Nongsim Hotel

This hotel is operated by the company that operates Heosimcheong Hot Springs in Busan. Nongshim Ramen is famous in Korea, the same company that created Shin Ramyun. Nongshim Hotel has been around for a long time. The parking lot, outdoor beer pub, and lodging here are special features every time I visit the hot springs. It's close to the subway and perfectly located for enjoying the hot springs. It's also within walking distance of Geumgang Botanical Garden and Sanseongdo Island. All the attractions, food, and entertainment of the hot springs are nearby.

I had to move my stay up by one day, and they would not let me. Make sure you are positive on your plans, or you'll loose the entire cost of your stay. They wouldn't even hold my room that I paid for until I got there the next day. All of the other hotels and airlines in South Korea let me move my reservations forward except this hotel.

Right on the best onsen style spa I've seen. Rooms are very tidy and clean. Location is great, many restaurants nearby. Staff super polite and spoke good English.

ZERO STAR The hotel is ok, but the staff is too stuck to the rules... They didn't even give us a minute early check in... And we know for sure that the rooms were available... Zero client service oriented... Zero friendly welcome The expired frozen pizza I have in my freezer is more welcoming than the hotel crew...very disappointing

We always stay at Nongshim hotel when visiting Busan as all the rooms have hot spring water so you can bathe and relax in the comfort of your room.Unless you are keen on hot spring water bathing this hotel isn't an obvious 5 stars. It shows its age and the service level is also not 5 star hotel standard.

We moved here from another hotel in Busan for 1 night and it felt so dated in comparison. The windows are small, the room was very clean and well-maintained but needed updating. However it was spacious and the free tickets the spa were great (see spa review for details).||Great:|- Excellent bed and pillows.|- Adored the toiletries - felt very luxe and smelled amazing.|- Spa access.||Good:|- Room was spacious and good value for money.|- Location close to mountain: great walking and running trails.

Hotel Nongshim was a pleasant surprise for me. From its sheer size to its facilities, I don't have much to critique on. The front desk was really helpful and kind. I took an elevator up to my room and was pleased by the size of the room and the fully stocked fridge. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was big with many channels. The bathroom was also spacious and I really enjoyed taking a bath in the comfy tub. All expected amenities were available and the hotel was also close to restaurants and bars, if you're looking for a drink. I wasn't able to visit the spa - which I regret as I'd heard great things about it.
