We were pleasantly surprised with the hot pot here! Despite being in the casino, their beef hotpot was a great meal! We got the large size for $37 to share between 2 people and it was really filling - it came with a lot of beef slices and vegetables and other hot pot items! The spicy herb broth was nice and flavourful. Would recommend if you’re looking for a good value meal in the Gold Coast hotel/area.

Experience/Environment: I love this place lol. I take myself on solo dates here all the time. Backstory — in my family, we do hotpot at the house maybe twice a year — always a big production, tons of plates, tons to clean. It’s nice to have a place to go get the hot pot experience without the cleaning. Price & Food: Depending on what protein you want, you pay the fixed price. If you want more of something specific, you can pay a little extra for a side order. In my opinion, there should be more shrimp on the seafood plate. It only comes with 3, a bunch of fish pieces, and some calamari. My new favorite is the vegetable hot pot though. Full plate of a variety of vegetables appeals to all your tastebuds lol. They have good made drinks that’s pretty good too. Try if it’s available. Service: It’s never really busy when I go so there’s usually people hanging out available to help. Everyone is pretty nice and family oriented. The ladies often stop by to check in. They also speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin. NTT [[Next Time Try]]: They have a full regular menu there too. But I am super bias and think everyone should try hotpot if they haven’t already. Thank me later ;) Smile, eat, hydrate. Live honest and don’t settle. Hope to see you out there! xo

Google
Every single female working here was HORRIBLE! The WORST attitudes…slamming plates on the table, and just being rude and miserable. Food was mediocre. Definitely not good enough to make up for the nasty service we received. We will NEVER be back. Unreal.

Google
The noodle exchange has decent prices for being a restaurant inside a Vegas casino. The hot pot is a very good deal and quite delicious. The Pho offering is not very good and the veggie sides looked awful. The Gyoza and soft noodles were good. 3.5 Stars.

Google
Amazing experience! Located inside Gold Coast. This is the beef and lamb with Thai soup base.

Google
Wor wanton soup was very delicious. Salt and pepper wings weren't very salty or peppery. Wasn't bad, but wouldn't get agains. Phi was good

I actually came to the Gold Coast to gamble and I must say this casino is on my top 5 casinos in Vegas. I ended up gambling for quite a while and I requested comps for the Noodle Exchange and they gave me $50. The food was amazing, the service was amazing and I was so full afterwards. They do have the Hot Pot and I plan on taking my daughters next time because they have been asking to get a hot pot.

Google
Fairly authentic but below average tasting Chinese food. Wasn't impressed by any of the dishes. Hot pot was meh. Environment was very dated and smoke laden. Best aspect was the price, very cheap by Vegas standards. Service was decent, kept water flowing. 2.5/5.

Yelp
Okay the rib eye hot pot at this restaurant is hands down we've ever had!! Literally I've been looking in Southern California for a place that's as good, and I have yet to find one. The spices they use broth is incredible. The only thing is it doesn't come with as much meat, but it's still fully worth it!
google avatar

Wei Chieh C.

Yelp
This is my go to spot when I crave some authentic hotpot. It's not all you can eat but it's very reasonably priced and the meat quality is decent. I always get their spicy herb broth with ribeye and fish fillets add on. I love their broth as you can see in the picture, they use the actual herb for their soup base, very flavorful and rich. Their service is decent not the best but not much to complain about. And it is located inside of the Gold Coast casino so the ambiance is pretty much just like any other casino restaurant. I definitely recommend this place if you want some authentic Chinese hotpot though since there's literally non in Vegas with this price

Yelp
Ordered beef stew noodle soup. Really good but not what I expected. It was a clear broth rather than an actual stew but it tasted good and was loaded with meat. Prices here are very reasonable and a good selection of soups, noodles, bento boxes and Asian appetizers. Best of all, there's no crazy line like at Ping Pang Pong on the other side of the casino. Service was okay but it seems like they give preference to Chinese people. I didn't appreciate it when they walked away after dropping off my bill even though I had a question so they could help the Chinese party behind us. She clearly heard me because she came back after helping them first. I highly recommend the mango pudding for dessert. Make sure you pour the half and half on top of the pudding. Save room for this. You won't regret it. A solid choice for dinner or lunch if the line at the Chinese restaurant is too busy.

