Yesterday I came into the store with the intention of buying a bracelet. Immediately I was met with a staff member who clearly had no interest in helping me. When I enquired about the bracelet she told me to look through a booklet and let her know which charms I wanted, instead of showing me the physical charms available in the store. The employee was so disinterested that I felt like I was inconveniencing her as a customer. I finally ended up buying a bracelet, but only because I knew exactly what charms I wanted as I had browsed the website prior to my in store visit. It also seemed like her and another employee were making jokes about me behind my back as they kept laughing and whispering to each other, which made me very uncomfortable. Because of this I just wanted the experience to be over, and I quickly bought my bracelet and left. Very disappointed by this Nomination Italy store in Venice.
