Spacious, modern and sleekly decorated rooms that are very affordable. It’s like a regular building and feels safe. The location is excellent with many bakeries, restaurants and shops around and city centre a short walk away. The cleaning ladies didn’t speak much English, but were so friendly and eager to help in any way they can. Weirdly though, when they cleaned the room they didn’t make the bed or replace the towels. The only downside, is that it’s on the first floor with no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or have issue with mobility, you’ll have a hard time.

Very nice hotel, perfect for a short business trip. The rooms are chic, it's warm, the interior is modern and comfortable, in a top location. The service is kind, quick and unobtrusive. Parking is a nightmare.

Very beautiful and spacious room with good facility and in a busy part of the city. In 350m there is a private parking costing around 0.7 USD/hour. They offer tea/coffee in the room, bathrobe and slippers. In 3 minutes walk one can reach the Nikola Tesla Museum. There are also many shops around and arm's available.

On the main street, cozy rooms, kind and friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, good for short and long stays. Sure not 5 stars hotel services but more than enough for normal tourist like we are. Cost / benefit ratio is quite good. Supermarket, fast-food and bakeries nearby. Only concern is traffic noise at front rooms.

Stayed for 5 days at Nomaf Suits.|My suite was very large, modern in style, with comfortable furniture and bed, stylish bath, large flat TV, desk for office work, water boiler and instant coffee and tea.||You can see that the suits result from renovated former flats 5 store building on Belgrades main street with low industry stile ceilings.||The front desk lady is not there 24/7 so make sure you tell the approximate time of arrivel when booking. ||Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant (from 8am). You get a voucher for €5, for each day. In the restaurant xou can choose from their breakfast menu. €5 isenough for a fresh orange juice or coffee and an omelette, or a sandwich, or a large toast, or a big bowl of oates with fruits and nuts.||I had a suite facing the street - it was quite loud even with all windows closed. Nevertheless I had a goodnight sleep every time. If you are sensible to noise bring ear-plugs. On the street there is always car and tram traffic. There a shops for all daily needs close by. Clerk can recommend nearby restaurants.||It takes about a 20-30min walk to get from the hotel to the city centre and the famous fortress of Belgrade.||I paid apprx. 220€ for 5 night - a nice price.||You will get an electronic key catd for your room and an building access code for the entrance. ||Suits are in the first floor with no elevator. ||I would recommend.

Clean, luxurious suites at the heart of the city. Affordable and customer-friendly. You can't go wrong with your stay here! My friends and I stayed here for 8 nights and we'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit! To top it all, the best part was the receptionist - Jovana who put up with all our requests, no matter how small it was with a smiling face and an amazing attitude! She was the final star of this great place! THANK YOU JOVANA! Last but not the least, the house-keeping staff were also great and always had a smiling face and kept our rooms clean and tidy! Amazing place + Amazing staff = Amazing Stay!

Large rooms with good facilities and friendly staff. What let it down was lots of black mould in the bathroom due to poor ventilation. This gave it an unclean feel even thought there was nice indication the room was unclean.
