Really enjoyed learning from the chocolate masters about the history and making of modern day chocolate. Before this class, my understanding of chocolate was rudimentary at best. Now I know how to distinguish chocolate made with real chocolate instead of byproducts. It was also super interesting to make our own chocolate bar, with ingredients including pineapple, raspberries, almond, chilis. The class ends with tasting their chocolate truffles, which is the best part of the experience. Their passionfruit truffle is the best I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!
