Noodles and Company

I was sad because I usually love noddles and company but it was my first time at this location. The Mac wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. It was super watered down and my boyfriend was mad at me for convincing him to eat there because it was his first time. 32$ and it was nasty. The girl with the crutch taking orders though was so sweet.

This is the second time I’ve ordered food from here, and it was just not good. Both times, the noodles were very dry, and there was very little sauce in the two different dishes. The first time, I thought it was the dish. This time, I got a different dish, and not only were the noodles dry, but there were very few vegetables, and the tofu was inedible. As the picture shows, it was burned black and hard. It’s so disappointing; this place used to be better. However, two bad dishes over the last year, this will be the last time.

Ordered to go so I attribute the poor quality to that but still will most likely not try again, even dine in. Side of Mac and cheese had a congealed layer of cheese on top, flavor was just ok, took one bite and trashed it. Buffalo Mac and cheese was equally disappointing, wife's red sauce was very bland and not good. Bread was ok, would probably be good fresh.

Got a to go order. One dish is missing 2 of 3 total ingredients. Other dish is missing 1/4 of its ingredients. Tried calling the store 4 times, 2 hours before close, with no answer. Location was not busy when picked up. Food quality was mediocre at best, it has fallen quite a bit from what it used to be. Understand if they’re out of stock on something, but zero communication from the store to order something different or substitute.

I wish I could give this store a Zero on service and atmosphere. I place a delivery order through the Noodles and Company app. Received an order confirmation email from noodles and company. Almost an hour later a door dasher calls me from inside the restaurant asking if I got my order because it’s not there. I said no, and they said they’ll figure it out with the restaurant. A few minutes later I got an email from noodles and company saying my order was canceled and I would have to call the deer valley tower center restaurant with any questions. I called and they told me to call door dash. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Told her that I couldn’t call door dash because all of my communication and orders are through noodles and company and don’t have any door dash information. The “‘manager” put me on hold. Another “manager” picked up and asked how she could help me. I explained again that I can’t contact door dash because I ordered through noodles and received all communication via email from noodles. The “manager” got upset raised her voice and talked over me saying I ordered through DoorDash and she can’t help me. I explained what happened again and she hung up on me. Tried to go do the store to clear things up in person. Asked for the manager because I was hung up on. The full staff looked at me and started whispering, so I waved and smiled. The two “managers” came from the back and had the same attitudes as on the phone. I showed them my noodles and company emails and asked what can I say to door dash with these noodles and company confirmation numbers. They told me to go online and reach out to noodles and company. What a joke! Terrible way to handle a customer that PAID and didn’t receive their order. Terrible way to handle a customer who was looking for help and was told to contact another company. Terrible “manager” this place needs to train their managers and the rest of the staff to handle customers when they’re are wronged. They treated me like I stole something. Joke of a staff!

Food: 6.5/10 Good food, quality ingredients. Don't expect real deal Pad Thai flavors, but it's an acceptable interpretation. Service: 5/10 Could use a little refinment, but not bad overall. Our first time dining here, staff seemed impaient with our lack of knowlege of the menu. We came after lunch rush about 2:30 so no reason not to offer assistance. Decor: 7/10 Nice, clean fresh look on the inside. Modern micro restaurant feel. Price: 7/10 For quality ingredients and freshness you will pay a little more than average. Worth the price. Overall I will recommend this to friends, and would return for a quick lunch in the future.

Last 3 orders when I order no silverware is sent with doordash and when I order extra items I get little to none of what I am paying extra for.

The bacon fettuccine wasn't really that good. All the bacon was fatty and not mixed in well. The chicken was decent, but bread was undercooked.

5/5 - Amazing Service from Osiris! I had such a great experience at Noodles & Company thanks to the manager, Osiris. My order was accidentally made wrong, and he handled the situation so professionally and kindly. He immediately apologized, made sure the order was corrected right away, and checked back to be sure everything was perfect this time. What really stood out was how genuine he was -- he didn't just fix the issue, he went above and beyond to make it right by offering me a free voucher for my next visit. That level of care and customer service is rare these days, and it honestly made my whole day. You can tell Osiris truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Because of his amazing attitude and quick action, I'll definitely be coming back to this location. Thanks again, Osiris, for turning a small mistake into such a positive experience!

