AMAZING! This was such a great tasting menu, served by great staff in a casual but refined ambiance. As good as some fancy 3-star Michelin stars restaurants I have been to... without the insane price tag.

Very good, we loved it! Small crew of three persons :) but a well oiled team. Very intimate and cool that they allow you to walk through the kitchen :) This was our anniversary dinner and made a great day awesome!

A unique dinning experience. I would almost call this a food emersion experience. You sit in the kitchen and watch the staff plate and present unique dishes. Each bite was a surprise. Be prepared to leave very full.

Ash Bar only... great cocktails and bar menu with enough for a full meal. Photo is of the albacore poke bowl and the sandwich sampler (filet o fish, Taylor pork, shrimp salad). Tonight they had a breakfast for dinner menu as well and the biscuits with bacon butter was 👌

An excellent little hide away that is tiny but not cramped. The drinks menu here is phenomenal, both in quality of product but also presentation. Every drink is an experience and totally worth the high price point (it won't take too many to get you feeling it either)! The head bartender here is leaving for another spot so the menu will likely change but I expect the quality and uniqueness to continue on.

What an incredible experience Nomad provides. We had a very intimate Chef's Table seating - only four people total seated in the kitchen. To start, the staff is awesome. Very approachable and happy to spend time with you and answer questions, or leave you alone if that's what you want. Every single one of the twenty courses were special and interesting. Not all 20 were delicious, to me, but that's what makes it fun. You have to go in willing to try new things. Very special for a special occasion. I recommend the Chef's Table so you can watch it all be prepared in front of you. Beautiful space. Very intimate.

The setting and staff was friendly, cozy, high style and so much fun to watch the plating. The food was at once delicious, exciting, unique, beautiful art and meticulously executed. The wine pairing was amazing and really complemented each dish (boy could you guys give some other restaurants in town some lessons on this). The post-meal cocktails were equally creative and well-executed. I would give more stars if I could.
