Nongsim Hotel

Right on the best onsen style spa I've seen. Rooms are very tidy and clean. Location is great, many restaurants nearby. Staff super polite and spoke good English.

ZERO STAR The hotel is ok, but the staff is too stuck to the rules... They didn't even give us a minute early check in... And we know for sure that the rooms were available... Zero client service oriented... Zero friendly welcome The expired frozen pizza I have in my freezer is more welcoming than the hotel crew...very disappointing

We always stay at Nongshim hotel when visiting Busan as all the rooms have hot spring water so you can bathe and relax in the comfort of your room.Unless you are keen on hot spring water bathing this hotel isn't an obvious 5 stars. It shows its age and the service level is also not 5 star hotel standard.

ETA 2024: Used to be a great hotel but now seems to decide level of service based on who’s staying. Room was constantly 26C or more despite begging that they turn on the AC but they could only say it’s cold outside so no AC. Had trouble sleeping it was so hot most nights. Funny thing is when the hotel was overrun with bus loads of old folks those days the AC worked? Also, restaurant is buffet only now and at $70-$90 it’s just not worth it by a mile. 20y of staying here but I will be looking around for alternative accommodation on my next trip. Great hotel. Recently renovated but consistently good for over 12y now in my experience.

Dirty room, dark room, half of light doesn't work, breakfast not very nice (even rice is not good), not nice staff, very far from lively neighbour. They show nice pictures of swimming pool but you can't swim. In synthesis, looks good but no point to come.

We moved here from another hotel in Busan for 1 night and it felt so dated in comparison. The windows are small, the room was very clean and well-maintained but needed updating. However it was spacious and the free tickets the spa were great (see spa review for details).||Great:|- Excellent bed and pillows.|- Adored the toiletries - felt very luxe and smelled amazing.|- Spa access.||Good:|- Room was spacious and good value for money.|- Location close to mountain: great walking and running trails.

We stayed here for a night while visiting Busan. We were on a bit of a time crunch so we did not get to enjoy the saunas offered by the hotel unfortunately. However, the rooms were huge and the facilities were all really nice. The front desk was great as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and stay for two nights so you have time to use the spa facilities!

It was excellent, they gave me 2 free drinks and to enter the hot springs ticket for free. The hot springs is best. I always go twice a year to visit because of hot springs.
