I would like to give a 4.5-Star to this place because even though most of the dishes were amazing, there were 2 dishes that were plain.
My personal favorite was the black salsify in white wine sauce, hope it can be always on the menu. The beef short ribs were the highlight. The meat was so well cooked that it peeled of the bones easily, and it served so well together with the mushroom puff pastry. The beef tartar offered great flavors, especially with the marinated mushrooms, however I would prefer more finely cut than this big dices.
The duck Bao and rainbow trout were good and tasty, but plain and lack of creativity.
I will be back for future menus.