Yelp
Great broth. I only got the beef broth tonite because I'm a little under the weather, but it was really good. Super hearty and filling and literally perfect to sip in your hotel room. Will go back for sure!!

Yelp
The food I had was fat noodles with shrimp beef band chicken the chicken and beef was like shoe leather and the whole plate look like the scraped it from the trash I was Starving so I ate half and how do you order food and it's ready 2 minutes after we order? They are not very nice there ether they should not be in the Gold Coast casino they are very bad place to eat especially when I sat on the toilet all night!!!!

Yelp
This has become our favorite spot in Las Vegas. Noodle Exchange is at the Gold Coast Casino. We visited on a Sunday for lunch, initially planning to go to Ping Pang Pong for dim sum, but it had a long wait. We were starving so we opted for Noodle Exchange, and it was a great choice! The prices are reasonable, and the food is of good quality. We tried the seafood and beef hot pots, and they were fantastic. The hot pots include a choice of meat or seafood, tasty broth options (we got tomato and herb) , veggies (corn, cabbage, tomato) , and glass noodles. The service was quick, and the staff were attentive. I highly recommend Noodle Exchange if you're in the mood for authentic Chinese food.
google avatar

Yelp
The Noodle Exchange has the BEST Hot Pot in Las Vegas I've tried lots of others but nothing like the Noodle Exchange
google avatar

Yelp
A place to grab a quick bite without breaking the checkbook. Order the hot pot and extra sides and you can split the meal with your company. Food is good and service is attentive. It reminds me of a cafe.
google avatar

Yelp
You'll probably notice this casino as a whole attracts plenty of weirdos. I've visited here a few times but likely my last at this restaurant. For one, most of the wait staff when I was last here on a Sunday afternoon weren't attentive and communicated poorly. The beef stew soup had less beef than it should have, and came with mostly very thin noodles and chunks of fat. I notified them of this, and left still feeling hungry. Would probably not recommend, as well as the whole casino.

Yelp
This place is awesome. Delicious soup and Sautéed Vegetables. The Fried Rice is great and sumptuous. Staff are very nice and excellent service every time I go there. Place is perfect to have a quick lunch or dinner. It's beautiful place. I love it. Thank you so much for taking good care of me every time I visit you.
google avatar

Yelp
Sooooo good! I had the individual hot pot and it was delicious! I got the beef and it was good quality. I loved the fish balls and tofu too. The Thai style broth was yummy!! We also had the calamari appetizer which was delicious and a pork fried rice.
google avatar

MzChandra A.

Yelp
I went there for lunch, stood in line for 5 minutes without any acknowledgment, no one in front of me and the place WAS NOT packed. The restaurant seemed to cater to rhe Asian population, which is cool, but I wanted the food experience, which I did not get. I let the cashier know I had been waiting, and walked away. Cashier and hostess podium within steps of each other. Be prepared to be ignored.
google avatar

George E.

Yelp
I went here because I was hungry and craving for noodles. I am disappointed, I ordered Chowmein Combination however, when I got the order it was all noodles less shrimp ( 2 shrimps and a few beef and pork! Never again!
google avatar

Krispeken K.

Yelp
Best tasting hot pot and price for Las Vegas this is great hot pot compared to California is as good and the beef rib eye is really tender and fresh and big portions for $40 large can split 2 soup base. Also, most other side orders for hotpot only $10 or less. Will definitely go again inside Gold Coast casino. I was there in Saturday night 7pm no lines and no wait.
google avatar

Kelly N.

Yelp
Inside of Gold Coast Casino. This is my favorite restaurant to eat hotpot. The fragrance of the broth, the dipping sauce, the fruit tea. Yummy It's scaled down from the full menus they once have prior to COVID, but still offer enough items for you to choose from besides hotpot.

Yelp
I ordered boba milk tea from this place and there was a fly in it. i was drinking the boba when there was this crunchy peice so i spit it out quickly to find a fly. To think that i litteraly drank half of the milk tea with the fly in it makes me want to throw up. this place isn't clean whatsoever. since i found bugs inside my drink, that probably means they don't keep the other stuff clean. dont ever go here.

