Nook and Cranny

Went into the shop and was greeted warmly by the staff. They showed us around and answered to our questions professionally. We actually did not purchase anything on that day. We did our purchase few days later via WhatsApp. The whole process was fuss free. Delivery was also on schedule. Well Done, will go back for more purchases!

Has the pleasure of visiting the store in person to be served by a patient and pleasant lady who assisted me with my rug purchase. This was followed by friendly delivery men who came ahead of time and ensured that I examined my rug to my satisfaction before leaving. Was very happy with my purchase and very handsome rug indeed. Love love love, absolutely loved my purchases from Nook&Cranny. Found my dream dining table, bench and chairs within my budget. Their prices were reasonable given that their products were of really good quality. The sales staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. My sisters and I went to visit their showroom slightly before closing time, but they were kind enough to entertain us. I highly recommend to check them out!

We bought a tv console, Sideboard and bedside table from Nook and Cranny. Quality of materials is really good, all made of solid acacia wood. I think it will suit bedrooms with a simple white theme design. While prices are not cheap, i think it is really good value - The solid wood will definitely last longer than the MDF / Plywood out there... Customer service was really good, highly recommend!!

We bought the Seattle Dining table and bench set and the 3-seater William Sofa Nero. It wasn’t difficult to make a decision on these items as the quality was great, looked really cool and the price was super reasonable considering how things are just overpriced these days. There weren’t I any issues with delivery and assembly and the pieces make us smile every time we come home.

Family bought a sofa here. Although there were some delays, the customer service is great. Sofa came with a very minor defect but they were willing to change the whole sofa with a new one. This was delightful as most stores would simply send a staff to fix the minor defect. Although it took a slightly long time to get the perfect sofa but I think the amazing customer service is a good reason to purchase from this store! Due to covid, there may be some delays in shipping which is understandable, so wont recommend to those who are in need for a sofa within a short period of time. Overall had a good experience with this store and may come back again for other pieces of furniture in the future!
