Nomahegan Park

It is a nice park with trails to walk and playground for kids. The water reflects trees is very peaceful. Deers are special here with the tails and ears.

Reasonably clean, has plenty of benches and tables for picnics. There is a baseball field and public restrooms near the parking lot. Could use more parking space, though. The playground is quite impressive. There is also a lake (pond?) that people fish in. 5k races are held here occasionally.

This park is hands-down one of my favorite places to unwind. The trail is beautiful— surrounded by trees that make you feel like you’re miles away from everything. It’s peaceful, quiet, and just the right kind of escape when you need a break from the noise. One of the coolest things? You’ll often spot deer along the trail. It's a dream for photographers or anyone who loves wildlife. The natural light filters through the trees in a way that makes everything feel almost magical. It’s also super pet-friendly, which is a huge plus. I've seen lots of happy dogs out for walks, and everyone’s respectful about keeping the space clean and calm. Whether you're into photography, wildlife, or just want a serene place to walk, this park is a gem. Bring your camera, bring your dog, or just bring yourself—you won’t regret it.

Great park for a stroll. The clouds reflect beautifully on the water. There are walking trails and exercise stops along the way. There are barcodes on the trees to learn about them. Only saw fishes and ducks today, no turtles. No fishing allowed. Saw a lone Cherry Blossom tree in bloom. Parking lot and restrooms on site.

Very clean with nice parking spots and an amazing playground

Get there early because this park gets crowded way too fast between the bike riders, dog walkers, joggers and people just on an afternoon stroll, there's just not enough run for everyone to share the same path so much so at some point you will walking on a neighborhood street. However, overall a good solid local park for all and I mean all to enjoy. If you love the outdoors just as much as me give this park a try if not for anything, just a change in scenery.

Very well taken care of - good family place for kids, picnics, and exercise. Two playgrounds, walking paths around the lake, wildlife (ducks, fish, hawks) - and links up to Lenape park... all technically the same park. Recommend. Clean public bathrooms and folks there are friendly.

Beautiful and huge park. Nice area for a picnic, fishing, or just to walk around and admire the view of the lake. It’s great for special occasions photography too. Different trails and exploring areas. Overall it was a great park.