Yelp
Dang, quick and friendly service for a holiday. The wait time didn't exist. We were able to sit and enjoy each other's company without feeling rushed. Staff patiently explained the menu and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I normally would not had thought about a casino for dining but glad I went.
google avatar

Caitlyn S.

Yelp
the food is very good, the hot pot to the pho and especially the fried rice. this is the best fried rice i've tried ! the service is okay very straightforward, though the restaurant itself is kind of small so waiters have a hard time getting you the food to you physically. and with that it's in the casino so the smoke smell lingers and if that's something that bothers you you might have a problem. the food is so delicious i just wish there was an actual set restaurant dedicated just for them instead of being in a casino.

Yelp
I've eaten here in the past before with my son , but it has been a while . I decided to get some food to go this time . I ordered the Kung Pow Chicken Bento Plate and Lettuce Wraps . I was told it would take about 20 minutes and that's about right , maybe a little more . The only thing is they had a lot of to go orders which they place behind them at the register and some on the counter where it is prepared and some on the table beside them . The second time I went to check to see if mine was ready , she didn't check the table beside her and I pointed it out and yes mine was there . I got home and tried everything . It came with Egg Drop Soup which I am not a big fan of , but will eat it if it is okay , nope , not this one . The Spring Roll I took one bite out of and nope , cold and no good . The fried rice was okay and a big portion , the Kung Pow Chicken was pretty good and a good portion . I forgot to ask them to make it more spicy . The Lettuce Wraps you get 3 pieces of lettuce which I could have used maybe 2 more for all the meat they give you . Luckily I have lettuce in my refrigerator . The meat was tasty and the peanut sauce is very good . Not bad , but not really looking to go back to . I remember it being about the same when we dined in the last time . The service dining in before was timely , but not very friendly . The service this time for takeout was not friendly at all , almost ignoring me and snide .

Yelp
The food was not all that and the service has horrible. We're not Asian so after we ordered, we never saw a waitress after that. We had to go to the resguarde to pay and leave because we didn't even get our check to pay. Never again.

Yelp
This review is for the hot pot only- Just OK. For $17-20, you can choose lamb, beef, seafood platter that comes pre-arranged with the meat, cabbage, mushroom, tofu, tomato, corn, taro, and fishcake in most cases. I did the beef pot and found the broth to be a little bland. The veggies that came with it were plentiful (cabbage) but not varied (no deep green veggies like spinach/bokchoy/choysum). I like more tofu and mushroom so ordered it as an extra side at $10 upcharge (making my mini pot $30) Overall, it was OK. Not bad, but nothing I would crave. In Vegas where the sky is the limit, I rather go to a Taiwanese or Mongolian Hot Pot (little sheep etc).

Chas M.

Yelp
Combination pan fried noodles.....lop sow chinese for garbage..2 ounces of thin meat maybe 3 quarter size shrimp an a pitiful handful of fried noodles that might of been crispy if they weren't soaking in a greasy sesame sauce surrounded by 3 sprigs of inedible Chinese broccoli..great if you want to spend 19.00 for the absolute worst chinese food in Las Vegas...!!

Yelp
Located off the main strip area at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino (which is next to the Rio), you'll find this great little spot. The menu is quite large here and everything sounds very good. You'll find various openers, soups and noodle soups, wok tossed noodle dishes, rice dishes, bento box meals, and perhaps what they're well known here for...their hot-pots! Typically, I go with one of their wok fried noodle dishes such as the Combination Stir-Fried Noodles (shrimp, chicken, beef, bbq pork) or Mixed seafood one; rice dishes such as the combination fried rice (shrimp, chicken, beef and bbq pork) or choice fried rice; or one of their great hot pots (beef combo, lamb combo or seafood combo). Their hot pots include an assortment of ingredients to dunk in such as enoki mushrooms, tofu and fish balls. Flavors of everything I've had have been great and fresh. The portions are great here and easily can be shared. Everyone works hard here and although at times service is minimal, it's just enough. Prices: Openers $7-12 Entrees $11-20 Live seafood $ mkt price Dessert $5 Drinks $3-7