Pasta and noodle plates only fill about o n e half of container, sometimes less. This is the equivalent of stealing the customer's money. Don't go to this place. Don't get out of the car. Don't even look at the building.

I ordered the buffalo ranch Mac. Isn't there supposed to be cheese in it as well. I ask no for buffalo sauce or onions and had the buffalo sauce replaced with barbecue sauce, all that turned out to be just fine, however they had no cheese in the meal at all with whole meal feel off. How do u have a Mac & cheese base meal with no cheese. :/

'Such a strange experience. We waited 5" and no one came to the counter. Then an employee came out, looked at us, and just turned around and went back. Another customer told us that she had been waiting 15" for a soda lid. So, she took one of the managers business cards, we did as well, and we all left. I emailed the Assistant General Manager, Tiffani Rhodes, explaining what happened. I have not received a response. Obviously, I can't review the food, since we weren't even able to order any.

First time I ate here, food was amazing. I heard great things from a few people at work and some negative about their food not being consistent. Today I decided to eat here for dinner with my family. All four of us couldn't finish our food cause it was extremely salty! Especially my dish. I got extra chicken and my god. It was like eating a block of salt. we ended up tossing all of it and just making pasta at home. This place is definitely inconsistent. I can understand one dish or so, but all four us had the same experience. Won't be ordering again. If you like tasting salt with a hint of food then this place is for you

Love the food, I was in Colorado when the chain started, opened in the Phoenix area. Love the Mac and cheese

Ordered the fettuccini alfredo with herb roasted chicken. After two bites, the broccoli was slimy with no taste, the noodles were stuck together and the sauce was still bland after adding salt for a BIT of flavor. I complained to the staff and manager but were told there was nothing wrong with the food. I didnt want the food remade, I wasnt given a refund and was basically told I didnt know what I was talking about. Finally, after 20 minutes of arguing with the staff, the manager came out and gave me my refund. With the cost of everything nowadays you'd think a company called "Noodles and Company" could handle noodles and chicken. My fault for trusting this establishment which I will never do again. Make your own noodles at home and skip this tragic decline of quality and customer service.

I've never been but I finally tried this place and it's amazing. The food was hot and was really good. I like that you can see them make it and they are fast paced as well as really nice. I had no idea what to get and they let me take all the time I needed.

I wish their portions were a bit larger. The regular marinara sauce was a bit spicy for my mom. She doesn't tolerate spice very well and a lot of the dishes had spice. I did enjoy the chicken pasta that I ordered. The chicken parmesan is very thin and tasty. I wish the portions were larger. The customer service was very good.

Just visited the restaurant on Shea and Tatum in Arizona. Aren't they supposed to use gloves when handling food? They bare handed the cheese out of the bin and sprinkled it on our food. Pretty disgusting!

I just bought the 9 dollar Alfredo and the noodles are over cooked, they Don't put any sauce on the plate so they can Trick you into buying more sauce!Very Sneaky and Unprofessional. I won't be back with this staff working at the moment.

The service was not bad The food was okay, but the atmosphere ambiance and decor needed a total makeover. The soda machine needs some work. We got water, but no matter how many times I tried it still looked like coke was mixed with it. I can tell this location is older so I get it. Our cashier was very helpful in helping us to choose our order. This was our first time. My wife and I. We will try again closer to where we leave which is a brand new location. I would recommend giving it a try.

Let's just say last time I went to doodles and Company it was not good, but when I went back after speaking with Tiffany, she went above and beyond to make sure that that bad experience was made up for it with a fantastic experience. She made sure that we were well taken care of, and let's just say she retained us as customers, and we will be back because of her we will rave about her service to everyone we know. was extremely sweet and kind. I do enjoy Noodles. I didn't know it was in AZ! The last one I went to was in the Chicago area. I know them from Milwaukee. I love the Pedro cavatappi. I think there was something that I used to order, but nothing seemed familiar. The menu looked like it had a lot of new items since the last time I was at noodles in 2014. I got my meal to go. It was as good as I remember. I'm glad to see noodles here!

