great but that’s about where it ended, smoking is allowed everywhere, street noise was excessive and the noise from the bar downstairs kept us up late. Rooms are about as clean as they will get I suppose but not up to regular hotel standards. Breakfast was okay but I wouldn’t stay here again, it may be quieter and cleaner sleeping in the street.

In general the hotel is OK, with rather fast WiFi. The lift in the 2nd building seems to be completely failing.||||The biggest negative feature is the breakfast that simply is bad. Particularly the sausage in plastic wrapping is pathetic