Yelp
I'm love with this noodle place! We have been here 3 times now and it just gets better each time. Love the hearty dishes , you have to try the seafood noodle soup

Yelp
When you don't want a buffet, TGIF or Ping Pang Pong, this is a good option. Food is excellent and service is good. Came in here recently and enjoyed a bento meal as well as Won Ton Soup. The server brought out my meal first and I had to ask about my soup but aside from that single hiccup everything else was delightful. Not far from the casino floor of bowling alley, Noodle Exchange is never a bad decision. Thanks for feeding me a great tasting meal but most importantly putting me back to the action within minutes. Be back soon...

Yelp
This place would be a 5 if service was even just average. They even charged us incorrectly. Water took forever to get. Now that we got that out of the way... Food was exceptional. Never had hot pot before. I recommend going with your Asian friends like I did. They did all the ordering. Nothing was that spicy & I do like spice (irrelevant to any of my review) Hot Pot, Beef & Mushrooms, steamed vegetables, tofu, fruit tea, chow fun with shrimp, & the list goes on. Thank you for the delicious food. We will be back!

Cendana N.

Yelp
asked about the menu at the front, host blatantly ignored us when we asked about the menu. unprofessional, completely rude.

Yelp
One of the only reasons I ever go to the Gold Coast casino is for Noodle Exchange. This place is great for hot pot and bento boxes! We had two types of hot pot (spicy and regular), a Mongolian beef bento box with fried rice and a combination stir fry noodle dish. Hot pot at Noodle Exchange is always good, no question. Next time I go, I'll be trying a different bento box especially with all the options they have.

Yelp
Came in during the late afternoon while it was empty. Right off the bat the service was not very welcoming or friendly. The food came out fast. I ordered the Dan Dan noodles. It had a creamy sesame sauce which was odd in my experience ordering this dish at other places. It wasn't bad but not my personal preference. It could have been a little spicier. I only tried the broth in the home style spicy braised beef shank noodle soup and it was really good! Lots of flavor and not too heavy. I'd order that for myself next time. The red wontons were ok, the sauce was a little overwhelming for me. Overall the food wasn't too bad. Definitely open to trying more things on the menu. I just wish the service was friendlier.
google avatar

Yelp
The most average of average restaurants. Some coworkers and I had a seminar at the Gold Coast and stopped here on our lunch break. It's a super small space with a very open concept. The employees didn't speak much English and were pretty rude to us while ordering. They also weren't very attentive with providing us drink refills and our entrees all came out at different times. The food was super average. I had the Tofu & Eggplant Bento Box which came with soup, rice, an egg roll, a cucumber side and the main entree. The flavor of all of it was just super bland and unflavored. The only good thing was the large portion size. I don't think I'd come back here ever again or recommend others do. You're better off going across the way to Ping Pang Pong.

Meg W.

Yelp
If you are looking for a hotpot for a reasonable price, this is a good go to hotpot resto. The broth is not the best but it is good and unlimited. The regular size is good for 2-3 people. We ordered combination fried rice, it us good but for me, it is not worth the price.

Yelp
I had a voucher from Boyd for use at many of their restaurants and I decided to try Noodle Exchange. I was seated immediately at the bar which is a good place for a singleton to sit because you can watch the chefs doing their thing. My iced tea was brought quickly. After looking over the menu, I decided not to get noodle soup but noodles without the broth and I ordered the Mandarin chili beef noodles which was amrked as spicy. There wasn't much wait and the dish was noodle bowl was handed to me. A good amount of beef and bell peppers on top of a good size mound of noodles. While there was some spice, I almost asked for some chili oil but I opted to stay with the lower heat level. A filling and flavorful dish, it was a good choice. I was brought the check and I was on my way. Service was very good and quite pleasant.

