Nongsim Hotel

I had to move my stay up by one day, and they would not let me. Make sure you are positive on your plans, or you'll loose the entire cost of your stay. They wouldn't even hold my room that I paid for until I got there the next day. All of the other hotels and airlines in South Korea let me move my reservations forward except this hotel.

Right on the best onsen style spa I've seen. Rooms are very tidy and clean. Location is great, many restaurants nearby. Staff super polite and spoke good English.

ZERO STAR The hotel is ok, but the staff is too stuck to the rules... They didn't even give us a minute early check in... And we know for sure that the rooms were available... Zero client service oriented... Zero friendly welcome The expired frozen pizza I have in my freezer is more welcoming than the hotel crew...very disappointing

We always stay at Nongshim hotel when visiting Busan as all the rooms have hot spring water so you can bathe and relax in the comfort of your room.Unless you are keen on hot spring water bathing this hotel isn't an obvious 5 stars. It shows its age and the service level is also not 5 star hotel standard.

Dirty room, dark room, half of light doesn't work, breakfast not very nice (even rice is not good), not nice staff, very far from lively neighbour. They show nice pictures of swimming pool but you can't swim. In synthesis, looks good but no point to come.

We moved here from another hotel in Busan for 1 night and it felt so dated in comparison. The windows are small, the room was very clean and well-maintained but needed updating. This hotel was such a beautiful stay. The experience from the luxurious lobby, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and healing spa; was 10 out of 10. I stayed in a twin double room, which was very spacious for two people. The view from the hotel window wasn't amazing, but the spa and amenities made up for it. I loved how there was a bathtub that I could soak in after a long day inside the room. The room came with tea, water, coffee, bathrobes, and slippers. The spa in this hotel is one of the most famous spas in Busan, so it's a must to check out if you stay in this hotel. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and pochas, so if you're looking for nightlife or food, there are many options.