I'm really saddened to be giving this company a two star review. The very first time I ordered from them, the food was amazing! It has gradually been far less than my initial experience though. The food is now extremely SALTY, the portions are getting smaller, and the consistency of the product is not there. I ordered the beef stroganoff, and this time there was cheese in it. I've never had beef stroganoff with cheese in the sauce, a the beef was SO salty that I couldn't eat it, and the chicken Parmesan was no better. Everything component was overly salted. I couldn't even taste the sauce, because there was so much salt in the pasta, the sauce, and the chicken. I'm very disappointed now, and I doubt I'll be ordering from them again moving forward.

I went to this place ordered noodles with chicken and it did not come with the chicken. The garlic bread that was slid across the counter, fell off and landed on the counter, and they picked it up and put it back on the plate, The lady in the front acted like I was offending her by asking for the bathroom code. I asked one of the employees for her name and he said he could not give me her name due to policy.

I always love going to Noodles and Company and I stopped by this location three times during my visit out west. I wanted to specifically leave this review regarding their limited edition Chicken Parmesan. I had it last night and it did not disappoint! I would've taken a picture of it but I couldn't wait to dig in. The service was fast and friendly; you can tell that the employees enjoy working with each other. Definitely try this place if you need something quick and delicious.

Got the Pesto tortellini, decent for a fast food pasta place. Tad bit salty for my taste, but that's my taste. Not bad overall though...

I was in the mood for some noodles. Having seen this place on Yelp I decided to go. The place is clean. I decided to order some spicy Korean noodles. I also ordered a chicken Cesar salad. My noodles were average. Nothing made them pop out. I do eat very spicy food. The Korean Spicy noodles were anything but spicy. I actually added their Siracha sauce. I thought the noodles would be in a broth. Not at all. The beef in these noodles was bland. However in all fairness I didn't try their pasta or Mac dishes. Now if you would like to try them go for it. If you like noodles with broth then you should try some where else. Will I return to this place maybe. The staff while very nice didn't seem to be knowledgeable. However this is just my opinion. I would say try this place for yourself if you are into Pasta type. Noodles or their macaroni. Bon Appétit.

Ordered Santa Rosa Penne w Parm crusted chicken..... Did they really count 3 sprigs of spinach and 5.5 bits of mushroom? Not enough. Chicken was salty and there wasn't any sauce to speak of. I know times are tough and budgets are tight, but I'll just make my own noodles with chicken. Service was nice. It was a to go order and came at the appropriate time.

I stopped here midday after running some chores and a friend recommended it to me. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and a side of the macaroni and cheese. I'll start with the macaroni and cheese. With shredded cheese and underneath was the various melted cheeses in the macaroni. It was a little soupy but not too bad and it was okay. It was nothing that I don't know you couldn't get better at a better restaurant but it was just okay nothing over the top. The fettuccine alfredo was fine but I really loved the vegetables that were included in this dish being the tomatoes and the mushrooms and the spinach which really made this entire dish have extra flavor. Chicken was a little bit on the salty side and could have laid off some of the spices but it was all right. I had a zero sugar lemonade with Peach from that multi-flavored soda machine and that was fine. Overall it's an okay place that has a whole bunch of different ethnicities and probably will go back and try something different. And remember when I had a flu or you go to their chicken noodle soup and it was really good.

I placed an online order and their coupon didn't work. When I picked up my order and asked them to apply it, they told me they weren't in charge of the app and asked why would she refund me. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking her to apply the coupon and refund the difference. The attitude was extremely unprofessional and I will not be spending my money at an establishment that speaks to customers like that! I do not recommend you spending your money here either.