Yelp
Have a traditional Chinese hot pot craving? Look no further. This place has mini personal hot pots that will rock your socks. The bento boxes are good too, but if it's your first time here, get the hot pot. I usually get the lamb because it's the best in my opinion. They bring out the soup on the butane burners like you would have at home if you were doing it family style (some of the other places here give you a useless Sterno cup under your pot)... But not here! Now you're cooking with gas! Then comes the plate with all your raw meats and veggies. You can put them into the broth however you feel comfortable. I personally like to just swish the meat through to keep it rare/medium rare. Then when you are all done. You get to drink the delicious broth from all the cooking! Still the best mini hot pot in the city. There is usually a line so get here a little early for the wait. Service is typical for any authentic Chinese restaurant. Oh yeah, get the fruit tea, you won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Yelp
If you're looking for extremely authentic, mom and pop style Chinese food, the Noodle Exchange is probably not your best bet. However, with that being said, if you're looking for decent tasting, well priced, semi- Americanized Chinese food, than this place should be OK. It's located inside the Gold Coast, immediately to your left if you are going through the main entrance (across from Ping Pang Pong). We visited on a Monday afternoon and were quickly seated and taken care of. Service from staff was very good, and our food was also delivered quickly. Their menu consists of many selections, but we ordered from the Lunch Specials. Our order consisted of: 1. Crispy Fish- very lightly fried fish with sauce on the side. This was actually the best tasting dish and it was quite good. Not too greasy. 2. Sweet and Sour Chicken- fried chicken pieces with sauce on top. It was very sweet, but overall not bad. Didn't feel too heavy. 3. Mongolian beef -slightly spicy, heavily sauced. Tasted OK. (All three came with egg drop soup, fried rice, and a spring roll, which were all average) 4. Dan Dan noodles - we were hoping for some authentic style noodles, but the texture was way too mushy. Flavor was actually not bad, but the bowl seemed like a pile of mush. Prices were good, considering we ordered the lunch specials.

Yelp
This place is another amazing noodle place and much much more. I have to say my go-to meal here is: Wok Tossed Diced Skirt Steak (With Garlic and Basil, Tomato Onion Fried Rice) $14.99 I've ordered many different dishes from here and never had a problem. Just maybe ask your server some questions so they can fill you in on the soups and different dishes. Some of the soups are so exotic it comes with fish balls haha but that's not for me. Enjoy my friends!

Yelp
Dishing up flavorful hot pot in the middle of the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino is hard work! Especially if you have to compete with Ping Pang Pong for clientele. Noodle exchange holds their own by offering hot pot options that are on par with anyone. The restaurant is perhaps not as fancy as others in town, but the food really shines here. The spicy broth is plain at first but becomes intriguing after a half hour of assorted ingredients traversing through it. Hot pot, it's such a simple concept but such amazingly complex flavors are possible with it! Anyway, this place is really good and won't break the bank.
google avatar

Tom B.

Yelp
The restaurant always seems busy and it's right inn the middle of the Gold Coast casino especially at night it gets crazy. I really want to try one of the hotspots but I haven't figured it out but I watch people it's interesting. The prices are higheR than up the street in Chinatown but at least here you can win your meal money. I always get the beef noodles boring but good

Michelle O.

Yelp
1). The service is sucks, we waited for more than 20 mins. Just because we are a party of 2, the manager did not let us sit first. She has a such bad attitude toward us. Saying because the other people got 3 people, and we say we were in line first!! Of course, we are not happy, yet the manager was so rude and argued with us. She's not fit to be a manager. We will never never want to back again!
google avatar

Wendy T.

Yelp
This place gets packed at night time. Came here two nights in a row though. Pretty good hot pots; beef, lamb, or seafood. Either regular or spicy. We ordered two hot pots... one lamb spicy and one beef regular. They were a bit frugal with the meat quantity but it was fine. Broth was really good with rice. We also got boba milk teas, and coconuts! On a previous night we ordered stir dried noodles which were delicious but super greasy that it made me feel ill afterwards. This was a convenient stop. The casino either had TGIFridays, Ping Pang Pong, a coffee spot, or this noodle house. A good amount of tables in a small space so can get a little claustrophobic... especially when you're running elbows with strangers trying to cook in the hot pot. Will definitely come back next time I'm at the casino.

