Really tasty ramen! The best part? They offer a vegan option! Although it’s not currently advertised, the vegan ramen is also HALAL, as no alcohol is used in the dish. For the ultimate umami experience, I recommend adding an egg, mushrooms, garlic, and extra noodles if you’re extra hungry. After a long day of sightseeing, this was the perfect place to eat for me and my wife.

Shio chicken ramen just made my trip so far. Gotta search for Google review to put 5 stars💋 Boiled Dumpling is unexpectedly also so good. Pork with rice is also amazing. This is so impressive🤗

This ramen is unforgettable! It’s the best one I’ve ever had. The soup base is surprisingly good, and the noodles are chewy and al dente.

Really great ramen. Noodles were cooked well and a great portion. The chicken broth was heartwarming and very flavorful. Service was fast and friendly. English is fine as you order via machine.

My favorite ramen noodles I have had up to date! Authentic atmosphere and friendly and helpful chef. Speaks abit of English so that helped too. Highly recommend if you want a off the beaten path Japanese experience

Flavorful Ramens, not complex but all ingredients were well-prepared.

Excellent and delicious vegan ramen and frozen desert available from ticket machine until sold out. Extra noodles can be ordered as well. Because it os a traditional ramen shop, please be considerate of other guests and the proprieter by only taking up as much space as needed (sit at the counter unless your party would fill a table) and also eat until finished and then leave because a successful ramen shop is heavily based on maintaining guest turnover and opening space for 5je next wave of diners.

※With 5★ being the highest rating 【Overall】★ 【Food】★★ My order: Tantanmen and tonkotsu ramen The Tonkotsu ramen was okay with its clear broth, but apart from that there was nothing else special. It lacked depth of flavor and was ultimately underwhelming. The Tantanmen was truly disappointing. It was bland and lacked the characteristic spicy and nutty flavors usually expected from this dish. In picture it looks promising but cannot say it was tasty at all. Overall the portion was quite small for the amount of money you pay for 【Service】★ The owner was incredibly unfriendly. He didn't greet us upon entering and instead of approaching us to take our order, he demanded that we speak louder behind the cooking counter, making us feel uncomfortable. We understand that it’s a one man operation but if the owner were a bit more friendly towards guests it would improve the experience tremendously. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Noodle Factory Life. The poor service and underwhelming food do not warrant a return visit. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a satisfying ramen experience in Beppu.