Same type of meal choices as so many others; they have multiple base combo choices with good variety, you can substitute many options. I am trying the steak stroganoff "meal" (drink & side). The steak stroganoff was ok, you could tell it was pieced together on top of noodles, mushrooms were on one side of the plate & steak the other side, The sauce was thick with little flavor. I liked the noodles & consistency of the food. The portion for regular is decent. The side I got was a cup ofThai chicken soup this war very good! Thick broth & lots of flavor. I like the idea of the place & would probably return if I was in the area for a quick bite, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

First time I have ever gone to this place and wow, the food was absolutely delicious. I got the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles and they were wonderful. The dish has just the right amount of spice for a kick and the flavor of all the ingredients was delicious. I am definitely coming back here again.

Food overall is good. Wife selected Japanese pan noodles and they were holy thick ones but taste was good. I am not big fan of it but wife loved it. My favorite one were fried potstickers They have other noodle varieties to try and we might definitely return here. Overall restaurant looks clean and servers are polite and helpful as well.

Took my daughter's to lunch today. Pretty simple orders. Both my girls ordered mac and cheese and I ordered an orange chicken chow mein. And we got three drinks. The mac and cheese was really good. The chicken on the chow mein was questionable. It seemed like it was frozen chicken heated up. The soda machine, they forgot to mention, was out of carbonation and was told it had been for a couple of days. Days. This was told to us after we ordered and received our food. A little disappointing. Probably won't be back to this location again.

We tried this for lunch. The macaroni doesn't appear to have any sauce on it so we ordered and extra side, it's very watery, but has cheesy flavor. The Buffalo chicken was good and a medium spicy. The shredded prom was really good. The portions are huge, order a small for one. Overall it tasted ok, but we both got sick later. We won't be back. Update: stars reduced for the automated response leading to a generic survey instead of handling it directly with the store.

Normally I love noodles but this place is disgustingly filthy. There wasn't a clean table i the place and we were the only ones there as it was well after the lunch rush. I didn't want to touch the soda machine and the area around it was not clean.

One star is generous! Ordered BBQ Mac and Cheese. Just a bunch of cooked pasta with handful of shredded cheese on top and BBQ sauce. Girl told me pasta was tossed in cheese sauce. I have had better Mac n cheese from inner city schools down in East LA. Ordered Potstickers, taste like they were stuck to my colon originally. Will probably take 10K years to digest. Pasta was so starchy I could sell them to a dry cleaner to iron my shirts. The only good thing about this place, they have sturdy plastic forks if you select to stab your colon to rid of this crap from your system.

Really good food for the price. The kids portion and options are awesome. My kids love their food. Service is pretty fast. Good place for a quick family dinner.

Only 4 stars not 5 because the lady that rang up our order was very much less than friendly!!!! Beyond her, the food was great!!!! This was my first time ever at this franchise and it is on the repeat list for sure! They have a rewards program, so download the app before going in and you will have 350 points to start. 350 can get you several goodies! I had the Korean noodles with steak but had my sauce on the side and my husband had pesto cavatappi grilled chicken. We both envied our meals hands down!

Oh my goodness! This place is so delicious! I had been to another Noodles and Company over in Peoria by Arrowhead Mall about 2 years ago but then had gone on a diet and was avoiding pasta, rice, potatoes. I saw that a friend on Yelp had checked in at Noodles and Company a few months ago and was going to have the Zucchini Truffle Mac. I looked up the menu online and saw that Noodles and Company had several zucchini noodle dishes, something we had discovered (zucchini noodles) in our dieting efforts the previous year. So now that we knew that zucchini noodles were available, I had the day off from work so I was able to plan lunch out and I thought of Noodles and Company. Now honestly they might have had zucchini noodles for awhile including the last time we were in the one in Peoria, but I wouldn't have been interested in them then. I indeed got the Zucchini Truffle Mac and hubby got the Zucchini Pesto with Chicken. We both got small ones which was plenty, since we were going out to dinner tonight. The cashier taking our order was very friendly and helpful. We got fountain drinks and had just finished filling them up and were back to our table when our food came out, so really quickly! Food was amazingly delicious! And reasonable in calories; mine was 210 and hubby's was 310 because his had the chicken. Great tasting and low on calories. What a winning combination! Restaurant was clean, service was friendly and fast, wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon around 12:30. We'll be back again and again and again I am sure!