Yelp
My favorite Chinese hot pot restaurant. Been to other ones, this place beats them all. It's excellent in the cold weather. Price is decent too, not too expensive. Had their creme brûlée a few times. One of the time the creme was a bit icicle, I actually liked it like that! Sort of like ice cream. I do recommend this place when you're craving for hot pot.

Little BB G.

Yelp
The chicken fried rice was horrible, Zero flavor. The popcorn chicken was okay. My friend had the combination fried rice she also said she never had white fried rice and no flavor.

Yelp
Love this place ... staff are very friendly and good food. Healthy menu and love the shabu shabu

Yelp
Amazing hot pot with Special sauce! I can't imagine how big of the combo dish !Fresh meat and fresh seafood also !
google avatar

Kaori T.

Yelp
Worst hot pot ever. Why they only serve it between 5 - 10:45pm boggles my mind. They shouldn't be serving it at all for what they give you and at $15 to boot. Service is very bad too. They barely pay any attention to you. NOTE: Only reason why I've come here more than once is I was giving myself hope that this place, which is rated so high, would be good after all... all times were fails.
google avatar

Cynthia A.

Yelp
This place was surprisingly good. We ordered pho, chicken fried rice and Kung pao chicken. It was all really delicious. The staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait a long time for our food.
google avatar

Paul N.

Yelp
So good so good!! Customer services on point, waiter & busser actually come and check up on customers considering that this place is an asian restaurant. Located hidden inside the casino but thats what make it special! Would come back for the hotpot noodles before going out clubbing..
google avatar

Nicole Z.

Yelp
Very small place only 12 tables or so, and that's just fine with me! I like peaceful places and don't have to worry about waiting in lines and such. Went around dinner time and was no waiting to get seated. Server was nice and fast. The strawberry lemonade was really good! I highly recommend trying that. The food was hot and fresh when it came out and everything tasted great. They gave such a great portion for a good price. I had to get a to-go box because it was so filling and couldn't finish it all.

Yelp
My friend's uncle recommended a Chinese spot for noodles and dumplings by the Rio and Gold Coast casinos. Took some guessing and hoping, but we finally figured that he had meant the Noodles Exchange in the Gold Coast. Like many of the casino restaurants, it was an open style just off the casino space. Unlike many of the casino restaurants, there was a rather high Asian population at this establishment. We figured that boded well for our meal. We each picked a personal soup noodle dish and shared a plate of Garlic Snow Pea Leaves $10. Mine was the Won Ton Noodle Soup with Beef Stew (shrimp & pork fillings) $10.99. It was satisfying to have something green in our meal after a week of not eating particularly healthy while on vacation. And their noodles and wontons were quite good. In fact, one of my DCs voiced that it was better than what we currently can get in Boston.

Yelp
What saves this place from getting one star from me was the taste of the food, but other than that, this place was absolutely terrible for me and my family When we were trying to get seated, we didn't know where to sit and we asked the hostess in the front and she said in a rude way that we had to stand over there, where it wasn't even obvious. All there was, was a sign but no ropes to indicate there was a line up. That didn't exactly sit well with me before my meal began. I just thought of it as whatever since she wasn't going to be part of my eating experience and everything was going to get better. But it didn't get better... We quickly got our drink orders, but it took the waiters more than 15 minutes to get our food orders. Nobody came to see us after our drinks got dropped off. I don't know why it took so long for them to see us but I was pretty impatient at that point and something dramatically good would have to happen for me to have a good time. Lucky me, it stayed the same. I ordered their fried rice, pork belly, and their beef hot pot. For the price that you pay for the amount of food you get is most definitely not worth it. The food itself tasted alright, but not so delicious where they can skeet by with giving you the amount they did. The pork belly was fattier than I was expecting, and I already know pork belly is fat, but this pork must have not had any muscle. The fried rice was greasy. My plate was very oily after I finished my plate of rice and although it tasted good, it was probably far from good for me. When it was time to pay, the waiters disappeared again! Like yo, why do you guys disappear like that, it isn't cool! To say the least, I feel as though it is overpriced and the service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend going there. Chinatown is very nearby the Gold Coast, I would say go eat somewhere else in that area as opposed to here