I just walked into this restaurant and none of the workers are wearing mask although they have a message posted on this app that everyone should wear masks!

New Yorker here, I loved the chicken parm. I was disappointed when I opened the lid and it was pieces of chicken instead of a cutlet lying on top of the pasta but one bite and OMGOSH I was hooked. Chunks of real tomato, pasta cooked to perfection, moist, tender very well seasoned chicken. Ample chicken for the amount of pasta. Thoroughly enjoyed this dish and I will definitely order this again. And.....so much less expensive than others in the general area.

First time in and tried their Japanese Pan Noodles. It didn't look anything like the picture (light in color--not the rich brown texture shown) The 6 mushroom pieces that I could find were smaller than the tip of my pinky and paper thin. The noodles were really fat and gummy and must have soaked up all the sauce because there was none in the bowl. I moved the large, dry & gummy noodles around to find the carrots and broccoli (which appeared very fresh) and ate them, and I made a game of finding and eating the mushroom bits and threw the noodles away. The iced tea had a unique flavor that was pleasant and they used paper straws which was nice. All in all, it was approximately $15 dollars for an ice tea and a few broccoli pieces and a dozen or more shoestring carrots (I won't bother including the minut mushrooms). Unfortunately, I can't justify returning and giving them another shot.

So I've been wanting to try this place out for a while I finally did! Although it's noodles made quick (fast food) a bit greasy for my taste but not bad at all, if you crave a quick fix Asian noodle meal it will do the job. Service was nice no complaints and meals were prepared fairly fast.

I absolutely love this place! My grandparents have been coming here n told me about it so i decided to try it and omg. this place made me love mac n cheese . the older cashier is so sweet and brings a welcoming attitude. I usually get the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. Around 9$ for a regular size with extra noodle and extra sauce . If you want more of a creamy texture, I would ask for extra sauce. (It's cheese sauce on the side) When you order extra noodle they fill it up all the way instead of halfway .

I've been to this restaurant at many of the locations here in the valley. This specific location I visited earlier in the week. My family was greeted by the staff who were exceptionally pleasant, helpful and polite. Tonight, my family went in just before 8:30. Understanding they close at 9, we had no intentions of being long. At the time we got there, there were other guest dining in. I took a few minutes (quite literally about 2 minutes) to look at the menu to decide what I'd like to get my daughter. I turned to walk to the counter to find the cashier, a young black girl propped up at the back counter STARING at me. Very visibly annoyed. I guess bc she had to do her job until closing? I walk up to the counter & received no greeting. No hi, how are you? No welcome to Noodles & Co. The first thing out her mouth is "you know we close at 9 right?". I responded, "we have no intentions of eating here." She says nothing else. I ordered my food. My husband asked for the code to the bathroom. She ignored him. He asked again, she rolled her eyes & gave him the code. She handed me my food when it was done with no pleasantries. No thanks for coming. No have a good night. I've never encountered anyone so rude. I'll for sure go out of my way to patron other establishments where the service isn't so rude. That young lady should consider fixing her attitude & getting a job she actually likes.

Food is great but for how slow it is at 2P and how expensive, this place is dirty. Floors are dirty, Freestyle machine is out of a lot of flavors and dirty, food around sitting on the counter around the trash. All the trash cans are full and guests are unable to throw anything away. Management needs to get it together.

This is an ok place, could be better. I find the price to portion ratio to be a little low, and everything is SOOO salty. Some dishes have well over 1g of salt for a normal size serving. They do have decent vegetarian options available. The food is consistent and reasonably fast service.

I'm usually not a pasta person but this place is great for smaller portions and more on the healthier side depending on what you order. Would reccomend :)

Went for the $3 mac special, charged $23 for 2 bowls. Cashier responded with a flat "no" when I asked to customize. Drive to the Tempe location if you want a good noodles & co experience
